It was nice and clean

The location and the bathroom sink wasn’t flashing oooh my gosh plus the bed was really very uncomfortable since instead of one bed 6*6 they joined 2 beds on 1 and very uncomfortable at all

Location is good but technical staff is not good and very disappointed to see that. After the room door lock disability he stuck me for 2 hours and also trying to blaming us. It is very bad.

You may follow the dubai customer law and the maintain worker behaviour is very shameful for the hotel management.

Good rooms with balcony, Lively locality and surroundings.

The guy from the front desk is so kind, polite and helpful. I heard it was his first day at work when we checked in but he’s already doing a great customer service.

Some facilities inside the room needs to be changed. Some are too old and worn out like the paint in the walls.

STAFF is super friendly especially the 3 filipino at the receptionists, Mr. Carl, Ms. Alma, I forgot the other name basically the hotel staff are friendly. they immediately fixed the wifi in my room. everything else was great near to the Mall and a little bit walk going to Metro stations food restaurants is everywhere.

saw some little cockroach in the room few times but nothing to big deal with maybe just need to maintain proper room maintenance. but the rest is fine.

I like that reception did not hold ID coz it necessary to go out with ID ...

No complimentary coffee in the morning hehe...
