The staff at this hotel was very friendly and exceptionally well spoken and kind. Our stay was very peaceful. We booked this room as a stopover after long flight just to relax and then head towards our home. We liked the quite and peaceful room. Moreover at the time of check out we forgot something in our room and in evening we found that we left it there. But staff was very friendly and quick in finding our lost thing after we contacted them. They kept it securely at reception area for us to collect it easily. Would definitely like to stay again in future.

TV was not working or maybe we didn't know how it will open. We tried but let it go after few tries. As our major goal was just to rest so we didn't ask anybody from reception to check it. It is not a complain as we didn't needed it for real. But just a suggestion for the staff to check if the TV is seriously not working or something. Thanks.

I would like to commend Signature Hotel for the excellent service during my stay. A special mention goes to Mr. Tathagat at the reception, who truly stood out with his professionalism, warmth, and attentiveness. He made the check-in process smooth and made sure every detail was taken care of with a genuine smile. His way of handling guests is a perfect example of what great hospitality should be. While my overall experience at Signature Hotel was positive, I would like to share a few areas that could be improved to enhance guest comfort. There was a leakage issue with the air conditioning unit in the room, which caused some inconvenience. Additionally, I noticed a presence of cockroaches, which is something that should be addressed promptly for hygiene and guest satisfaction. I’m confident that with attention to these details, the hotel can continue providing excellent service. Thank you again for the hospitality.

I did love the location in the first place, it is just a stone’s throw away from Al Rigga metro station and all other worth visiting places , and as for the hotel, it’s fairly good, but I did like one of housekeeping staff , he is name is Rıfat, he has been so good and nice to us and compassionate, he was always ready to give a hand whenever we were in need. I’d give all stars to that gentleman. By the way we stayed on the 7 th floor, room number was 710.

I didn’t really like the facilities in our room, it’s not as good as we expected, walls and some other stuff could use some improvement and repairs.

Air Conditioning, WiFi connection, bath amenities were all good.

I woke up at 3:40 AM because of a bed bug 😩 Please make sure you clean your bedsheets, mattress, and pillows very well because my sleep was cut short because of that, and the bites are still present on my hand til now. It's been a day :((

The convenience around, lots of restaurants at a walking distance

No taxis would come near the hotel and also the hotel had clubs, the distraction was a little too much.
