Stay was fine.

I would like to commend Signature Hotel for the excellent service during my stay. A special mention goes to Mr. Tathagat at the reception, who truly stood out with his professionalism, warmth, and attentiveness. He made the check-in process smooth and made sure every detail was taken care of with a genuine smile. His way of handling guests is a perfect example of what great hospitality should be. I sincerely hope new team members are trained under him — he sets a high standard and reflects the best of the hotel’s service. Thank you for making my stay a pleasant experience. While my overall experience at Signature Hotel was positive, I would like to share a few areas that could be improved to enhance guest comfort. There was a leakage issue with the air conditioning unit in the room, which caused some inconvenience. Additionally, I noticed a presence of cockroaches, which is something that should be addressed promptly for hygiene and guest satisfaction. I’m confident that with attention to these details, the hotel can continue providing excellent service. Thank you again for the hospitality.

I did love the location in the first place, it is just a stone’s throw away from Al Rigga metro station and all other worth visiting places , and as for the hotel, it’s fairly good, but I did like one of housekeeping staff , he is name is Rıfat, he has been so good and nice to us and compassionate, he was always ready to give a hand whenever we were in need. I’d give all stars to that gentleman. By the way we stayed on the 7 th floor, room number was 710.

I didn’t really like the facilities in our room, it’s not as good as we expected, walls and some other stuff could use some improvement and repairs.

Air Conditioning, WiFi connection, bath amenities were all good.

I woke up at 3:40 AM because of a bed bug 😩 Please make sure you clean your bedsheets, mattress, and pillows very well because my sleep was cut short because of that, and the bites are still present on my hand til now. It's been a day :((

The convenience around, lots of restaurants at a walking distance

No taxis would come near the hotel and also the hotel had clubs, the distraction was a little too much.

The room was decent. Very friendly, cheerful and helpful staff. The sitting area at the pool in the morning was quite relaxing. The location was just right, walking distance to the Metro station and in the center of a shopping area. I loved it.

Needs little renovation.
