The staff is excellent and will do their best to assist you in every possible way. Since the room was available they were supportive in giving early and late check in/ check out options. Location is very convenient for traveling any where within Dubai especially if you are reliant on the metro. Hotel is just a few minutes walk from the Al Rigga metro station. The Golden finger restaurant adjoining the hotel serves up good Indian and Filipino dishes.

Availability of a small table and chair in the room for working on the laptop. Only a coffee table is presently provided.

I was expecting less as it's a 3-star hotel. But I was surprised with the excellent service, cleanliness of the room, and the amenities. Check-in was a breeze, and I was led into the room by a staff who explained how to operate the lights and the adjust the room temperature. I was surprised that everything was digitally controlled - the AC control, lights, and even the Do Not Disturb/Please Make up room buttons. I was surprised also by the TV that they had - it was an Android TV where you can login to your Netflix, YouTube or Amazon Prime account to watch your favorite movies. Wi-fi was also extremely fast (5G)... a refreshing change as some hotels in the Deira area had horrible wi-fi connection. The Afghan reception staff (Azan) was also extremely friendly and helpful, and even allowed me to check-out at 2pm. The room was very clean, the washroom spotless, and room even had a balcony. The hotel is also in the middle Deira/Al Rigga area and very close to Rigga metro station. There's also a supermarket in front, and so many restaurants nearby, and malls/shops all around. Overall a pleasant stay.

The staff was very good nice and quiet at night no clubs here so get nice sleep the rooms were clean but the size is a bit small I changed rooms and the last few days wre in a much larger room and it was fantastic!!

Some of the stuff that are standard in 3 star like ear buds shaving kit etc ate not given ..so maybe need to state what bathroom amenities u get other than shower gel and shampoo .and front door needs to be changed very dangerous ! Most of the rooms are on the small size .

Staff was amazing especially the Concierge guy During my stay very helpful, friendly and nothing too much of an effort... hats off to you my friend! Hotel is fine every thing you need is there.

Couldn't get tv to work properly. Asked for quite room but was placed at front of building on the road side got traffic noise and a bar played loud music in to the night..

Comfortable beds, very clean. Hotel is little away from the main street and it is very quiet in night time. Easy to find the hotel from exit. No.2 in Al Riga metro station on red line (main line in the city), especially if you are using GOOGLE MAPS. It takes just 3-4 minutes from metro station by foot. Tea and cofee making facilities in the room. Big choice of TV channels. Cheap Indian and oriental food service on the right side of the hotel building.

The cheapest room option is very small and suitable only for 1 adult guest due to space limitation. Housekeeping personal usually make some noise early in the morning when the day starts.

It’s near to metro station, and easy access for restaurants and supermarkets. Staff are very helpful and professional and friendly specially Sa-i and the night shift ( reception guy ) simple amazing.

all are fine actually for the price and place of course you don’t expect the same price from a five star hotel.. but i just want to make a suggestion that maybe next time you can allow 2 or 3 visitors please 🙏

I was expected to communicate daily for the room to be cleaned. Availability of iron box was upon order. If the room was not cleaned that day then other items like drinking water, shower gel and clean towels were not provided until you request again.

Great location in Deira, exactly what I looked for, the metro station Al Rigga is 3-4 minutes walk, the nearest beach is 15 minutes by taxi. The staff and manager are caring and friendly. The little problem occurred in my room on a second night of the staying which was solved literally in 1 hour, I was shifted to another room. Great value for money

The internet is a bit slow

Good place to stay. The rooms were clean and well maintained. Very professional and helpful staff. The location is also ideal since it is close to the airport and at a walking distance from Al Rigga metro station. Also their restaurant had a good variety of food items at reasonable prices.
