If you are a traveler bring some cash or if you have a credit card that's good because when you arrived at the hotel they need a security deposit . it's a bit annoying cuz they don't tell us before we book online or any details about it.

More than the price value we got on booking.com, we didn’t expect the exceptional level of customer service from the whole team. A big shout out to the reception team Ankoush & Vanessa plus Filipina staff too, the welcoming itself and knowing it’s my Bday, they made a little extra perks with balloons in our room plus a complimentary cake arrived in our room. The Manager Mr. Gobi was very accommodating and helpful. The genuine smile and willingness to help is something very rare at this time and we are truly grateful we landed in this hotel when I initially thought I booked a different one on the other side. Kudos to Kuya Samuel (concierge) who was so friendly and eager to offer help from the time we arrived and the check out time. We’ll definitely comeback for our next family escapade. Only the part that the pool was under maintenance but we managed to have our little one enjoy a dip in a bubble bath.

The ambiance is just perfect—so peaceful and relaxing. We truly appreciate the well-functioning air conditioning, which makes our stay even more enjoyable. Unlike other places we've tried, this hotel is impeccably clean and inviting. It feels like a home away from home! Can't wait for our next family gathering here!

We've discovered a blood stain on the bed cover that seems to have been washed, but the mark remains. While it’s concerning, we're addressing it and ensuring everything else is in good condition.

I and my wife love the place. The manager down to the cleaners were exceptional. The cleaners and securities both day and night were willing to serve us even if a request was not their duty. Vinay and Vishal in the house keeping department needs to be promoted for their excellent services. The securities were very good and friendly especially the oldest one. I can write a whole book about this place.

The only thing I didn't like was the fridge in my room 4018,it didn't get as cold as I expected.

I like the fact that it has many facilities and good options for socialising. It is close to a great shopping area. I did not like the fact that at check in they asked to keep your passport for 24 hours, which I refused. They should ask for a cash or credit card deposit if they need it to guarantee that guests do not cause damage in the rooms.

The location is great. Al Rigga metro is a five minute walk. Costs 3AEDs from the airport. Its central to the red and green line. A NOL card is essential unless you are driving which I didnt. I didnt eat any food at the hotel. The nearby areas are cheap for food and plenty choice in 20 minutes walk including a Saravan Bhavan. The Gold souk is also close. The room has very comfy beds. The size is quite large. We were bothered by the disco sound only on one day. Try and ask for rooms on the 3rd or 4th floor. The minibar is a good and bathrooms are also good. The cleaners were very good and did what we asked them to. You get two 500 ml drinking water bottles daily but close by are good supermarkets and you can buy water too. We had a good holiday. Shahrukh and Wazir are very good blokes.

The pool is so small that I just about fit in it. So didnt try any other facility. Didnt eaat any food at the hotel either.
