Comfortable bed and very nice staff. The room was good.

Everything was good except there was no hot water in the shower and the pressure was very low. It also has a night club, so lower floors are noisy.

the receptionist Raja was very rude and aggressive. also coughing all the time and I don’t know if is sick or something else but I felt very unhealthy and uncomfortable

Room & Stuff. All stuff was OK,but some even better (speaking about ones I had a more contacts with). Radja very professional &polite. Mr Amini very helpful and patient with me,nice dressed,really professional. Malik, security guy,silence,never in the way, BUT ALWAYS PRESENT. And on the top of the stuff NUR & HASNA!!! Super patient,extra helpful. I’ll give just one example: 45 min looking on my behalf different locations on their phones,maps. Searching best ways,so I can get there the fastest & the cheapest way. Top suggestions. Without them I would be finished in Abu Dhabi. Both of them very prof,very polite and nice. Always with a genuine smile. Very human. Every hotel would like to have them.THANK YOU NUR ,THANK YOU HASNA.

Poor breakfast,sometimes not so fresh fruits. They could change some ingredients- not always the same- it would not elevate costs,but would looked much better.

I gotta say, this hotel was pretty awesome in so many ways. The customer service was top-notch, the location was spot-on, and the food was delicious. But man, oh man, the wifi was a major letdown. It was weaker than a kitten trying to lift weights. And let's not even get started on the kitchen order. I mean, seriously, I ordered one meal and waited patiently for 15 minutes. Just when I thought it was about to arrive, I got a call asking if that was the only thing I ordered. And guess what? The food never showed up! Talk about a major fail. But hey, let's not dwell on the negatives, because this place is still a 5-star hotel, baby! And the staff? They're the real MVPs. They're attentive, courteous, and humble, and all that good stuff. I gotta give a special shoutout to Mr. Amin, the front desk manager. That dude is the epitome of professionalism and friendliness. He's always ready to jump in and help out the clients. And let's not forget about the rest of the front desk crew. Those guys are diligent and super helpful. Oh, and how can I forget the bellman? I can't remember his name, but I think he's Indian. That dude is always pleasant and goes above and beyond for the clients. He's a real gem, I tell ya. Last but not least, let's give a big round of applause to the room service crew. Mujib, Nur, and the others are absolutely exceptional. But I gotta give a special shoutout to Mujib. Keep up the good work, buddy! Your positive attitude is gonna take you places in life. All in all, this hotel definitely has its quirks, but the good definitely outweighs the bad. I'd totally recommend it, especially if you're looking for a place with a kickass staff.

Location good , Cook Rauf best cook, professional in his work ethic and integrity , loved his tasty food no complaints a father figure will miss him nice good man .Bibhuti, Mani Raj , Gautam - professional very caring in their work environment ready to help anytime . The room service cleaning boys including one went for holiday. All of these boys are very professional in their job , have a very good work ethic , intregrity and discipline also including 2 boys 1 Indian training and 1Nepali forgot their name very lovely boys @ the front foyer ready to help and assist anytime , will miss all of them.

Front office deck some staff needs more training in communication , assist ,support ,friendliness to be more active and creative .

Almost it was a very good experience. Specially staff was cooperative.Ms Laila was at counter who was exceptiinally good.Mohd. Nur was at housekeeping and I go for the same complimements for him.

One thing was really bad. I was travelling from UK and got Pounds with me but it was not accepted despite the fact that I requested booking.com as well as hotel before time.Ostensibly there was no harm in it if eqivalant amount of pounds were accepted .but this episode costed me almost more than 200 dirhams to find and go to exchange company besides time loss.

The staff really did their best to make us feel welcome and meet our needs at any step. We got a free upgrade on check-in (we haven't asked for it), a fruit basket, we called the reception to ask for a clothes iron, it and the board were at our door within minutes, we got extra bottles of water on checkout as well as in the evening when we came to pick up our luggage (again, it was offered without us having to ask for anything)... The room itself was great, perfectly serviced, and we're only sorry that we haven't had the time to try out all the facilities that the hotel has to offer.

The only real niggle that one of us has is that the rooms could use a little more soundproofing as they could hear things going on on our floor in the morning (we were sleeping late), but the other one of us slept like a log and has no such complaints.

when they charge my card when i clearly mentioned my moms paying cash and have chosen cash payment. in all my travel this never happened to me never.. they are saying pre authorization no they are charging the full amount of my moms stay in your hotel.. this is bad because instead of me promoting your hotel I will not.. Very very inconvenient and please tell your people to not sound rude when talking to upset customers.. thats bad customer service.. Just not happy from the people answering the phone and people from check in counters dont they know how to smile..

The receptionist whose badge says Trainee was lovely, she will be an asset to this hotel chain. THE MATTRESS WAS FABULOUS! The water pressure was good and its a 4 minute walk to Al Rigga station of the metro, lots of food choices on the street. Sorry I cannot display pics, I forgot before we took over the place.

I prefer a top sheet to a duvet cover which is the latest trend so I just remove it and use cover as my sheet.

The location is very close to the metro which has been very helpful for us. It is close to amenities such as groceries and restaurant, and plenty of Filipino shops in the vicinity. The staff are very kind and accommodating. Room service is available when needed. Breakfast is alright, we stayed there for 5 days and the menu did not change much but they have different selections. There is a small gym and spa on the top floor. There is a pool, which looks okay. There is also a karaoke or music lounge at night at a bar in the ground floor.

Nothing major. Just a small detail where we stayed in a room where the phone in the Bathroom is an inch close to the bidet hence the phone keeps falling.
