The front desk staff friendly and they try to satisfy the guests as much they can and appreciate what Mr.Rami did when I check in he try to expedite the check in and he himself came to my seat to give me the entry card he is So gentle

We regret to inform you the restaurant to be enhance immediately to as other 5 star hotels . The buffet breakfast and lunch dinner very very poor buffet 1st the material used for the food so cheap 2nd poor cheese section No many option for cheese. Poor olives ,No sweet section ,very very poor salads section and tomato cheap , No staff to serve the tables Main course very poor no enough choice especially in congenital section Bakery section very poor We advice the management to review this issues and I believe if run by out door company it will be better Consider this hotel 5 star but the buffet maximum 3 star or less The chief not that much for 5 star hotel .you can visit 5 star any time and u can compare the

Exceptional Service and a Wonderful Stay I want to extend my sincere thanks to the staff at the Asiana Grand Hotel for their exceptional hospitality and outstanding service. I had booked two rooms, and the receptionist kindly upgraded both of them for free. Additionally, they surprised my daughter with a delicious birthday cake, which was a very thoughtful and memorable gesture. The rooms were incredibly clean and comfortable, the staff was excellent, and the room service was fast. The hotel's location is also fantastic, with a great variety of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

i would like to Thank the Check in staff who checked me in, I missed to take his name however the check in was smooth and fast and as well as the welcoming was very good.

The sound of clubs is very high even though we are in first floor and little far from the club however the sound you hear it. I would suggest the club or rooms to have a robust soundproof barrier to not allow the sound to transfer. or to close the club after 2 AM as there is two club opposite to each other.

We had a wonderful stay! The room was spacious—thank you for the lovely upgrade. The hotel was spotless, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. We were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful arrangement on the bed and the complimentary cake upon arrival. Truly appreciated!

While our overall stay was pleasant, the view from our room overlooked a neighboring building with laundry hanging in the windows, which wasn’t very appealing. Also, the pool was quite cold despite it being summer, so it wasn’t the most enjoyable for swimming. The check-in and check-out processes were quite slow, each taking around 15-20 minutes, which was a bit inconvenient.

This is the best hotel by far in the Deira neighbourhood. The hotel is impeccable, high standards modern and amazing stay. Staff are super friendly and helpful, the receptionist, Barbara was the best. Location is good, not far from the metro and nearby malls. Breakfast menu had many options, tasty food. Thank you to the chefs. My room was very elegant, comfy and spacious. Loved the bed and the shower. Staff were always available to clean and assist when needed. There's a pool (which I didn't use), next time. Also, nice coffee shop and seating area. Asiana Grand hotel thank you.

Nothing, everything was good.

Large room size which is the main strength of the hotel. Nice rooftop bar next to the swimming pool. Cleanliness was okay.

At check-in, I was requested to pay a security deposit, I asked what for and the receptionist told me to check the details on Booking.com For a 5 stars hotel, I was surprised not to have an electric iron in the room. At Day 2, they cleaned the room but no complementary water bottles were provided Breakfast was average, only few fruits options, tasteless pineapple juice

It’s very central to everything for me around Deira and the proximity to the Metro station, made commuting around with public transportation easier for me. Also the staffs were outstanding especially the housekeeping, Particularly Mr Buddika, this housekeeping guy ensured I was comfortable during my 8days stay. Also from the front desk Ms Cozy was exceptionally friendly and professional.

I didn’t have a complimentary breakfast to my booking, that’s the only thing I don’t like.

It is a new hotel with plenty of restaurants and shops around in downtown Dubai. Also, Riggah Metro Station is within 20 minutes walk from the hotel

The rooms are not sound proof. There are some noises from nearby rooms. Also, although my room was in the 4th Floor, noises from the Disco at the ground floor could be heard. More importantly, watch out if you give the a cash deposit. I gave the a brand new 100 US Dollar bill and upon checking out they gave me a torn one, i insisted that they change with a brand new one.

The location is good, you can easily reach the metro station in 5 mins. Breakfast was good overall, partly adapted for European traditions, but all warm/hot dishes were Indian/Arabic cuisine. The staff was friendly and upgraded the room from deluxe to the suite for free (we didn't need it, but it was nice anyway). The bed was a super big and comfortable mattress. A lot of space inside, wide halls and high ceilings, lovely bathroom.

Also, I had a couple of questions for the cleaning team (I have found long black hairs in the bathroom and dirty marks on the bedding set). Cutlery and crockery in the kitchen were not enough to stay in at suite, but fine just to bite something on the go.

Coffee shop at ground floor the setups and need enhance and with proper display I prefer to put some experience philipino lady to run that business or give it to famous coffee shop company and setup of the sofas in this place and table to be review by management the existing not that much good
