Crowne plaza hotel , classed as a 5 star hotel has 2 restaurants and a bar with very nice food. The hotel has plenty of rooms with slippers and bathrobe and all the 5 star services but they shiuld really invest in some new furniture and carpets. The roof top pool is very nice but the jaccuzi and the sauna didn't work when I stayed here. The staff here is very polite and clean and they clean your room everyday and fills your fridge with water bottles every day. The italian restaurant is very good with room service and very tasty pizza.

Maliq on reception was very helpful in arranging an addition night's stay, breakfast and a late check out to meet the flight schedule. Tara Baha Dur was excellent with the cleaning of the room.

I stayed on the 1st Floor and the nightclub music downstairs rattles on until well after 03.30am. It was somewhat irritating. The bar was reasonably priced with a good Happy Hour offer and the Italian restaurant food was good. It was also easy to get a taxi and was close to the airport. For that reason, pool side was very noisy with the nearby take-off flight path from DXB, although I don't mind that personally. Pool loungers were comfortable but in short supply.

The room was excellent—spacious, clean, and well-maintained. Everything was perfect, except for the early morning window cleaning, which woke me up. Since I spent most of my time in the room, I frequently ordered in-room dining, but unfortunately, the food quality was disappointing. I would rate it one star, as the dishes were either overly salty or excessively oily, even something as simple as an egg. I hope the catering improves to match the hotel's high standards in the future.

The perfect place to stay if you want to focus on work. The place is clean, the staff is lovely and very helpful and the hotel is big enough that has a good selection of areas including a very deep pool for swimming. The rooms are spacious and the food in the club lounge is superb. With many restaurants nearby and a selection of markets, not far from the airport and also from the downtown.

Location : The loaction was perfect. Around 15 to 20 mins walking distance from the metro station. Room : Our room was good and clean. The room was spacious, and the beds were comfortable. Room services were great, and the guy on our floor was always helpful. Overall, 4 out of 5. Breakfast: It was heaven, literally! Many options were available like Western, indian and so on. Plus, the fruits were cherry on top. They have an unlimited buffet, and even if you go late, you won't be missing out anything. So I absolutely recommend adding breakfast. 5 out of 5. Swimming pool and gym : I can't comment about the gym as it was closed due to some reconstruction. The swimming pool was clean and it's quite deep, so if you are a non swimmer like me, avoid swimming! Plus, you have to bring your own swimsuit for swimming. I would give 3.5 out of 5. Staff : All staff were so polite and helpful. 5 out of 5.

Second time stay and I’ve really enjoyed it. All the staff very friendly and always ready to help out with a smile.

Maybe a little mix up on the days at the bar with some international performance like before. At least two night on a week could be good to have a small band playing other kind of music. Arabic music is very nice and the performers were very good. But to stay one week and be seeing same dancers and more or less same music not so good. But enjoyed all of it.

Our room was cleaned very well every day by Sandhia. She asked every day if we needed anything and if so, we could report it to her. The breakfast was tasty. There was plenty of choice. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Angelo and Samantha in particular came every morning for a short chat. We really appreciated this. On my partner's birthday a pastry was brought and there was singing, thanks to Angelo. The hotel is in an excellent location. The airport is very close and also the metro station. There are also many tasty, especially Asian and Indian restaurants nearby.

We found the front desk staff to communicate quite business-like. As a result, we missed a certain form of customer-friendliness. This does not apply to the person who checked us in. He was very friendly and service minded. Although we found the breakfast delicious, it gets boring after a few days in terms of choice because there is no variety with new dishes. It's the same every day that you can choose from.

I like the Compliment Lunch that they gave us during the check-in, because there was delay for half hour for the room, they compliment us with a free lunch buffet. Very nice staff on the reception counter.

There is no Lift going to the basement parking. You need to use the stair.

Told not allowed to eat my own food near the pool.i am celiac have allergies could not eat the snacks on offer. Also one of the reasons was it was Ramadan they don't lie you to eat in public places. Alit of food places where closed and not open till dusk.
