I was pleased with the location of the hotel it was conveniently located near public transportation and the airport, breakfast was not included in the package while not a major issue, it would have been a welcome addition 😊 Ms. Divya at the front desk her humble, proactive and helpful demeanor truly stood out she was always willing to assist with any questions or requests and her dedication to guest satisfaction is remarkable. Ms. Divya is a true asset to your team and exemplifies the qualities that make the hospitality industry thrive.

The location is very accessible and near the metro. The staff is OUTSTANDING. From the moment you walk through the door, you are greeted and assisted, which is very nice. I also appreciate their efforts in surprising my wife on her birthday with a cake and greetings when we entered the room. I forgot the name of the guy who assisted us at the door and then to our rooms, but it is really appreciated. Special thanks to Karen, who made sure that our stay was perfect. It was truly a great experience, and we will surely come back.

Room & Breakfast: The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The breakfast spread was delicious, with plenty of options to suit everyone’s taste. Pool: The pool was a perfect spot for relaxation, and the we absolutely loved it! Staff: The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Their hospitality truly made our stay memorable. Food: The food at the hotel was amazing! Every meal we had was full of flavor and beautifully presented.

Very good place for stay and food quality not good that I expect . But anyways front office stay very good specially Neha and Rahil khan both very good works very professionally.Bellmen works danish and Nepali guys I don’t know his name very beautiful they works in this hotel and they helps any single things you need they will guide you that’s very sweet . Ground cafe very nice they are serving best coffee specially barista Prasala .

The hotel has several advantages: the price is affordable, the metro station is very close, and it is located relatively close to the airport. Additionally, the historical district of Deira has everything that one needs: small restaurants and malls. It is rather a working-class district, but still very nice and clean. The breakfast in the hotel was good, but it is aimed rather at an South-Asian audience, because it includes many Indian dishes.

Given the location of the hotel, the view is not so nice. The hotel is also quite far away from main attractions in Dubai, and the famous shopping malls. However, the metro is very close, so this is not a big problem.

Location was perfect. Close to airport, close to metro for easy commute and close to many food places with many options ranging from fast food to Arabic food. The hotel staff was very accommodating. On check-in day the room I got had some paint smell due to recent work done, I asked them to switch the room and they did it. And on checkout day my flight was delayed so requested them late checkout which they allowed as well. Thanks to the hotel for all this and special thanks to Neha the nice lady at reception who was very prompt in taking these actions.

The staffs were supportive and good, as the first night on the 8th we were given our rooms in the second floor we heard the loud music sounds from the ground floor we couldn't complete our sleep, the next morining we have complained to the reception and they immediately shifted our rooms to the 4th floor.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was impeccably clean and comfortable. The staff, particularly the room service staff, Mr. Shimsad, were extremely helpful and attentive. I also want to extend my sincere gratitude to Mr. Ashok at the reception desk for his assistance in arranging a convenient room extension at a great price. Overall, my experience was fantastic, and I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff were very helpful, Mr. Mahmoud was very helpful, and he wanted to do everything for us. Thank you, Mr. Mahmoud. The room service staff on the floor were very nice to us . The location of the hotel is excellent. All the staff helped us to get a taxi anytime we need one. Thank you 😊

The AC in our room keeps stopping every day , and I have to call for help .

Hotel is respectable and decent. Staff is extra polite and helpful, ready to assist you in all ways. I'm very grateful for solving my problem. Room is spacious and clean, bathroom had both bathtub and shower which is perfect. Restaurant serves food to any taste, Arabic, Indian and European. Thank you very much for hosting me. Will definitely come again.
