Location was good. Next building is lulu supermarket. Whatever you need you can find all there. Area was very safe. Hotel staff are very helpful, very kind and smiling face. Room was clean. Whatever you need they are bringing in 5 minutes. Airport just 10 minutes. Dubai mall 20 mins. Only marina little bit far. Mark can solve your all problems about your transport:) you can trust him. He was the best.

The location is great as you can get access to many restaurants and shopping malls around. The breakfast is good, rooms are clean, staff is courteous, especially Mr. Mark and the other female colleagues from Phillipines. They help to get you a taxi as well. Rooms are cleaned daily, they provide bottle water. Total value for money

The view from the rooms can be an issue as the hotel is located in the city and the traffic can cause delays in pickup and drop off. So keep that in mind when travelling.

I like the location, was accessible to everything

The 200 dhs deposit, and they asked or preferred to have it as cash. It will be more convenient if it's thru card ,and return to the card too, because now a days people don't really carry cash. And also, like me that I'm flying back to my country when checkingout, what I'm going to do with the cash? Go and find a money changer? It's so inconvenient.. in New Zealand, it's thru card, and it's so easy and convenient for guests.

The staff were very nice and always ready to help and meet my family’s needs in any way possible, this included reception team, concierge and housekeeping as well. The hotel H1 driver was very nice and always giving tips in places I could visit in Dubai. The room was very nice and clean, just as in the photos. I loved the air scent in the corridors, which was very welcoming.

Charles was extremely busy when I checked in and he maintained his cool and was very polite. He was smiley and helpful.

The area was too crowded and noisy. It can be daunting. Train station is not exactly very near, not possible with luggage.

The location is ideal. Room clean. Plenty of food places available nearby. Taxi easily available. Even the hotel has its own means of transport that can booked for the same price as the taxis. Atms and money exchange close by. Breakfast good and with a good variety every morning. Staff very friendly, co-operative and a special thumbs up to Mr Shams who was beyond expectations.

Hotel was fairly clean, room service was great. Staff were helpful and accommodating to all needs. All staff were helpful and approachable.

Just felt some areas needed some maintenance and care.

The hotel staff was very friendly and caring. I have stayed at this hotel with my family for 4 years. We have come every time for a conference. The location of the hotel is not bad. However, due to the construction work going on nearby, it is impossible to sleep. Since the hotel is close to Dubai airport, planes fly over the hotel every 3-5 minutes at an altitude of about 200 meters, which makes it difficult to sleep at night. Another problem is that the windows do not close properly. Since the windows do not have rubber seals, it is impossible to block the sound. The small dining room is another problem. You have to get up early every morning or wait in line for 20-30 minutes in front of the dining room. I do not think I will choose this hotel if I go to Dubai again.

Hotel Location is very good and close to the metro, clean and tidy and Hotel staff were friendly. I loved the smart buttons they have in each room for telling room service to (don't disturb or clean the room)

I had to pay 100 AED as a security Deposit, which never happened in any hotel before, they said that walls are soundproof, but everyday i was hearing the room next to me speaking out loud and every time when they go out and hit the door hard.

The staff and hotel cleaning ✓The asian lady with yellow hair in reception with blue uniform, i don't know her name , she's so amazing,polite,she focuses on guest details, quick professional answers. ✓The night shift , jay was so patient and polite. ✓The asian guy in day shift was helpful and quick. ✓The security in general are wonderful, smily & cooperative all of them *Reception team: 10/10. ✓Hotel cleaniness 10/10,lobby,corridors,lifts,hotel entrance,reception,rooms,bathrooms,i wanna thank the HK team for doing such an extraordinary efforts,i'm pretty sure they have a great manager,even guests requests responded in a quick manner. * have only 2 points to mention: ✓Try to set hotel lobby music,(like Jazz.. )this helps a lot,it plays a great role,it keeps the lobby motivation unsilent and active. ✓Try to change the TVs to smart one,this'll be a very good.
