I don’t like middle of the night while we are about to sleep and while are sleeping there is some people which is noisy in the hallway the way they close the door its so noisy they banging the door. Like us as a guest when u try to sleep or your getting already your sleep and you will here that banging door around 11 pm till 1 or 2 am you can not sleep. I can not check in the door coz if i stand my sleep will gone again.

The location is very accessible. Near the metro and the malls. The group of staff is friendly.

We booked for a non smoking room, however, we can smell the cigarette smoke coming from the next room. Also, during our first night, we found some insects in the bed. And the windows are dusty

Metro is just 300m away, all essential daily needs & restaurants are @ walking distance.

small cockroaches in washroom. should concentrate on pest control.

Cleanliness of the hotel and fresh linens, didn't expect in 2 star hotel. Housekeeping is doing a good job. Thank you, Ariful Islam, for assigned the good room. Lightning of the room excellent
