I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, primarily due to its excellent location. It’s just 900m from Union Metro Station, making it easy to get around the city. Additionally, there are plenty of grocery stores nearby, including Carrefour and Nesto, which was very convenient for daily needs. Food options are fantastic, with a variety of restaurants serving biryani and Chinese cuisine just a short walk away. Whether you’re in the mood for a quick bite or a full meal, you won’t have to go far. The only drawback was the car parking system. While parking is free, you have to contact the reception every time to open the gate, which can be a bit inconvenient. Overall, it’s a great place to stay with easy access to transportation, food, and shopping, perfect for both short and long visits.

Stayed over 4 days with my 3 children. After a small issue, the staff quickly resolved the problem and were very nice. Very good people work here and they look after you well. I was very happy with everything from the check in, the room, the comfort, the quiet and peaceful sleep. Whenever I needed anything I would ask the reception and would get a very quick and good response.

There was a smell of paint. I really don't like the smell of paint. It was in the corridor. But I suppose that will be gone soon.

Room was very clean. We stayed for 7 days and they cleaned the room everyday. Staff were very friendly and flexible. We had an amazing stay. We exceed the expectations. 5 mins to metro and 8 mins to union metro. Everything ( shops,restaurants, many malls, metro stations and bus stations ) are very close by. I would say place is like a hub. A/C was working very well. Washroom was clean. Next time we’ll definitely come again.Definitely can give 10/10 for everything.

The location was great, easy access on transportation, stores, food.

To improve on wifi, and to update on the kitchen area, like new microwave, tea pot, pots.

I liked the location of the hotel, everything is close and can be reached walking (restaurants, shopping malls, coffee shops, exchangers, etc.

As it's a hotel apartment, I suppose to not expect that hotel services but the place needs to be more clean and renovation of the decorations and furniture's wer looks very old, the bathroom was old but it was clean.

Staff was very accommodating. Ready to assist anytime. Had some refrigerator breakdowns, but was replaced within short time.

Nothing much. Could have been a bit more budget friendly. But totally was great

The location is very accessible,. housekeeping team are very helpful and warm..the facilities are good .They make you feel at home specially the housekeeping team who really work very hard They go above and beyond ..I will certainly use this hotel again .

Mr. Ahmed was very courteous and helpful.

The staffa is so coordinating and the apartment is quiet and relaxed ,we spend around 7 night ,it was a good experience and also the budget friendly and well suggested

There are rat noises coming from the bathroom
