I have booked the price,but I have to paid extra amount and also they carry the new booking amount.so I have left the hotel after 3 days and go for another hotel for low price same comfort.I never go for booking .com for booked now pay at hotel.Hopeless.

money matters should be cleared at the time of booking.

clean room. Big room. A lot of faccilitties, tea, coffee. The double bed was comfortable

complete lack of European style breakfast. A small plate of cheeses, a small plate of charcuterie (of 2 types). Only turkey sausages and baked potatoes. Few sweets. The couch mattress was thin and it hurt your back and back

Very good overall close to mall. We checked in late and were allowed late checkout

Staff helped us and they gave us another room. But the best thing? Girl at the reception gave us free late check-out. We were very tired and our flight was at night. Receptionist gave us 4 free hours after the official check-out. Amazing! We are very thankful.

First day was horrible. We couldn’ t sleep because of the music from bar. Room at second floor was not good because you can hear everything.

Staff stood out for us - very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Another thing that stood out was the standard of room cleanliness. The hotel location is also best-fit for us, with easy access to metro, a shopping centre and shops.

I found the bed a little too hard, which made 'deep sleep' difficulty. The breakfast was reasonable, with relatively good variety, but I get put off taking some food due to big flies all over the place! My stay at the hotel coincided with the hotel's fire alarms test which took place more than 2 hours after the advertised time specified in a letter sent out a night before. The test and the announcements need to improve.

The location is very near by to airport as well as to the metro so for me it was a huge plus point. The room where our little fam stayed was amazing for us. And we have extended our stay for one more night and the staff on call was so helpful and arranged it so well we wanted to stay at the same room and he arranged it. Value is great according to the service. And I can’t stop praising the breakfast it is so yummy the croissant is amazing and full of great food. The room is very cleaned and they are available at anytime the amenities are available. I can’t stop praising about this hotel. And I have to praise the staffs most of the staffs I don’t know the name of them. But all of them who helped us thank you from bottom of my heart. Very kind of you all. Specially vandana, tulasa and ham. Sorry I don’t know the name of most of the staffs I really liked but I would like to thank all of the staffs from our little fam. Thank you. ❤️ I will recommend this place to a lot of people for sure thing.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was really nice and clean and very peaceful. There were all necessities available. Room service was good but could be a little faster.

The muslim showers in the toilet need repaired, when using them the water sprays on to the clothes and the floor becomes wet. There was leakage under the sink in the bathroom which needs fixed too. Instructions could be given for the cooker and microwave although we finally managed to make them work. Timing of the breakfast could be extended as we weren’t able to have breakfast due to the early timings.

we left behind currencies inside the locker which we left open after taking out our passports and stuff. forgot to pick up currencies in an envelope by oversight. the Hotel staff security officer MrKshitiz Kattel had secured the envelope and promptly done everything to ensure the cash is returned to its rightful owners. A dear friend in dubai reached the Hotel today and picked up the currencies after due identification. I am simply amazed at the sincerity and honesty of the Hotel staff. hats off to the Hotel team . please highlight this in Hyatt’s reviews.

great place. though the swimming pool is smaller than the room 😉🙂🙂. efficient gymnasium. breakfast was delicious on the 2 days we ate there. wonderful variety and great service

Stuff was very friendly and smily allll the time and trying they best to help me Room service Was very nice and clean and helpful people Restaurant ( Anish - Egyptian ahmed ) they are so kind persons i feel like they know me since long time I meet them in the morning in breakfast time And they made my day very good They are warm welcoming everyday , not only with me , but with all the guests, Thank you very much.

I liked how it was a convenient location. The gym facilities were amazing. I loved room service and the cleanliness the staff always put 100% effort into cleaning our room and leaving it spotless. We booked activities via the holiday desk downstairs it was very helpful. Although they forgot to tell us somethings to take on the activities and we found out too late. Overall our stay was pleasant and I would recommend the hotel to someone else. I love how the Naif district is a 15 minute walk away, and it’s close to the metro station.

The building is old looking on the outside however inside it is quite modern. The pool was good however there were always kids in there. The cafe upstairs was good however it needs to be bigger and offer snacks also that would have been helpful.
