The hotel is located in an excellent area of town with the metro and a mall close by. The prices are reasonable and the staff are very friendly. Would like to thank the staff Illiyas especially who was very helpful in provided us tickets to different attractions and transfers. I recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Dubai.
Air conditioner controls are not in the room. We have to request the front office if we have to make any changes to the temperature

Hotel is very well situated opposite the Al Ghurair mall and all shops around.. Metro.. Bus taxi etc.. Staff very helpful and great customer service. QUICK response to our request and we will recommend hotel to friends and relatives. We will come again for sure thanks and regards
There was some issues with the lift door hope it is solved and some issues in toilet blocked and overflow but solved upon request very quickly..

Panorama Hotel is situated very close to Union Metro and Bus stations which makes it ideal to travel to any part of the city. The rooms were clean and spacious. Staff is very friendly and polite. I'll definitely be staying here on my next visit.

I have been there couple of time And it really amazing...they welcome you like you are going big event. The security is always best ,he will always want to open to open the went you coming into the hotel....I high recommend this hotel...🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩
