I liked how the property is close to everything, the shopping malls, metro stations, RTA for buses, Restaurants. And the staffs Kameshwar the cleaner cleaned my room every single day and changed my bed sheets, the reception staffs Rawan and Sakira were the best, Yasir also made sure that my trip to the airport was safe and he got me a taxi, I can surely say that I will still return back to same property on my next trip to Dubai. All the staff members were so caring and always checking up if I needed anything,they were simply the best people ever.

To be honest, I didn’t see anything wrong with the property except I would suggest for them to add the microwaves in the rooms for heating up food, but they got all other appliances which was still good.

I like the room service.Mr Raaj was very expert in room makeup with beautiful towel folding decoration. The hotel gave us early check in with minimal charges. The bell boy Mr Yasir is expert in luggage wait management and also helped us in heavy luggage adjustment in taxi to airport. The hotel manager guided us very well in how to take bus to Abu Dhabi. the receptionist Anam and Sarika always greeted the family with smile and good gesture. The hotel has a good swimming pool on top. Grocery shops are all around the hotel

The breakfast was usually 90% Vegetarian(Indian) meal which was not upto the standard, the breakfast is needed to be improved with more options of fruits, salads and some sweet dishes.The location was adjacent to a vacant plot where heavy construction got started and was usually distributing in morning despite of sound proofing windows. The gym was closed for renovation but anyways we didn't require it as well. The location was a bit far away from Redline Metro station

Room - is excellent and the room attendant Mr. Tanka Bahadur was exceptional in all respect like caring the guest requirement, cleaning the room without any reminder, sometime, he voluntarily come and inform us whether the room to be cleaned and occasionally ask any help is needed whether all is set or not. Location: It centrally located between Salah Al Din metro and Union metro, the bus stop is walk able distance, crockery shop just opposite which is more handy for us to buy daily needed items without any hassle. Food: Being festival occasion, we restrict ourselves for pure vegetarian, so we didn't get opportunity to have food in the in-house restaurant. amenities like swimming pool Sauna is a great attraction.

The hotel is centrally located with close proximity to 2 metro stations and many supermarkets including Nesto. As I reached the hotel, my room was upgraded to Junior suite by the receptionist there. Many thanks to the person who checked me in. I would also like to thank Tanka for his awesome service and I hope he is rewarded for his hard work. Lastly, thanks to Yasir for helping me with my luggage.

The construction is old and hence, the room I checked in was smelling bad on the first day. But, this issue was duly addressed by the staff members there.

I been in many hotels but landmark Riqqa hotel is one of the best hotel in very amazing location near to metro just 5 minutes away ,very helpful staff but mostly our interaction was with Sarika,Abhishek and Yasir, These three are the star of this hotel with such an amazing positive energy,always there to help us with huge smile,we never felt that we are in hotel,we always felt like we are in our own home. Thank you guys for your amazing hospitality whoever coming to Dubai,never miss the experience of this hotel

Room comfortable, with all facilities, nice double bed, desk and armchair. Good breakfast with all choices available. Hotel with silent customers, no disturb from the inside. Very nice staff , available for all your possible needs. The travel agent facilitated all my excursions. Daily cleaning service for the room is superb. No surprises in the price. I paid for what I booked long time back.

Location too close to a mosque, so being annoyed by all five daily calls to prayers. Worst case is the one at 5.20 am. Electrical wiring is not perfect. You need to switch the mains off to switch the lights off in the night. In this case you miss the charging from the plugs night time. Hotel has no restaurant , so no meals apart breakfast. Coffee machine is a common automatic one. Not excellent coffee. One day it was even out of order.

Can me more clean

The hotel is good and can't agree with some of the other bad reviews about the hotel. I am fully satisfied with my stay. because it has facilities for the amount of money that we had to spend. We can not expect a five-star hotel experience though. So it's fair and that's the true value for the money. The staff is also friendly and supportive. I appreciate your service.

I don't like the bathroom facilities because they look old and dirty. Another issue I have with the room is the bed. It has a main switch and some plug points on the top of the bed, which are covered with pillows. I find this setup to be both dangerous and inconvenient.
