I liked how the property is close to everything, the shopping malls, metro stations, RTA for buses, Restaurants. And the staffs Kameshwar the cleaner cleaned my room every single day and changed my bed sheets, the reception staffs Rawan and Sakira were the best, Yasir also made sure that my trip to the airport was safe and he got me a taxi, I can surely say that I will still return back to same property on my next trip to Dubai. All the staff members were so caring and always checking up if I needed anything,they were simply the best people ever.

To be honest, I didn’t see anything wrong with the property except I would suggest for them to add the microwaves in the rooms for heating up food, but they got all other appliances which was still good.

Hotel location is ideal for travelers, hotel staff are friendly and helpful, breakfast was good too, hotel is near to the metro station and market place

I recently stayed at Landmark Riqqa Hotel in Deira, Dubai and had a truly pleasant experience. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Deira, with both Green Line and Red Line metro stations within walking distance, making it extremely convenient for commuting around the city. There are plenty of supermarkets, restaurants, and local shops nearby, adding to the ease and comfort of the stay. The hotel rooms are quite spacious, which is rare to find at this price range in Dubai. They were neat, clean, and hygienic, providing a comfortable atmosphere for both families and groups of friends. The hotel offers great amenities including a swimming pool, gym, and spa, and lives up well to its 4-star rating while still being budget-friendly. However, what truly stood out during my stay was the exceptional hospitality of the staff, especially Ravan Ma’am. She is incredibly warm, helpful, and always greeted us with a smile. Her dedication to guest comfort and her caring nature made us feel right at home. Honestly, she is one of the main reasons I would love to return. Her professionalism and kindness are rare and deeply appreciated. Sarika Ma’am was also very supportive and responsive whenever we needed assistance. Overall, Landmark Riqqa is a great place to stay in Dubai with a perfect blend of location, comfort, and outstanding service, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Dubai.

I recently stayed at LANDMARK RIQQA HOTEL and had a pleasant overall experience. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, thanks to the friendly and professional front desk team. I’d especially like to mention Sarika and Imran who was exceptionally helpful. Sarika answered all my questions patiently and made the entire process easier. The room was neat, clean, and comfortable, providing everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The cleanliness and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. Overall, I had a good experience and would definitely consider staying here again. Great service and a welcoming atmosphere made all the difference.

I like the room service.Mr Raaj was very expert in room makeup with beautiful towel folding decoration. The hotel gave us early check in with minimal charges. The bell boy Mr Yasir is expert in luggage wait management and also helped us in heavy luggage adjustment in taxi to airport. The hotel manager guided us very well in how to take bus to Abu Dhabi. the receptionist Anam and Sarika always greeted the family with smile and good gesture. The hotel has a good swimming pool on top. Grocery shops are all around the hotel

The breakfast was usually 90% Vegetarian(Indian) meal which was not upto the standard, the breakfast is needed to be improved with more options of fruits, salads and some sweet dishes.The location was adjacent to a vacant plot where heavy construction got started and was usually distributing in morning despite of sound proofing windows. The gym was closed for renovation but anyways we didn't require it as well. The location was a bit far away from Redline Metro station

The entire staff made my staff very worth while. I’d like to say a huge thank you for their hospitality. The cohort of staff are extremely friendly and helpful which contributed to a wonderful stay. Id like to give a special shout out to Bilal the travel agent at the hotel who showed me around Dubai and Armaan my room attendant. These two gentlemen were a pleasure to have met and talk regularly to during my stay and have definitely contributed to the reason I will want to visit Dubai again!

Among the previous trips that I booked in many hotels in different countries, and when I booked and stayed in Dubai, specifically in the Landmark Al-Riqqa Hotel, I noticed the highest degree of treatment by the hotel staff, especially the one I respect, an employee I think her name is Rawan, a girl who speaks English and Arabic. The way she spoke to the customers was polite, caring, convincing, and with a behavior that gained satisfaction and appreciation. I wish all hotels had such employees.

For breakfast, I wish they would diversify the meals, cheeses and sweets, as is the case in four-star hotels.

Room - is excellent and the room attendant Mr. Tanka Bahadur was exceptional in all respect like caring the guest requirement, cleaning the room without any reminder, sometime, he voluntarily come and inform us whether the room to be cleaned and occasionally ask any help is needed whether all is set or not. Location: It centrally located between Salah Al Din metro and Union metro, the bus stop is walk able distance, crockery shop just opposite which is more handy for us to buy daily needed items without any hassle. Food: Being festival occasion, we restrict ourselves for pure vegetarian, so we didn't get opportunity to have food in the in-house restaurant. amenities like swimming pool Sauna is a great attraction.
