We had a wonderful stay at City Avenue Al Reqqa. The hotel is super clean, with tidy and comfortable rooms that made us feel at home. We were able to check in early, which was very helpful, and the staff assisted us with many things during our stay. A special thanks to Shams, Aziz, and Imran for their kindness and support throughout our visit. The location is excellent, being very close to the metro, and the neighbourhood around the hotel feels safe and lively, making it easy to explore the area. We highly recommend City Avenue Al Reqqa and would gladly stay here again.

Close to the airport (5 stops by Metro RED LINE) and within walking distance to metro station. Perfect stay for a few days or stopover. Has a pool and gym in small, passable editions. Seems recently refurbished. It appeared very calm as the carpet in the hall functioned sound-absorbingly. Got a great room with no neighboring rooms.

I guess the area is not the favorite district for the classical Dubai tourist. But to get a taste of „real, old, more authentic” Dubai - go for it.

Breakfast was superb and very tasty. Different menus were served everyday which met my expectations. I love the hotel setting with the blue and white color, which makes it very classy and pleasant atmosphere. The staff were very polite and delivered outstanding hospitality. And the room was awesome, cleaned everyday and with nice city view and planes taking off from DXB. Special thanks to Ms. Roma from the Reception for warmly welcoming us and offering an early check-in as requested. The fact that City Avenue Al Reqqa is located few minutes away from the Union metro station, it was very convenient for us to travel as the metro station consists of both the Red Line and Green Line; and to explore the beauty of Dubai. Another point about the hotel location is that at night, it is very lively with the Al Rigga Night Market, Al Ghurair Centre along with so many other restaurants.

Furniture was a little bit worn out already

The room was clean and nice, Soe the cleaner who always clean our room was very good helpful and always asking if we need something else I'm really happy with him.

They didn't noticed us the drinks inside the fridge was not free and they make me pay 60 AED for just water and cokes and deducted this amount on the deposit. They didn't also want to give me back my money in Euro but in AED and they know I'm living Dubai that's not good 😐

Roma at Front Desk was very welcoming and swiftly checked us in. The room was clean and comfortable and temperature was perfect esp coming in from the Dubai afternoon heat. The night markets right across the hotel gave us something to do even late in the evenings. Area had many choices to eat at. Being located in an area known to have many Filipinos, we felt safe. Suggest they improve breakfast tho.

The location

I was disappointed with the room cleaning service. The room was not cleaned thoroughly, and some days was not cleaned at all . The staff was friendly, but the lack of attention to cleanliness significantly impacted my overall experience. I hope they can improve their housekeeping services moving forward.

Well located near 2 lines metro station with many shops and restaurants good hotel with nicely decorated spacious luxurious rooms with all amenities, comfortable beds, high speed WiFi, big bathrooms with spacious shower and big tv. Every day cleaning and varied buffet breakfast. Friendly professional staff. Good size pool. 2 Elevators. LGBT friendly.

Third time i comeback in this hotel I had a great time during my 10days stay at the Hotel. The overall environment was great,I recommend this place.The enter staff from the reception Mr.Noman who check in us,the bellboy offer always to assist us,and especially the RA name Malisia who clean our room everyday thank you for memorable experience surely we will comeback again.

I liked everything, starting with the receptionist, Ms. (Roma), who has a lovely smile. All the hotel staff are polite and dedicated to their work. The hotel’s location is ideal, and there is great attention to cleanliness. I will definitely repeat this experience on my next visit.
