Very spacious and clean, Staff is extremely friendly.

Improve the lighting of the rooms. Its too dull and dark - A difficulty to see things properly and please change your televisions. It does not support Netflix nor Youtube. Being a 5* hotel the TVs need to be replaced ASAP!!

The hotel is nice and big , location is good, but the roads around are very busy. Convenient connection to the shopping mall

Was disappointed that hotel doesn’t offer airport or other malls shuttles, and only bus to the beach . The pool is pretty small for 5* hotel and the sauna is tiny.

I like the spa and the pool. I have to commend Michael in the lobby. He is very accommodating and always friendly, welcoming with the guest. The roomservice is very kind.

Breakfast buffet is not so tempting. In the end I just ate bread and sausage and a little fruit. But the tea is greit. There was a misunderstanding with the reception on ordering a breakfast buffet. I wanted to try first one day but she booked the whole week. So I need to refund and wait for 14 days. ☺️ The restaurant near the lobby serves a very nice club sandwich. The women who is working in the restaurant is very nice. ( I forgot her name😉)

We recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a positive experience. The cleanliness was exceptional, and the room was impressively spacious, providing a very comfortable environment. The staff were consistently friendly, professional, and supportive, making the stay feel welcoming from start to finish. One of the biggest advantages is the excellent location, with direct access to the mall, making shopping and dining extremely convenient. Parking was hassle-free, as it’s shared with the mall facilities. During our stay, the management was proactive in addressing an issue with the water mixers in the toilet, which were consistently hot. The hotel team offered a room change to a higher floor, which helped resolve the issue. Overall, a good stay with some room for improvement. I'd recommend it for the cleanliness, staff, and location — especially if you're planning to spend time at the mall.

The bed wasn’t as comfortable as expected, which affected sleep quality. The hand spray in the bathroom was oddly positioned, seemingly designed for left-handed use, which made it a bit awkward and not ideal for right-handed guests. Also, to reach the rooms from the mall, you need to transfer elevators, which added some inconvenience especially when carrying bags.

I've Stayed at Swissotel Al Ghurair many a times and never have I regretted my choice. Its an exceptional place to stay... the staffs are ever so charming and helpful, location is fantastic..located in a mall where all your needs are a few steps away.. metro just 10 minutes walk from the Hotel... airport 10-15 minutes away.. Breakfast buffet caters for every buds...rooms are spacious and clean, bathrooms amazing.. Overall Swissotel is THE PLACE to stay when in Dubai!!

Meaning a lot of shops to access around and of course the Al Ghurair Mall itself. -For an old hotel its well maintained and clean -Decent city view from inside the room

-It’s unsafe for toddlers. Edges of the tables in the rooms are sharp and to a reaching height. I say this because my toddler hit her head in one of the tables. So parents need to be attentive -The room we stayed in (1405), one side of the mattress frame of the bed is worn out, thus one side of the bed absorbs the load more than the other -Lightning of the room is darker for my taste

The breakfast options were lacking otherwise good.

Breakfast was amazing, location was amazing as well and view was favourable for me because it was facing towards the airport and I am very airplane enthusiast plus my daughter is also likes airplanes.

The room I was assigned was a smoking room, Although I accepted it due to personal reasons and non-availability of any other room, but I was promised that I would be shifted to another room the second day, which I was not.

Excellent staff, inside a mall, everything near by. Very comfortable rooms and I really liked the bathroom compared to some other hotels in the same price range. Excellent breakfast spread and very courteous and polite team at the restaurant, nice and silent rooms with most of the expected room amenities.

Didn’t like the support offered at the fitness center and the personal trainer’s not so friendly demeanor to those who he’s not personally training.
