Very spacious and clean, Staff is extremely friendly.

Improve the lighting of the rooms. Its too dull and dark - A difficulty to see things properly and please change your televisions. It does not support Netflix nor Youtube. Being a 5* hotel the TVs need to be replaced ASAP!!

Was disappointed that hotel doesn’t offer airport or other malls shuttles, and only bus to the beach . The pool is pretty small for 5* hotel and the sauna is tiny.

There is a mosque near the hotel that screams very loudly and intentionally at 4 am every day. Sometimes it continues for a whole hour. The loud noise used to wake me up every day. I lived on the 18th floor and I had to wait half an hour to get hot water to shower while he was in the bathroom.

The hotel is pretty good, I would say the best in this area. The breakfasts are excellent, the earlier you come the better. The gym is very spacious and not crowded if you come around 3-5-pm. the pool on the roof is also pretty good. A shuttle to the beach works fine, the beach itself is quite lovely. The longer you book the cheaper daily price you get. It is easy to catch a taxi to downtown, the metro is 5 min walk. The overall feeling in the hotel you get is very positive, amazing interiors of reception, also the hotel is a part of the big trade center, so you don't need to go outside for shopping, basically, one can live there for months and have no need to go outside.

The prices for extension of stay could be reconsidered, now it same as a new booking. Also, the individuals from rusia might use the beach shuttle, so if you don't enjoy their company, skip the bus.

-Nostalgic theme to the property (classy) -Spacious rooms (even standard ones) -Decent variety of foods (Breakfast) -Swift quality service from the staff -Location is in the center of Dubai. Meaning a lot of shops to access around and of course the Al Ghurair Mall itself. -For an old hotel its well maintained and clean -Decent city view from inside the room

-It’s unsafe for toddlers. Edges of the tables in the rooms are sharp and to a reaching height. I say this because my toddler hit her head in one of the tables. So parents need to be attentive -The room we stayed in (1405), one side of the mattress frame of the bed is worn out, thus one side of the bed absorbs the load more than the other -Lightning of the room is darker for my taste

Hotel staff is great. building is new and stunning with facilities with amazing Room Services breakfast is delicious. Receptions are friendly especially the Indonesian reception is very kind.

Hotel’s location is bad . This building should be at the center why why in Diera ? 🤣. I was.missing the car parking a lot of time when I arrive to the hotel. so I could not find the lobby of the hotel easily because the lobby is at the second floor.. lobby’s is closed why why ? be carful 😂😂 don’t touch mini bar room Pepsi is 18 AED 😱

The breakfast options were lacking otherwise good.

The Hotel Atmosphere was very ok.Everything near.The Mall the Metro n all Restaurants were near the facility.The BellBoys were excellent esp Rajinder.Very impressed.

The Welcome was very Poor from the Front Desk.The Guy kept telling me tht since ur 3 u need to upgrade the room and add Abt 800 Dirhams n the room u have is very Squeezed.But I insisted on the room I had booked n to my surprise it was So very ok .Its a way of getting money from ur guests which wasn't gud experience

Hotel is excellently located and very comfortable. Breakfast good be improved and founded it extremely crowded. Breakfast menu in my opinion should be changed every few days , our 11 day stay we found the same menu each day in the end went outside of the hotel to have our breakfast even though we had paid for the breakfast .

Breakfast definitely needs improving

The Spa facility was 50 % off for the guests but now they changed it to 25 % :( .
