Property was great. Great customer service and excellent staff. We had breakfast included, the staff went above and beyond to serve every customer. Abhiram and Rahul always greeted us with smile and they made sure that if we need anything, it is getting served at table. At security, we were greeted by Ashim and he provided excellent customer service. He was always there to help if we wanted taxi or if we wanted directions to find local shops. At travel desk, we met Munawar from Rayana Tours. Munawar provided us with daily travel plan and helped us to find best deals. He was very polite and respectful. I particularly appreciated the quality of the breakfast and dinner – both were well-prepared and enjoyable. The kitchen staff and cleaning staff were exceptional and so was the concierge team. Christine at the reception was super helpful. The face of this hotel is represented by the people you encounter before you have even checked in - the security team and the concierge. They are just exceptional and always happy to help The food is but amazing.

I was first checked in Room 806 and it was smelly. Initially thought it was the sheets but it turned out to be water dipping into the room. When l raised the issue after some days, I was moved to a room overlooking Sharja and the airport. Breathtaking!

Everything was good, the location near metro station and the surrounding area is full of restaurants, banks, transportation and service facilities, the hotel was clean and the room size is big and clean with good facilities, also bathroom is big and clean, the staff were friendly and helpful.

- elevators need to be faster. - the room isolation is not so good, the noise of the streets reaches my room on floor 12, but it is not a big problem cause I have a sensitive sleep. - the breakfast needs to have more items other than Asian and Indian food. All other things were good and will accommodate again.

The staff helped us to have an early check-in since we were travelling with kids. The size of the apartment and all it's amenities (kitchen, bar, ironing, facilities, etc...). We enjoyed the location which is quite different from Baniyas. It is 10 mins walking distance to Baniyas Square if you don't want to take the metro. It's also close to two malls, Union Metro station, restaurants, local shops and two mosques. Breakfast is quite nice. We extended our stay for two additional nights.

They provide only two towels although they know you are more than two persons in the apartment. You just need to call every day and they provide more.
