Excellent hotel that is underrated. Don't let 2 star fool you... that is because no pool and 1lift..I've lived in 4 star hotels that don't match this. Only 1 street away puts you in a new world.. Nadeem awesome assist in touring. I have so much good to say about this place. Naif souk and al ghurair centre walking distance... metro rail so close I walked past it. ... 😁😀... if neat clean and value for money is what you want... BOOK IT NOW...if image glitz and Glamour is what you want... noooo... if you believe as I do.. I will be staying here over and over again......

Getting to the hotel location could be concerning...because of its location...but as I said... 1 street away ... YOU IN A NEW BEAUTIFUL WORLD... 😍 ps...in.my entire life I have never slept UNDER THE COVERS OF A HOTEL BED... BUT I HAVE DONE SO HERE. ✔️ ...what I didn't like ?? STAFF TREATING ME LIKE GOD ...HEHE...

This is a really ship-shape little hotel with fantastically friendly and helpful staff. Despite its proximity to a busy part of town, my room (which didn't face the street) was very quiet. So, really, it's the best of both world: great cheap places to eat nearby and a metro stop five minutes away, but no disturbance once you're inside.

The hotel location is very good, it's very close to the metro and bus station, also to the center of the services area. The reception staff was welcoming and very helpful, especially the baggage porters. Room was very clean and cozy. Only the room was alittle bit small and the view from the window wasn't good Toilets are clean and equipped with all the personal care items you might need. Definitely my next visit to Dubai will be at the same hotel.

The reception was exceptionally good and warm. Starting from the day of check-in, the staff at the front desk showed forth a welcoming gesture and were cooperative on issues such as photocopying/printing. The doormen were equally welcoming each time we made our way through the hotel door. What's more, the housekeeping of the hotel was quite good in that it didn't take them time to make up the room; it was simply efficient. Last but not least is the reception and service at the restaurant. During our nine-day stay at the hotel, we received a decent service both in terms of the menu and the friendly and courteous tending of the waiters. The service was quite remarkable in that they even make a reminder call if you're late for breakfast. The overall impression we have of the hotel is quite good and we would highly recommend it.

Given the good service we received at the hotel, this would be quite negligible and immaterial to even comment on. However, we believe it would help improve the services of the hotel. With this note, we would like to mention that the Wi-Fi at the hotel was, at times, fluctuating (in terms of signal strength), we even had to be given new login information by those at the reception desk as we were unable to access the internet on one occasion. We hope the hotel management will work on this issue to improve it.

the hotel is very clean, the staff is just super, very polite, kind, smiling, checked in early in the morning since there was an opportunity to give me a room, the room is impeccably clean, has everything, slippers, snow-white towels, everything for the shower, cosmetics, clean bath, shower works very wellThe hotel has peace and quiet, the room is very cozy, a large comfortable bed, the TV shows many channels well, hairdryer, iron, ironing board, refrigerator, kettle, dishes, tea, sugar, coffee, water is provided every day, cleaning is done daily. In September I vacationed in a hotel in the Dubai Marina area, there wasn’t even that, although the hotel was 5 stars, the Mark lnn hotel deserves high praise for its entire service, the staff in particular deserves high praise and respect. Next time I will definitely come only to this hotel. The location is excellent, close to the metro, supermarkets, the residents of the Deira area are friendly

I liked everything

All the hotel staff were very attentive and friendly. Location is conveniently close to a metro station, bus stop, supermarkets, and plenty of eating spots. Neighbourhood is bustling till late night. As a woman, I never felt unsafe walking there. AC, water pressure and temps (theres a rain shower), bed, room lighting, cleanliness, storage areas were all good. It was Ramadan, but they still offered cooked meals during the day at their restaurant. Bottled water is provided daily / upon request. TV channels not many English ones but fine. For a 2-star hotel, I was very pleasantly surprised. The early check-in was very much appreciated after a very long journey <3 Glad I found this hotel!

Lunch offered was okay, nothing to shout home about. Their business centre is workable but limited. Wifi in-room can also be improved further. There were some disruptive noises early in the morning and late at night either from the outside or from the building itself. The immediate area is mostly workshop / parts shops, but that was fine to me.

Staff was very helpful, friendly and obliging. Special thanks goes to Abdul Rahim the Reception Officer for accommodating my requests for early check-in and late check-out. Cooked hot breakfast with change in menu daily. Location was easily accessible as it was near Baniyas Square metro station. Note that using Google Maps will make you walk 8 min along a longer route. But the Reception staff later showed a shortcut through a carpark that took about a 3 min walk.

WiFi was functional but not at its best. Occasional slow downloads of YouTube videos. Reception explained that it was due to external cabling works which was going on for days. Hotel was situated in a semi-industrial area with numerous car spare parts and accessories dealers. Streets tend to be littered with paper, unless cleaned by the town cleaners.

We like the nice staffs especially Papu who was really excellent in assisting us with our breakfast. To our surprise it is our first time having buffet breakfast and being served personally with hot coffee. The front reception was very considerate and helpful. You can request daily room make up and cleaning. Toiletries are complete, and the complimentary water they supply us with our 3 nights stay was a branded one. The front person that assisted us with our bags was also very courteous and helpful. Our room was not so big but a decent and clean one, you can feel it with linens they provide. This is a fabulous place to stay as tourists, not grand but with people who showed respect and friendliness to all their guests. Higly recommended!

Stayed 5 nights recently. PROS: - World-class service from front desk, housekeeping, bellmen, and restaurant staff at this property. Very polished and professional team. - Outstanding fried chicken from the restaurant. - Extremely comfortable bed and pillows. - Excellent wifi and air conditioning. - Very quiet, terrific sound-proofing. - Very close to the Metro, and easily accessible to the bus station for Abu Dhabi. - Some people may not like the working-class neighbourhood, but I personally loved the vibe outside the hotel. Non-stop activity, very unique!

CONS: - First room for 4 nights was a little dated and dirty (cobwebs near shower, peeling paint on walls, sink faucet in washroom didn’t work properly and the drain plug was broken, lots of dust under and around the bed, etc). Second room during second stay was much cleaner. - Hand soap and body lotion bottles were almost empty upon arrival in first room. - Had requested extra pillows weeks before my arrival but they were not in the room during my first 4 night stay. The pillows were in my room during my second stay and I greatly appreciated it. Overall, an excellent stay and I highly recommend this property because of the superb service and value. I would definitely stay again.
