The staff is okay, the rooms are spacious, and the bathroom is separated from the 3-bed bedroom by a hallway. The room is decent, the bed linen was changed daily, and cleaning was done every day. It’s quiet. Extremely close to the metro, just a 2-3 minute walk. Bottled drinking water is provided for free daily and upon request. Coffee was good. I will return in the future

The food is NOT European. If you’re not looking for a culinary trip to India, I wouldn’t recommend the food. It’s extremely spicy and lacks flavor. I visited two years ago, and I believe the food was slightly more diverse back then. I suggest offering at least 2-3 separate European dishes without spicy seasonings. The only good thing is the price. In the morning, they serve two types of sauce (one spicy yellow sauce) and beans with sauce. Overall, it’s okay if you handle spice.

Was upgraded to a suite with bedroom, sitting room and two bathrooms. Very spacious and comfortable with a huge bed. Housekeeping boys (Arun and Aman) were both friendly and polite and did a good job of cleaning the room on a daily basis. Ample breakfast provided, both Indian and Western and eggs could be ordered according to request. Excellent location in the commercial centre of Dubai, convenient for shopping at local markets. All in all a very comfortable and pleasant stay. I'd definitely choose the Landmark Hotel again.

It would be good if the hotel provided a water cooler on each floor to avoid the necessity of providing plastic bottles of water. I'm always shocked at the amount of plastic bottles I go through.

For the record, I joined my wife and youngest daughter, who spent a week alone in this hotel before my arrival, and another wonderful week in this hotel with me. What I liked most about this hotel was not the infrastructure, but rather the very welcoming staff: as soon as I entered the hotel at security, Munaf and Ehsan accompanied me to the elevator to take me to the reception desk, where the front desk ladies greeted me with a broad smile. My request for a room next to the elevator was granted. At breakfast in the morning, Alemnesh's smile greeted us, ready to help. What a pleasant surprise to experience at this hotel! Alemnesh and my wife organized a special meal for my birthday with a magnificent chocolate cake, just the way I like it. Wow, hats off to the chef of this restaurant for the delicious meal and the fish. Thank you to the hotel management and all the staff for making this day so memorable.

In our second room, we had a problem with the shower discharge at bath level. The hotel's technical team came to solve the problem. It's certainly due to the fact that the installation needs to be redone.

I found the staff exceptionally helpful and pleasant, Moe at front desk always had a smile and very helpful and kind and very professional. everyone at the front desk was so kind, and when it came to house keeping on the 5th floor, the supervisor Shibin did all he could to find me a softer bed because of my back issues also acted in a very professional manner and house cleaning Ahsan and Shahanwaz were also pleasant and concerned that they were doing all they could for me to make my stay pleasant as possible and the gentleman at the tour attraction booth couldn’t of met a more helpful person.

It is not the first time to stay in that, but the first time to meet Valerian in the Restaurant. The welcome at the entrance to the restaurant for my breakfast was very warm. I was greeted by the young lady Valerian, who also took the time to carry my plate while I helped myself to the buffet table. You have to get to know her to experience this hospitality. She made my short stay enjoyable. What's more, I spent my short stay in a suite, even though I had only booked and paid for a single room. This was certainly the case because a request could not be met at check-in. At check-in, I was given to understand that during the day I would be vacating my room and moving to the room corresponding to the price I had paid. Surprise, management decided to let me stay in the suite.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Landmark Hotel, and I must say, it was a truly comfortable and delightful experience. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-equipped, offering a very relaxing environment for a peaceful stay. A special mention goes to Moe, the Guest Relations Officer. Moe went above and beyond to ensure that we had everything we needed, offering personalized recommendations and always greeting us with a warm smile. Her dedication to making guests feel welcome truly stood out and made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend Landmark Hotel for anyone seeking comfort, excellent service, and a truly memorable stay. The staff, especially Moe, make it a standout choice. I’ll certainly return whenever I'm in the area!

Location was super and convenient for shopping. The hotel was extra clean.. I really appreciated the young man who cleaned our room. Called Sheik Rahim he was very friendly and attended to our needs very efficiently and promptly. The in-house restaurant had amazing buffet meals for breakfast lunch and supper and the restaurant manager called Valerium constantly went out of his way to ensure our dinners were extra ensuring the chef made us some extra fish on 2 occasions which were exceptionally prepared. The buffet charge equivalent to 6usd (24Aed) was certainly value for money All the hotel staff were exceptional and my husband and I will definitely stay there next time.

Everything was really good

I have already stayed three times at Landmark Hotel in Deira, Dubai. Location is great, near Baniyas metro train and subway station (please note the area near the station is quite good for evening walks and shopping near by many different shops).  Hotel Staff is very efficient and friendly. Continental breakfast is very good in my opinion (bacon, scambles eggs, bread/toast, cereals, fruit juice, fresh fruit, ham, cheese,....). Free Wi-Fi in all areas too including in my room. I would highly recommend this hotel in Deira as it's value for money!

Hotel reception is located on the first floor, so lift would normally be programmed to stop every time on the first floor.

From the moment I arrived, the service was outstanding. Moe provided excellent support with a friendly and professional attitude, making the stay smooth and enjoyable. At the reception, Mubarak and Chanu were welcoming and efficient, creating a great first impression. Housekeeping by Hein was exceptional—everything was always clean, neat, and perfectly arranged. Every detail was handled with care and consistency. Truly one of the best experiences I’ve had. Thank you to the entire team for setting such a high standard. Highly recommended
