Nazir and Wael went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, and their warm hospitality made us feel like we were among friends.Every member of the staff was fantastic, providing impeccable service and always greeting us with a smile. The attention to detail and the genuine care they showed us made our stay unforgettable.The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully appointed, providing a perfect sanctuary after a day of exploring the vibrant city. The amenities were top-notch, and the location was incredibly convenient for accessing all that Dubai has to offer.Riviera Hotel has truly become our home in Dubai, and we cannot wait to return. We had a wonderful and highly memorable stay at Riviera. All the staff from the concierge, reception, cleaning and breakfast were polite, professional and helpful. Brother Emaad was incredibly courteous and helped us with anything we needed regarding the room and our stay. The hotel had beautiful decor with an Italian Riviera theme filled with a relaxing ambience. Our rooms were well sized and comfortable. The location was fantastic, just a few minutes away from Dubai Creek, food places and shopping all nearby. I would love to return to Riviera again.

From the moment we stepped into the reception, we were welcomed warmly and Ramadan, who was manning the reception when we arrived was kind enough to check us in, because our flight arrived early. Then Omar, who was so friendly, that you would think we were members of his family. The kitchen staff were exceptional. Mohammed, who cleaned our floor, deserves a medal. There are other staff members whose names, I don't recall but they were all wonderful. To top It up, the hotel is close to the Gold Souk.It was really a home away from home. We're looking forward to going back next year.

I had an amazing experience at Riviera Hotel Creek during my recent trip to Dubai. The location is absolutely perfect — right on the Dubai Creek, with beautiful views and a vibrant atmosphere. It’s also just a short walk from the traditional souks, metro stations, and great local eateries, making it super convenient for exploring the city.

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a lovely balcony view of the water. I especially appreciated the attention to detail in housekeeping and how quiet and peaceful the hotel felt, despite being in the heart of Deira.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly, especially Wael. Shortly after checking in, I received a call from the management to make sure everything was in order and to my satisfaction. Not long after, they surprised me with a complimentary fruit basket, which was a lovely gesture. When I checked out, they even gave me a small gift, which made the experience feel extra special. The hotel is very clean and perfectly located — close to shops, the metro, and the river. I stayed alone but would highly recommend it for couples and families as well. I’ll definitely stay here again!

My room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, with a beautiful view of the city. The staff was friendly and quick to assist with any requests, making the stay even more enjoyable.
