The pool hasn’t been operational since August. I’ve stayed at the hotel 3 times over the past 2 months and each time was told the pool would be fixed in a couple of weeks. I was extremely disappointed when I arrived on my latest visit that the pool was still not operational. The pool in the hotel next door, which guests can use is inadequate.

Another splendid stay at the grand old Carlton Tower, the duchess of the Creek. A little worn in years maybe, but she continues to delight, comfort and entertain in equal measure. The marvellous lobby team of Subhair, Joseph, Javeed and Sunday could not be more helpful, Jessy and Jack pilot the front desk with aplomb, and Lydia and Valerie deliver warm hospitality. Deepest gratitude to you all.

Breakfast timings, some ladies staff in reception don't know how to behave politely and friendly to customers. Also spa receptionist behavior not good.

The view from our hotel room was fenomenal: we could see Dubai Frame, Burj Khalifa... They cleaned the room and changed the towels every day, they also left 2 bottles of water for us every day.

The hotel is a bit old. Breakfast was pretty basic for a 4* hotel - they could have more variety of food. The pool was closed for repairs which they didn't tell at the check-in; we could have used the pool in the neighboring hotel, but we didn't. We wanted to use the fitness, but it was so hot in the room that we couldn't.

Location is very good.İt is near metro station of Baniyas Square.Breakfast is good.Hotel is very clean.The staff are professional.This hotel is very good for the price.

It is not a pleasant event to close the swimming pool for repairs on hot summer days and for the repairs to continue for a long time. It is true that those who want a swimming pool are allowed to use the swimming pool of the neighboring hotel for free. But still not comfortable!

Staff is great with front desk reception folks being really kind and helpful. Kasim who greets us at the door is awesome! He helped us arrange transport to Abu Dhabi by private car. The room is very comfortable and breakfast has good variety of food. The neighborhood is in historical “old” Dubai near to the Gold and Spice Souks and Dubai creek.

We wanted to borrow a fork to eat the leftover food we had ordered from the hotel restaurant, and the hotel charges a fee per fork of 5 dirhans. We ate the food by hand.

I had an excellent experience with the hotel reception, particularly with a staff member named Dexter. He was exceptionally professional, supportive, and attentive throughout our stay. He efficiently handled our complaints, assisted with payment matters, and went out of his way to help us arrange transportation to the airport. His outstanding service truly enhanced our overall experience.

I loved the services, the staff were so humble and ready to help, the breakfast was wonderful l aslo had food at the restaurant and it was wonderful. Although the bathroom need a bit of renovation, a part from that everything was fine. If your in Dubai and looking for a budget friendly hotel to stay this is the place to stay.

The room was spacious; breakfast was good especially the oat porridge; the meals off the à la cart menu had extremely generous portions and were yummy

They initially put us on a smoking floor, something that should have been considered before assigning a room. However, they eventually resolved it. Breakfast venue was congested due to number of guests and had a pungent egg smell when we walked in

was only a short 1 day trip.i got a small room on promotion.but the room was good,very clean and comfortable.Its not a recent hotel and had some wear and tear but mostly in the bathroom but nothing to put me off.hot water was prompt,bed was comfortable and spacious for all my luggage.wardrobe was big although i didnt need it this time,had a small fridge that worked,complimentary water.Next to creek and few minutes toi Baniyas metro,few steps to Day to Day which opens 24hrs.many eateries around.The staff were very pleasant.Theres even a spa and happy hours on one of those floors.Spa open until 3am.I REQUESTED FOR WAKE UP CALL AN WAS ON THE DOT.TAXI COMES TO HOTEL. will stay again!
