The historical heritage atmosphere of the locale

It was different from any other hotel. You didn;t get the feeling you could be anywhere in the world. Great position in the old souk and near the Creek

A swimming pool but that was easily sorted by the great shuttle service to sister hotel. Easy to get lost around the streets, buildings in the hotel, that isn't as criticism, just adds to the fun and the staff are helpful or you can always call a buggy to get to reception.

The best area to stay in Dubai if you want to see the heritage. The hotel is right in the souks. Very easy to find and to walk around the area. Check in & check out processes went smoothly. Room service was quick. Their breakfast is very good, variety of foods available. Everything is beautifully arranged. They have buggies to drive you to your room and also to take you to the other hotel, if you want to use the pool. You can also walk, is very close by. The room was comfortable and nicely decorated, the most beautiful Arab style. You have all the amenities available and gets cleaner everyday.

The structure, design, vibes of old dubai makes me feel very heritage. The service upon arrival was fast

This is the most unique location in Dubai. This hotel is like no other. Beautiful design, very clean, everything was cleaned and replaced daily. There are buggies that take you to the pool across the whole promenade at your request at any moment. Al Seef village is must visit and many tourists come there, but if you are staying there it’s amazing as you get to explore any time and before the crowds arrive.

We were located in the building above Starbucks which was like super noisy until 1am every night. It wasn’t much of an issue as we sleep easily and some nights we also stayed up late too. I also think if we asked we would have been moved to a less noisy room. The hotel has rooms everywhere in the village but we admired this room due to the beautiful view. There was no balcony in our room but just outside of our room we had an access to a huge balcony/chill zone with a view to Creek and most of the time it was empty so just ours to use.

The location of the hotel is beautiful, very picturesque right in the middle of the souq and nearby Dubai creek. Really feels like living in the hold Dubai. The hotel rooms are not all in the same building, but they are spread across different buildings, in different parts of the suk but a golf cart is provided to help guests move around and reach the restaurant. breakfast has an amazing variety of food and is available on a beautiful outdoor terrace with great atmosphere. Staff was always incredibly helpful, especially Arjun.

The hotel is placed 15-20 mins walking from the closest metro station. Moving from the room to the restaurant or to the lobby requires always some walking (or waiting for golf cart pick up). The suk can be crowded at night and room can be a bit noisy sometimes. Room was not full of natural light, as we had to keep the shutters closed not to be seen from the suk.

I stayed at this hotel December 2019, so 4 years later I returned December 2024. I arrived into DXB on a morning flight, so I didn’t expect my room to be ready. However, at check in the staff did everything to make my room available as soon as possible. In the meantime I was served tea in reception whilst a buggy was made available to drive me to the sister hotel Hilton Canopy to use the swimming pool in the meantime. Once checked in I was upgraded to a creek view room thanks to the amazing Guest Relations Manager Aysha Hussein whom provided an exceptional customer experience. Remember the rooms aren’t modern as they are meant to be in keeping of the exterior. However, they have all the modern features and the rooms include a safe, dressing gowns, bathroom amenities incase you forget a toothbrush, hairdryer, modern tv, air con, WiFi, shower and shampoo in the shower wall mounted and great quality towels, tea and coffee facilities including a Nespresso machine, so bring your favourite coffee pods if you love an Nespresso. The room was spacious, bed very comfortable and bedding excellent. The rooms and hotel are located in busy environment and can sometimes be noisy. However, the rooms are fairly quiet. In terms of quietness I would say 8/10. I opted for the buffet breakfast located a 2 minute walk. Always warmly welcomed. Amazing selection catered for European and Middle Eastern choices and a chef whom makes omelettes to order. I cannot fault the choice from fruit, juices, chicken sausages, turkey/chicken bacon, yogurts, cereals and grains and a vast selection of Middle Eastern dishes. The Hilton Canopy sister hotel is a 10 minute walk through the creek side soul and there you can use the swimming pool on the 7th floor complimentary. There are several convenience shops in the souk as well as a Costa, Starbucks and several cafes and restaurants. A walk to Bur Juman metro station is a 10 minute walk that will take you into downtown and beyond.

The room I paid for looked over the creek and it was so nice to have my own balcony to enjoy my coffee in the morning. The bed was amazing and so very comfortable, the decorations were so nice too. I love the theme of the whole area and the souks are so nice to walk around

My room looked over the indian cafe/bar and every night there was a band outside with drums and loud singing. Even with the windows closed it was a lot. They usually stopped playing around 11pm but there were some days i had plans that required me to be in bed earlier than that.

Location, room size , room decoration, very lively area, super friendly staff

We experienced 4 problems at this hotel. 1. The hotel is in a souq, kind of bazaar, therefore it will be very noisy until late at night. 2. There is constant noise from water pipes so if somebody decides to take a shower at 2 am in the morning, you wake up from the heavy noise. 3. During our five day stay, we asked at least five times for new keys as our keys were not opening the door. Staff were absolutely friendly to replace them as soon as possible.4. The gym and the pool is in a different hotel , 10 minutes walking distance. gym is very good but the pool is very small and beds are already reserved early in the morning so no chance.

Be aware this isn't your normal "Hilton" hotel experience (some guests I met seemed taken aback by it). This hotel is scattered amongst a few different buildings in the Al Seef Souq neighborhood, which very much feels like "old Dubai", and so your room may be in a different building from the check-in and the breakfast/dinner building. The room was fantastically decorated with traditional shutters, antique switches, etc which gave it a expeditionary and adventurous feel - I loved it. From my room I could see the little boats go by on the creek and stepping out of your room immediately puts you in the middle of many interesting shops and delicious restaurants. The breakfast buffet was incredible, well stocked with lots of local touches and food to try, on a beautiful rooftop. Comfortable beds, A/C, shower, A+. Couldn't have asked for more.

Initially I wasn't too happy with the forced valet for my car (even though it's free), but I later discovered I could also just park my car myself in the Al Seef parking garage because it's free. However, that may no longer work if they stop making the garage free to park in.
