The Radisson Blu Hotel, Dubai Deira Creek was highly recommended to me by a loyal guest, and I must say, the experience exceeded my expectations. From a swift and warm check-in to a pristine room, everything was flawless. The superb dinner, cozy breakfast, and stunning views truly enhanced my stay. This exceptional experience added a memorable touch to my work trip to Dubai.

Excellent location only 10 mins from airport and easy access to the Abra boats to get to Old Dubai souks and shopping areas

Food options within the hotel were ok but not great, recomnmend venturing out of the hotel for food

They didn’t have my reservation in my name instead, they had both rooms booked in my children’s name, which was frustrating seeing I made and paid for the booking. They didn’t offer me the discounts booklet for the onsite restaurants etc, I had to ask for it which was disappointing.

Its a fairly large property and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. Loved the balcony.

The bathrooms are very small and the shower above the tub wasnt fixed properly - it kept falling down from the hook.

Semeless stay this was our pleasure as family and friends in general hence all went ok and had no problem so far all went well. I would recommend to keep it up for future guest as well same as us

Great location, fair price. Clean and very comfortable. Only downside was on one of the days (I stayed 5 nights) hotel lost water all of a sudden- very inconvenient as I was just about to head for a shower. According to management, it was 'maintenance'. If maintenance, then a heads up would have been nice. However if it was a sudden breakdown then I think fair enough as that can happen anywhere. The issue lasted for only 30 minutes or so therefore I am maybe being a little fussy but still felt it worthwhile to mention. The hotel however exceeded my expectations completely as I know it's an old property. However everything about if was 5* no doubt about it specially the staff. Keep it up!

Everything was great, the room was beautiful and comfortable. Location is good, of course it is not centeally located but it is known at the booking. Still, it is close to metro and water transport (to cross the creek to go to Old Town). Also very close to the airport, only 10 minutes drive. Breakfast is great, especially humus, which was very tasty, fresh bakery, too. Room service was fast and great quality. Staff was overall very attentive. There were no robes and slippers in the room, but it was not a big thing, and I never had a chance to ask about it at reception. Overall, it is very good quality for this price.

The hotel is well serviced with restaurants and shops and a metro access next door. Room was very good and clean. Breakfast was excellent. Pool area was very nice and a good view. Mahmoud on the reception desk was very helpful.

The Location across the creek isolates you from the attractive spots in Dubai southward. The metro is usually crowded, and taxi rides are not cheap.

Overall, the hotel is beautiful and clean. Nice breakfast and the restuarant space is good.

The hotel staff outside prefer to call private taxis whose fare is almost thrice the public taxi rate and the worst bit is that the drivers of these private taxi luck customercare. I paid to be taken to Sabkah station only for the driver to take a left turn leaving me half way my journey in that hot weather claiming there is jam ahead. If you are lucky and they successfully take you to the destinantion, they are impatient and complaining. I advise guests to go for public taxis. Also do thorough cleaning of the carpet in the room. The carpet in the corridor looks cleaner and brighter than the one inside the room.

I recently stayed at Radisson Blu Hotel, Dubai Deira Creek and had an absolutely wonderful experience! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially at the breakfast counters. A special mention to the gentleman who greeted us each morning at the entrance of the breakfast area—he was exceptionally polite, friendly, and always had a warm smile that made us feel right at home. One morning, my son requested a specific vegetable for breakfast, and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate his request the very next day. It’s clear that the team truly cares about their guests and strives to make every moment special. My best memories from this trip were created in the breakfast area thanks to such an amazing team. Thank you for making our stay unforgettable!

The staff at the reception should be more friendly and should have smiling face all the time.
