Room design, restaurants and bar. The hotel is very welcoming and quiet. The view over the creek is beautiful especially at sunset. I would recommend this hotel especially for long stays.

The fridge is locked if you are not using the mini bar, which leaves nothing to keep drinks and food cold and refrigerated. The TV screen is unusually small and doesn't support smart apps.

Location, cleanliness and comfort

Because we didn’t keep a deposit, they immediately came and emptied the minibar which seemed awkward and felt as if we would eat or drink from it without paying. We’ve stayed in many top notch hotels and none of them did that. This action made us feel as if they don’t trust their guests. Going to think again before booking here again even though we’ve stayed here many times in the past but never faced this kind of attitude.

The facility is great. Great location. Great room ambience and hotel staff were friendly.

I do not like the average (half) menu being given to guests for lunch and dinner. I think the hotel can work better with the restaurants to increase its menu options for hotel guests. There is a huge difference between the menu given to guests and the paid menu available in the restaurants. I also lost my Balmain shirts in the hotel premises. Thankfully, it was traced on CCTV and I have been promised that the guest who accidentally picked the shirt will return it to me.

Beautiful room, well equip. I don't use minibar so cant say but it looked has pretty much everything. The breakfast spread was very good. staffs across the hotel were exceptionally helpful and friendly. I would like to mention few names like Sweta in the front desk, Shahid in the concierge, Chef Tire Pun, Ridha and Shahil in the breakfast room were so nice and attentive. Excellent room service and food. I would recommend for sole, couple and family equally.

I had a small incident which i raised my concern about but the front desk did not come back to me and updated me how it was addressed because the issue was serious and pertains to one individual only.

I had a truly wonderful experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the reception team—especially Sneha—was incredibly warm, welcoming, and helpful. She made the check-in process smooth and made me feel right at home. A special mention to Rudy from housekeeping, who went above and beyond by leaving a sweet, thoughtful note in my room. It’s small gestures like these that make a big difference. The room itself was spotless, beautifully clean, and designed in a charming Japanese style that created a peaceful and relaxing ambiance, facing the creek.The cleanliness throughout the hotel was top-notch. Breakfast was another highlight—delicious, varied, and satisfying, with options that catered to different tastes. Overall, an excellent stay with great service, attention to detail, and a personal touch. I would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to others!

Amazing breakfast, nice lobby, great front door/ parking/ housekeeping staff. All were wonderful! We ordered a mezza and a pizza... both were excellent. We went to Abu Dhabi for 2 nights and could've selected another hotel for our last night back in Dubai, but we returned to the Sheraton. The room was good- sized, comfy bed and sheets and great desk for my writing work at night.

In room phone didn't work so well. The hair salon price on the sign should be more clear compared to the higher final charges, but service was very good and staff dealtx̌. The Lobby decor is too dark, but it's a nice layout.

The food at all meals was excellent; brekkie was plentiful and a good variety. The chef cooking the eggs is worth watching - four different styles at the one time. The location seems a bit far, but it's only a short three block walk, past Union Square, to the metro - a day pass costs UED 19.50. My room overlooked the creek, and worth the extra to watch the boats, decorated with lights, float past the double door randomly. The management was very accommodating in providing a very early check-in, prior to my arrival.

This Sheraton would have scored a 10, had coffee, milk and tea bags been provided before I waylaid one of the cleaners to get some.

It was my third time at this hotel. Passing through Dubai I would always come back here. The location is very convenient and quiet. Nice room, comfortable, firm mattresses, excellent, friendly service everywhere. WiFi is always working. The Room service team, especially Ganga was outstanding. He is very courteous, friendly and always payed attention to detail.

The two female staff at the entrance of the gym/sauna could not bring themself to greet a customer with a welcoming smile. Their heads were buried in their smartphones, looking up briefly to let me in was a real struggle and the look I received made very clear that I was just a nuisance. Some lessons in customer care would be very appropriate.

The staff were incredibly warm, respectful and professional. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed. Special thanks to Francis, who brought so much joy and positive energy every day. The central location of the hotel is perfect, and the view over the creek is absolutely beautiful. It felt like home.

There was honestly nothing I didn’t like. Everything exceeded my expectations.

The location by the creek is not only scenic but therapeutic. The view of the fireworks in the Saturday night sky was captivating and enchanting. I was at the right place at the right time .

The synergy between the staff is excellent. The staff made my stay most comfortable, exciting and memorable. I arrived at the hotel in the early hours of the morning and Michel at the Reception spared no time and efforts in making my checking in seamless. The breakfast is top notch. I hope to visit some other time with my wife to savor your delicious meals .
