Great breakfast. Very friendly staff. Pool with a perfect view.

This was my sixth stay and if I could change anything it would be the smoking allowed by the pool. Such a beautiful place is polluted with stinky carcinogenic smoke. It's 2024, folks. The whole world considers smoking something abnormal and protects those who want to stay healthy from those who bother them with their behavior. Ban smoking by the pool and you'll be the best hotel in Dubai :)

Very comfortable stay for 6 nights in lounge access room. The staff is extremely courteous and goes out of the way to help you out. Cleanliness is above par, and the room is very comfortable. The bathroom is aesthetically pleasing with beautiful bathtub and separate shower areas. Breakfast is phenomenal and food at Gusto restaurant is amazing. The lounge is super comfortable and serves extraordinary high tea snacks. The staff at the lounge is very helpful and friendly. Reception staff, especially Diaa and Najma are very accommodating. Highly recommended and looking forward to staying again here.

Booked the suite and it was very nice and spacious. The staff was very friendly, and the free parking if a plus.

The breakfast is not really great, I think they can do a bit more to uplift the quality of food in general.

Outstanding standard through and through. The location was fantastic and hotel facilities excellent. We really enjoyed the view of the city and the Burj Khalifa while swimming in the pool. The bathroom was one of the best I've ever seen and the size of the room very generous. The best parts of the stay were the breakfast - highly recommend - and the staff. Incredibly kind and welcoming and very helpful. We really enjoyed chatting with Melonie, whose service was impeccable, as well as Chitesh every morning during breakfast. Always thoughtful and would always bring us double espressos with a smile. And of course, I can't forget Chafi (I believe his name was) from the front desk who welcomed us for a late check in, due to our flight time, and was so kind to offer us a fantastic upgrade for our room at a wonderful price! Thank you all for making our Dubai trip so memorable and see you again soon. :)

Not a thing

The staff were really nice and helpful. The room was comfortable, the pillows were a bit too soft for my liking. The pool is small but it’s perfectly fine for a dip while sunbathing, there is a very nice view from there. The Italian restaurant on the rooftop was just delicious!

The pool area is very small and can get very busy, definitely too small for a hotel of this size. My room’s walls were paper thin, I could hear both of my neighbors up until late night, therefore haven’t really got a good night sleep even with earplugs. Perhaps other rooms are better soundproofed and I was just unlucky?

food was good, staff prompt all the time including manager Diaa Aref he spoke very kind and helful in all problems he is a good manager I see even with the staff it very nice and friendly,I like a lot Diaa Aref he smile all the time to the customer and jumper to help.i like a lot the driver ho take us all the time to Dubai Mall,Kite Beach,verry respectful all the time Aziz spoke nice about Rotana,Dubai very good guide, and Mehari he do good job with customer I see every day he help with taxi and he pay from his money because one customer he take another taxi not all the people do for his job like this he deserve congratulations from Rotana.

Our family stay was amazing! We stayed for 18 days! The staff, rooms, hotel, location, service everything was perfect! I usually write Tripadvisor reviews but will put this here given that I booked via booking.com. The staff are the best I have seen in the industry in 25 years of global travel. The manager, Mr. Diaa, the front desk - Mr. Cherif and the other person whose name I forget, the cleaning crew for our room, Mr. Sarfraz, the concierge Amit, Sadiq and Manoj, the staff at breakfast - Laxman, Ajaya, Buddha Lal. The best! We were a little disappointed to leave after 18 days, but all vacations have to end :)

- We arrived early and the receptionist was very kind and decent we checked in early and they upgrade our room. - the place was clean and well organised the furniture is so good. - the valley parking was available 24/7 and no much time to wait. - the coffee shop had starbox menu and the staff was professional and very kind. - Everyday when I came back to room it was cleaned and organised by room service 👍🏻 - very fast response from the controller. - the hotel is near to airport about 12 mins

Two points to improve: 1- the pillow is not so comfortable in sleeping. 2- there is no napkins on the rooms.

The staff is very attentive to the customer and very helpful. We were put on a smoking floor but when we asked to change rooms, the staff did everything to ensure that we got our non-smoking rooms and the children even had a studio at no additional cost. Thank you to the staff for this quality service and a big thank you to Maya for all the care and love she gave to ensure that our room was always impeccable...Thank you very much Maya.

Unfortunately, the hotel needs to make a big effort to allow guests to have a good night's sleep by investing in quality mattresses. My wife, the children and I suffered from back pain almost throughout our stay because of the mattresses... The pool is small but it's OK.

Staff were fantastic from the moment we arrived to when we left. Thanks to Dhruha, Tenzing at the pool, Azzedine F&B manager and Sharjth (bad spelling!) at reception, you made our stay so special. Room was large airy and the bed was so comfortable. We were on the 6th floor got a complimentary upgrade to a creek view room which was amazing! The rooftop pool had a great view. All inclusive offer was great value for money. Drinks kept coming and the food was lovely. We ate at salt and pepper for breakfast, Gusto and Morgan a la carte for dinner all delicious with great choice and service.
