Had a lovely stay at Mariott Executive Apartments Dubai Creek. The rooms was clean, spacious. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the amenities, like the pool were great.

The downside was the the number of beds. I have booked a two bedrooms apartment which supposed to be suitable for 5 persons as per the Booking, and I check in normally for 2 adults and 3 kids, and once I get in, I found only 4 beds, and once I checked with the reception they have informed me that I have to pay 50 AED for each day for the fifth bed which is really annoyed me. If this apartment has 4 beds, why you have accepted my booking for 5 persons?!!!

Apartment was spacious and well equipped. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice breakfast buffet.

I specifically asked for a quiet room away from traffic on a high floor. I was given a second floor room that faced on a fairly busy intersection. The staff told me no other room was available. They promised that if a room would have become available they would had moved me. But for the duration of my 6 night stay they didn't even once ask if it was ok or offer to change the room. Disappointing as for everything else the staff was very friendly and helpful

The apartment location is in Deira. The airport is about 10 min. away from the apartment. It was fairly convenient if you are looking to stay around this area. Also, the cabs are plentiful and getting around is not an issue at all. The breakfast is fairly good, with a prepared meal and two action stations for Dosai and Waffles/eggs available. Staff are very much attentive to your needs and are friendly. Chef Prbhas and Jenny were very helpful. There are plenty of eateries around the apartment, and the picturesque location can be visible from the top floor and the crossing atop the building. Hotel also had a dining in service at a reasonable price, with fulfilling dishes, Arabian and Italian. Good place to stay, although the price may a bit on the expensive side.

more pillows would have been better, as we were a family with two kids, aged 11 and 13. Apart from this, it is a pretty great stay.

He was incredibly attentive, always ready to offer assistance and answer any questions I had about the hotel or local area. His professionalism and genuine hospitality made me feel valued as a guest, and I truly appreciated his personal touch. The hotel itself was immaculate, with well-maintained rooms and top-notch amenities.

The customer service was exceptional from every department. The dietary staff my favorite was engaging with attention to every detail, Vinesh, Justen, to name a few. My check out receptionist went above and beyond to help us out on the ride app,, so appreciative he took time to personally help us out

The menu items could be switched around a few items. for the length of time, the same choices every day were not the best

Size and value for money

The location is great and central to major facilities within the Dubai Creek area. We enjoyed the rooftop swimming and gym area at night. The room set up with the kitchenette completely met my expectations. There was more than adequate bedding that made me felt comfortable with my family

Even though attendance to maintenance calls was very prompt to malfunctioning equipment, regular checks of all in room facilities to ensure all facilities are working as intended before guest check-in will provide uninterrupted comfort.

We really enjoyed our stay at Marriott Executive Apartments, Dubai Creek. All of the hotel's staff are a great example of excellent customer service. From reception, security staff, house keeping, bell boy, everyone played their best part for a comfortable stay for us. The hotel is located within the centre of Dubai, in a very calm place. There are a number of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. No doubt, we felt like a 'home away from home'. Thanks to all staff members who made our stay comfortable, we wish to see you again in the near future 🙏.

We are not able to find a single thing which we didn't like. Everything was so perfect on this hotel! We believe that due to their staff members, they are the best 👌

I am a Marriott Bonvoy member so I’d really choose my hotel as much as possible. I know Marriott Hotels are good.

I like that the housekeepers are very organized, prompt and reliable. It’s just that we had a problem with the AC and it was not taken cared of right away. They took care of it on our last day and i was happy so I extended one more day to just a 1BR BUT the Marriott Team with the help of Supervisor Joey and Manager Albert made sure me and my family are taken cared of so they have upgraded us to a 2BR. So instead of moving all the way to Tower B, we just moved to the room right next to us.
