I was stayed for long because of my official work on last few weeks so far , my wife stays alone staffs a super friendly and professional specially would like warm thanks for day shift staffs Asif, Sayona and Rowena they arrange everything so quicker and simply . After few days of stay they gave us a experience to room in new build space beyond our request that too nice hospitality. I recommend this place for secure and relaxation place in deira . Also thanks guys

Bathroom and some flys in room no idea where it from . Bathroom has some water leak in face wash basin and water drain is too slow it make bit uncomfortable otherwise good

Staff very good, very helpful and attended when needed. Supervisor Santhosh dealt with things very fast and efficiently. Other staff Charu, Rahim and Saji were all very good and efficient. 10 minutes walk is the metro station. Good restaurants nearby.

They need to sort bathroom cubicle as it open towards the main bathroom door and water is all inside the main room and people can fall down. Some times you can hear nightclub music.

Their clean rooms and convenient location. Their staff especially Ibrahim was very friendly courteous.

They should have included breakfast in their package. A heated swimming pool would have been a good thing. In your page you had indicated that there would be a free taxi ride from airport but the hotel said there is nothing like that.

Excellent house keeping services provided by Rahim. The room I stayed in I e Room 418 was very clean. Also the hospitality at Concorde hotel was good. The driver who dropped me at the airport - Yasir - also did a good job.

It was close to Airport and easy to reach. Also the main market was very close and walking distance. Public transport was very close and easy to access. Lot of Resturants were close.
