buggy service is really convinient to take you to the shop you need. especially travelling with elder people

Breakfast, comfy beds, cosy decor, beautiful area I especially loved the buggies available and the drivers were very friendly. I also liked the whatsapp communication.

The noise from the drums from an Indian restaurant. I slept in building 1 and building 3. Noise until 11pm :( The pool in the other sister hotel is not worth going to. Strange smell in some rooms.

The historical heritage atmosphere of the locale

It was different from any other hotel. You didn;t get the feeling you could be anywhere in the world. Great position in the old souk and near the Creek

A swimming pool but that was easily sorted by the great shuttle service to sister hotel. Easy to get lost around the streets, buildings in the hotel, that isn't as criticism, just adds to the fun and the staff are helpful or you can always call a buggy to get to reception.

June 2025 - Location was awesome. Near the water. The property is heritage, so it gave the vibe I was looking for. You will get great photos. The rooms are in blocks and it's open corridors to outside, so when it's hot - it's hot (40*) right outside your bedroom door. You can hear everything, so take ear plugs (4am prayer and continues all day). Beds are comfortable. Lighting is dim - maybe to hide the condition. One can get lost because everything looks the same. Better signage would be appreciated to find your location. Pool is shared with a sister hotel 4mins away via buggy requested through reception. Rooms are equipped with iron, ironboard, tea/coffee, fridge is stocked with water and milk, great water pressure, bathroom little extras, Wifi worked well, spacious and aircon works but a little noisey. We didn't use the restaurant.

I booked two rooms with king double each. I was given a 2 single bed room and to accommodate, the property gave me a room on another floor to my family.

The best area to stay in Dubai if you want to see the heritage. The hotel is right in the souks. Very easy to find and to walk around the area. Check in & check out processes went smoothly. Room service was quick. Their breakfast is very good, variety of foods available. Everything is beautifully arranged. They have buggies to drive you to your room and also to take you to the other hotel, if you want to use the pool. You can also walk, is very close by. The room was comfortable and nicely decorated, the most beautiful Arab style. You have all the amenities available and gets cleaner everyday.

The structure, design, vibes of old dubai makes me feel very heritage. The service upon arrival was fast

This continues to be my favorite hotel in Dubai. There just isn't anything even close to it. The architecture is totally unique. The market vibe they've created is great. The proximity to Dubai Creek for early morning walks is wonderful. Even the gym at their sister hotel next door is just what I needed. Great job, Hilton!

There is only one complaint I've got...at this point I got to Dubai 4-6 times year and I'm only ever staying at Al Seef. However, it is clear that when I check in there is no recognition that I'm a frequent guest. The team there could do a better job of understanding this, even though I'm only booking through Booking.com. It's a miss and I expect more from a hotel in the Curio Collection.

An impeccable hotel with spacious, clean, and very bright rooms. Hot water available 24/7, comfortable beds, and a perfect location — temples, markets, and restaurants are all within walking distance. But what truly makes this place special is the hospitality. Osama and his wife Asma are exceptional hosts. Osama is generous, attentive, and always ready to help. And Asma… such a lovely woman, who cooks with so much love that every dish feels like a warm hug. Everything she made was delicious, homemade, and full of care. They explained everything to me with patience, helped me understand the local culture, and even took me out for walks. I felt cared for, accompanied… like a princess. This is the perfect place for those seeking rest, warmth, and a real human connection. If you're visiting this city, don’t think twice: here you’ll find more than just a good hotel — you’ll find people who truly care about you.
