My husband joined me on this final night of my total five night stay. I had surgery and was discharged, staying in the Studio M hotel until my flight back to the US could be arranged. The staff was very helpful and accommodating for all my special needs and requests. Overall the comfort, cleanliness, accessibility, transportation assistance, room service, free Internet and location were very good!

While the team cleaning and refreshing the room were excellent, there were restrictions on the towels. Only one large towel and one small towel per registered person was supplied. A bath mat had to be requested. The day my husband arrived, the team did not have towels available at the time of cleaning the room. I had to call for towels and when brought we had to prove we had no towels - a bit odd. The Internet supported video conferencing but did not support FaceTime or Skype video telephone calls. The room was a bit small.

I don’t usually give feedbacks unless it really deserves to have one. I’m not sure if it was me but the people at the reception seems to be having a busy day yesterday. I’m a very passive person and I give opportunity to understand people I interact with. Yet, I would encourage these guys to be more empathetic and warm as they accommodate guests. Though it’s a budget hotel, people would patronize a place where they feel more welcomed. There’s a lack of empathy, and I don’t feel that they would like to build rapport with guests. I feel like I’m just going to buy at a local store for something.

There's a shopping center and grocery stores nearby, which was helpful for daily needs. The area is full of great restaurants, offering a variety of cuisines just a short walk away. The hotel's location is also ideal for exploring the city—it’s close to many major attractions and well-connected by public transport. Overall, it's a great choice for anyone looking for an accessible and family-friendly place to stay.

The room was smaller than expected compared to other hotels in the same price range. Also, the open-style cupboard for clothing storage didn’t look very tidy or visually appealing

I keep coming back because the service is excellent! Today I'm raving about the housekeeper Nippon, Nippon so well trained. The way he makes a bed is art. He has mastered it, making it so inviting. Always noticing defects and the color, always choosing the brightest linen. Nippon always deep cleans, his attention to detail is undeniable. He is one of the best members of the housekeeping staff. I had a huge problem recently, Khaled to the rescue, he always makes the client feel secure and comfortable. It's an Amazing quality. Thank you Mr. Khaled. Thank you as well to Mr. Mott hope I spelled that right. You know a employee has touched you when you have excellent recall, and you have never met. I'm a fan of consistency. Mott is super professional and has a great speaking voice. He takes in consideration a person of Determination has exstinuating circumstances.

The quality provided by these three individuals, really makes a huge difference When one is paralyzed, it's like being trapped in a burning building 24 hours. The Staff at Studio M understands this, they do everything in their power to make it as comfortable as possible.

The 2 bed room apartment was very nice and it has a big family hall

It need some improvement in the cleaning and providing of toilet items like dental kits and lotion

This apartment is amazing, the location is perfect, and the breakfast is delicious. I absolutely recommend it.

The price is a bit high and there is no flexibility for early check-in or late check-out. Had a negative experience with a member of the restaurant staff which was disappointing.

The apartment was very spacious and cleaned daily by the staff which was very helpful! Location is very good ... 10km from Dubai downtime! We had a parking space included in the price which was a big bonus as you need a car to go anywhere in Dubai!

I did not like that I booked a one-bedroom apartment which was supposed to be for 4 people to sleep in it but the living room was not sleepable as there was only one sofa and we had no choice but to upgrade to 2-bedroom apartment as we've booked and paid already for 12 nights which was not free of course :)

Everything was excellent 👍👌. The room was cleaned every day.

After checking out and waiting for the bus to the airport, we remembered how helpful the hotel staff were when we arrived—they assisted us with our luggage without us even asking. It would have been equally appreciated if they had offered the same support when we were leaving. My family had four to five trolley bags, and that day, no one came to help. We were simply told to go and get in the bus.

Friendly service, cleanliness, comfortable , funky modern decor , has all you need , gym, pool, 24 hour shop for grab n go , location great for transit travellers- great value for money.

Ok I just randomly searched and found this place and I booked and this was best place ,good amount of restaurant near by area . Metro station near by . The building is well maintained and clean , staff always smiling greetings I want to specially thank Thinzar i hope i wrote her name correct i could actually see the difference whe she use to clean my room and others .she is always smiling and greeting you, thank you . So who ever is searching to book do it without thinking will definitely book again

The only problem in reception area nothing major but communication some person will say something in morning but later down it's something else . Hope the management give more training but rest all was great
