The hotel is less than 6 months old so everything is brand new. The apartments are massive . The beds were comfortable and new. The kitchen has full functionality with dish washer and washing machine and tumble drier. The rooms are super quiet as the apartment is well insulated from external noise. It was the fastest check in process we have ever experienced after 7 years in the UAE. The staff were super helpful and professional. We have stayed at the armani in the burj khalifa and the burj al arab as well as the pallazzo versace and the staff here rival that staff levels of friendliness and service. I could honestly not believe what we got for the price as we just needed a place to see our kids who are studying at sharjah University. My wife said don't write a good review becase then everyone will want to stay here and there won't be place for us again, lol I only discovered the sauna and steam room and jacuzzi on checking out lol

Nothing at all was dislikable

Gem of a place. Not much to look at from the outside, but the inside is clean and beautiful. Our premium apartment had an ensuite bathroom for each of the 3 bedrooms, and there was also a guest toilet. Immaculately clean inside and out and well appointed and spacious. Nice view of the Clock Tower. Everything worked well. Premium mattress. Short walk through a nice little park to Deira City Centre and Metro. The neighborhood is quiet and pleasant - we felt safe. Its a small hotel where by the end of your stay you get to know the staff and even some guests very well and feel welcome. Cleaning staff were great - special thanks to Anal, Srijana & Jaker. The manager Shahid was also very kind and promptly took care of any issues. He also graciously accommodated a late checkout to 2 pm, which was much appreciated since my daughter had the flu and needed rest.

A coffee maker with some satchets of coffee would be great. Additionally, an option for a continental breakfast would have also been welcome.

Easy access Fully equipped Clean

We had a fantastic stay at Al Jood Apartment Hotel! Nada at the reception was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our visit. Her warm and friendly demeanor made us feel right at home. Srijana and Adiyam from room service went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. They were attentive to our needs and kept our room in impeccable condition. Their dedication to excellent service truly enhanced our stay. Overall, our experience at Al Jood was exceptional, thanks in large part to Nada, Srijana, and Adiyam. We’ll definitely be returning for another memorable stay in the future!

There is no restaurant

Location is great, spacious rooms with balcony. The pool attendant, gym instructor , housekeeping and front desk staffs Rada ,one Asian female staff and Saif all of them provided excellent service. This property is great value for money highly recommended.

No coffee shop.
