My wife had to stay for a couple weeks due to some personnel medical issue that needed resolved before returning to work, they went out of their way to help her and make sure she was comfortable along with helping arrange taxis to the doctors as needed. That took a lot of stress off me as I knew my wife was being taken care of.

The location of your establishment is truly a major advantage, being so close to the Center Mall, cinema, and Day to Day. It offers convenient access to the metro station and various amenities, including pharmacies and other essential services—all of which made my stay more enjoyable.

This is an old fashioned Dubai hotel - and what a treat that is! I arrived after a somewhat difficult flight and Maissam and Abu Baker at reception took such great care of me I didnt want to leave. My room was exceptional with all I needed and more besides, and the comfy bed was wonderful. This hotel is a short ride from the airport, across the road from the City Centre Mall and a short walk to the metro - it couldnt be better positioned. But most of all, in a city of cookie cutter hotels constructed of thin walls and fast turnaround of guests, the City Seasons is a stand out exception. It's what Dubai hotels were 25 years ago and there's not many around now. I'm very pleased this one still is and I'll definitely be back!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and it exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I walked in, the staff's warm welcome made me feel right at home. The hotel's amenities were fantastic; I enjoyed a rejuvenating swim in the sparkling pool and had delicious meals at the on-site restaurant. The location was also ideal, with easy access to nearby attractions and shopping areas. What truly sets this hotel apart, though, is the exceptional customer service. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay memorable, always ready to assist with a smile. I can't wait to return to this wonderful hotel on my next trip. Highly recommended! All the crew are very helpful specially and attentive. From the front desk staff who provided me with useful local tips to the housekeeping team that ensured my room was spotless, their dedication to making my stay enjoyable was eviden. The hotel is very well located with a very short walk to the metro, shopping and restaurants. Our room was very comfortable. The staff were friendly and always willing to help. A special shout out to Joyce and Shainur at the front desk. We also worked with Sijin from Drive Adventure (the tourism desk in the lobby of the hotel) to take a 5 hour private tour of many of the highlights of Dubai. This gave us a good feel for the landscape and how to get around in Dubai. We recommend it.

The customer care was top notch the Ugandan guy abubakar and kenyan guy were so good to us offered help alot even I'd it weren't part of the hotel services And the location was so near the metro the cleanliness Am definitely coming bak to this hotel its the best worth ur money Forgot to say the rooms are big enough the beds so big even three pipo can slip comfortably 😅 I loved this hotel
