What I liked most about the property was the location of the Villa, how clean it was, the swimming pool privacy, and how the staff made our stay so pleasant.

What I didn’t like about the property is that there was some insects in the garden and the living room ground floor.

the villa is amazing absolutely stunning i love it it’s clean beautiful spacious but in the night omg mosquitoes killed me and alot of cockroaches in the pool at night cause of the gold and the lake i hope they can do something about it cause it’s an amazing villa

Beautiful, spacious villa with an amazing infinity pool overlooking the golf course. The villa was well maintained, clean and tastefully decorated. Travelling with young children we very much appreciated the washing machine and additional amenities such as a high chair and baby cot. Our 3 and 5 year olds loved the kids club, most notably Sonia. They wanted to go every day and spend a couple of fun hours there!

We were the first tenants of this villa, so we made a few suggestions for additional items to be brought to the villa (eg kitchen utensils). Depending on which villa you rent, the walk to the Park Hyatt hotel is about 15 mins which can be warm in summer months. Limited golf buggy’s available to pick you up / drop you off.

Insects (in the bathrooms, in the pool). We found lizard in the living room. There are no garbage in the bedrooms, nor in the living room.

We also appreciated the availability of 24 hour golf carts, making it easy to get around and explore the surrounding area. ‏For those who enjoy sports, there were also paddle and tennis areas available, as well as a children's pool for families with kids. The golf area was also fantastic, with a great course that was well-maintained and enjoyable to play on. ‏But what really made our stay memorable was the friendly and welcoming staff. Everyone we encountered was always smiling and eager to help, especially Jassim, who went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. We felt truly welcomed and taken care of during our stay. ‏Overall, I highly recommend this villa for anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing vacation. The services, amenities, and staff were all exceptional, making it a truly unforgettable experience.

It was very clean and comfortable, the area was very quiet and secure.

Need to use pest control for the flys and other bugs specially in summer time because of the garden which attracts the pests.

The kids absolutely loved the place and spent the whole day enjoying the pool. The staff were very friendly—special thanks to Mohamed.

convenient check-in, great location, cleanliness of the Villa, privacy, great staff support 24/7, all necessary villa facilities are available, parking area for 2 cars. swimming pool great as well, only missing thing is if it was water heated. Stayed in the last villa # 92, with 4 bedrooms, privacy was super!
