We stayed at this hotel for 11 days and ended up extending for 5 more days. We booked the hotel on the basis of their reviews which are mostly positive and it has a kitchenette which is ideal for long stays like ours. All of the staff in this hotel were very friendly and accommodating. They were also coming and cleaning our room on a daily basis and if we request something, they give it politely and with a smile. When we extended our stay, we had the pleasure of meeting one of the hotel supervisors, Farouk. He went the extra mile to make sure that we are more than satisfied with the hotel's services. He was accommodating and very easy to transact with. He made sure that my mom and our family are comfortable with our stay too. All this, he did with a sincere smile on his face. Thank you so much Farouk and team for your services and kindness. Because of you guys, J5 has become our go to hotel whenever we visit Dubai.

Nothing. It was perfect

The room was clean and the shower had adequate water pressure with the shower filter installed. Room service was available even if you ask everyday. The bed is not hard and very comfortable and the sheets are good quality. Close to a large mall so the area is very convenient. Areas of improvement: - Electric sockets need to be maintained; one of the sockets beside the bed was totally broken. - Please provide voltage converters. It is very difficult to find a converter in Dubai. This hotel is very close to the hotel and attracts a lot of foreign tourists who have appliances that cannot tolerate 230v. - Our room microwave was not clean and someone had burnt something inside it so the burnt smell transferred into my food.

It was a great arriving at the hotel we had a fast check in process with shavito who was so professional and friendly, even if our friends booking was cancel by booking.com ,he really try his best to assist in booking an other hotel as there was no arability @ J5.. Ruben and all the concierge team was simple amazing , the room was very clean thanks to ms jocley and the boys. we would surely come back.

the fact the our friends room was cancel, to make matter worst the hotel was fully booked and count not accommodate them. but that has noting to do with J5 it was all on booking.com

I have stayed several times and each time we are very welcomed especially by Mr Farook who take care of the whole stay , fast check in , calling us once we arrive to check if everything is okay, amazing team , thank you again ❤️

This is not my first time staying at this hotel and not my first year. I usually stay on business trips or long layovers as the hotel is located near the third terminal of the airport. A cozy, clean hotel with attentive staff. Whenever possible, they always go to meet when solving issues with early check-in. Special respect to the manager Savito, who always solves any issues quickly and professionally. The breakfasts are high-quality, delicious with a wide variety of dishes for every taste. In my opinion, this hotel is a good combination of quality and price.

Staff. Amazing, great, superb staff. All of them starting with Mr Bandika as on the first place for his honest care that is super rare today. All reception crew are super efficient and caring and spontaneous which is rare to see. Management should really give them more in return since the facilities are super outdated and carpets moldy. It is 3 stars hotel not more than that but THE STAFF lifts it. This staff belongs to minimum 5 star hotel! The house keeping with the new Filipina (i forgot the name) is super efficient but she is just always smiling and cheerful, very neat and talkative which just gives you more positive energy. She should be working on a bigger position. The breakfast is amazing and the cooks with the team have amazing mannerism. Bravo to the team that go really above expectations for the outdated hotel. Their service is great.

Facilities, all is outdated, not invested at all. AC is outdated too.

This is my personal, but i prefer the law level buildings instead of the skyscrapers. This hotel locates in the one of that type buildings, 11 floors only. That was a good deal for this trip at fair price. The swimming pool on the rooftop was clean and big enough for my kid, hotel locates very close to the Deira City Centre Mall, the staff is very helpful and really good. There are two claims only, the hotel is slightly obsolete in interior and furniture, and the quality of Wi-Fi. Wi-Fi was really not good...

Wi-Fi! Make better internet access in the rooms, it will add this hotel bonuses during the stay.

The location it was near where we want to go. The hotel was good to stay. Staff was courteous, polite and welcoming. We order a grill plate and a chicken burger it was very delicious really enjoy it. Did not take breakfast so cannot say anything about it. Our room was well clean by the housekeeping guy Do not know his name.

The fridge in room 908. Informed reception many time but still it was not fixed. Food got rotten because of it. Apart from it no problem.

Location is great close to the mall. The staff are very friendly and helpful specially the filipino guy at the reception (forgot to ask the name). Staff are thoughtful, they surprised and reminded me of our independence day they gave me fruits (so sweet gestures) The breakfast is also good, small selections but very organised. My only comment is that the bread was quite hard, maybe it was exposed for a long time.

The staff were so nice and helpful. It was super clean, and whatever request you have, they were doing it immediately. The breakfast had different varieties day by day, and their kitchen wasn't in the breakfast area, so they were no smell of food.

The charger plugs were not working properly , and when u are traveling, it can be annoying. They were no lobby areas, which you can sit on the coach and wait. It's a bit old hotel which I think it needs to be renewed to be perfect.
