Honestly, this place makes you feel as if you’re at home if not better. The simplicity of everything, The kindness and professionalism of the staff, The hotel’s location, Its proximity to a variety of service spots. All of these guarantee a truly comfortable stay. I extend my sincere thanks to the respected Mr. Jihad for his outstanding efforts and excellent management. Thanks to the hotel management for their warm hospitality. Thanks to each and every staff member I truly wish I had known about this hotel earlier. I apologize for not mentioning names individually, as there are many employees and I’ve forgotten most of their names. They all have my deepest gratitude. It was a wonderful experience that I will certainly repeat soon. My appreciation and respect to all.

Everything about the hotel is beautiful. However, there is something I experienced that I’m not used to… And I believe it’s better not to mention it, as it truly upset me and left me surprised. I’m still trying to find an excuse for the staff who were involved, and I respect their time perhaps at that moment they were under pressure due to a high number of guests. Although I frequently travel to Dubai, I didn’t stay at this hotel during my last two visits. Still, I believe in the management’s ability to improve and evolve. However, I was hesitant….. Worried that I might not find the same high-quality and distinguished service I was used to. I went to another place..?

We chose this hotel as it was close to the airport for our flight home. We had a lovely stay here, the room was a great size, tea, coffee and water provided. Access to a great shopping mall via the 2nd floor. We didn't eat at the hotel so cannot comment on the food. Great rooftop pool with really comfy sunloungers. Staff at check in and check out were so lovely and helpful. Mortaz in particular offering for us to extend out check out time if we wished to do so, this was such a lovely gesture and not one we have been offered in any of the many hotels we stay in, we have had late check outs but only after we have asked, it was so nice to be offered the extra couple of hours if we wanted it, a very thoughtful gesture and excellent customer service from Mortaz (sorry if I have spelt your name wrong)

Our room on the 4th floor (411) had a terrible view of air conditioning units but as we were only here for 1 night whilst waiting for our flight home we just closed the curtains! Mortaz did offer for us to wait for another room (as we arrived about 12 at the hotel and check in was not until 3, and he did explain the view was not so good but we didn't mind to be honest as it meant we could get into our room early) Not a problem for us but the shower was in the bath and it was quite a deep bath so stepping up and into the bath to have a shower was a bit tricky I am 5ft 2 inches and just about managed it!

As I wanted a separate shower due to a bad knee we were in a disability room which was quite big. Breakfast was ok but quite reduced in size to what I have had before when I have stayed here. Hated the coffee as it came from a ready made machine and not a barista, always luke warm and tasteless. Location is great, easy to get to shopping and taxi's always available or hotel cars for trips a little further away.

Breakfast falls short. very reduced in product and size. TV channels need to be updated. Even though on holidays its nice to relax at night and watch a show. Very restricted channels, mostly shows in foreign languages and the shows on the foxtel channel were outdated. I also didnt like the fact that I booked a twin room and then was given a room with a double bed.

Staff at the reception was very much professional and made the check in and check out fast enough. The room was spacy enough and comfortable with sufficient lightening inside. Also Wi-fi conectivity was perfect.

Thought that it should be already standard to have rooms non-smoking. Despite the room was clean and well prepared there was a strong odour of past smoking with every entrance to the room. Also the staff in restaurant was not always the best. the first day I came for a breakfast and almost half of the tables just left with used tablevare unprepared while hardly to find a ready table to sit. also when the waiter collected the order he did not showed up again to even bring the order. At executive lounge the service should be more proactive to pay more attention to the guests and to serve them. This is just a spae for improvement and still would not prevent me to come again to this hotel.

After my last year's three months stay in the Pullman, I was looking forward to come back hereto. I guess that is sufficient time to allow for a solid judgement: Let's start with the food: Great service. I had half board this time and it was every evening a wide choice and excellent quality. Famous became the Friday's fish buffet - a must! If I compare with other hotels in Dubai, it's definitely one of the best half board service you could find. If we are honest to ourselves, hotel rooms are more or less the same all over the world. What makes the difference is the service and team's service attitude. It's the way, how you are welcomed, recognized and treated as a guest. It's the way not to be treated as any of a million. The team in restaurant Medley is the global benchmark for that. Lots of thanks to: Mr Asad, Mrs Shamila, Mrs. Sarah, Mr Rishav, Mr AraFin, Mr Mohsin, Mr Prince, Mr Patrick, Mr Oussama, Mr Amjad and the honest Mr. Ali in room service.

I love this hotel because its inside the mall that have everything needed . You dont need to go out to do shopping or even eat. The hotel is so clean and comfortable bit the bad thing is the check in is 3 pm or toy have to pay almost 300$ to let you get in early.

I booked the executive standard king size room with my two kids. The Philippine lady at the executive lounge desk sorry forgot her, She is so wonderful and welcomed me and my kids with full on smile. She told us information about everything.we didn’t know we have an afternoon tea included in our room. She even sent us fruits and chocolate plated dessert and fruits.Guys you have no idea how we were delighted. Couldn’t tell you how much it was sweet of her and we loved it all so much. Thank you so much. Just the house keeping people need to be more attentive in answering calls and following guests requests to be on time. Hassim at the concierge is good in helping us put our luggage and getting taxi all the other staffs didn’t get their names but I still have their smiling faces at all of us. Thank you so much for making us feel so special. BF for the two days was good but same choice it’s still very good.

Pillows are very high or low. Much choices or Feather filled will be good for more comfort as me and my family prefer that.

The hotel is well maintained. The front desk staff are really nice. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Beds and pillows are soft, comfy and clean. Beds are just amazing, I had great resting time there. The layout of the room is convenient. Washroom was clean and well maintained. Amenities like toothbrush, shower cap etc, are provided . Coffee/tea are complimentary and also the room has mini bar with peanuts, chips and drinks for an additional fee. The hotel has direct access to the mall which makes it super convenient.

The direct access to the mall closes at 11pm and the mall closes at 2am on the weekends, I suggest to keep the doors open and monitored till the mall closing time to enhance the experience. The food at La Fabrique (Sports bar in the first floor) is disgusting, tasteless, and of poor quality. I suggest to place a floor mat in the shower because it becomes slippery and that is a potential hazard for elderly people.

The Hotel is very clearn, nice hospitality,  and the welcome team at the entrance of the hotel are good and very friendly (thank you). Location is good, next to a mall which was very good.  Good breakfasts and good restaurants team  who are very cooperative with all the guests at site (well done Team). Also  the  vehicle attendance at site (at the hotel) are grate and very friendly (we appreciate their service ).

Having indicated the good side of the Hotel and the staff, the only negative  thing I noticed  is the Front Desk team who do  not small, or to say, a positive engagement with their guests when you approach them during arrival process for room allocation. According  to the the hotel  policy,  check in was 3:00 PM. We arrived at the Hotel at 2:40 PM, we were not checked into our room until 3:42 PM, although  there were other room suitable , we were not considered because  we weren't priority , although we have been at the same hotel on many occasions. The people who make such decisions are the senior  front desk supervisors who are not friendly

The best hotel to stay with kids. The breakfast buffet is amazing It exceeded my expectations I follow a diet to loose fat and build muscles, everything was there for me! The breakfast was as well friendly for my kids! The location is amazing for those who love shopping like me and it is located just at Few minutes to the airport! Thank u Pullman 🤩
