Not much. There were no soft drinks in fridge - only bottled water. No netflix on TV. Seemed understaffed for breakfast - 5* hotel should habve somebody to show you to your table instead of guessing where to sit.

Very good . We liked the Pool with the late closure 10pm . The room was extra clean and comfortable with more towel in the bathroom. The crew are very nice and the breakfast staff are so nice too.

Location: Close to airport. Reasonably close to downtown attractions. Got upgraded to apartment with balcony without asking, AMAZING harbour views, Serene waterfront patios for restaurants, women and men Salon, spa etc. Facility : Brand new, Spacious apartment style accommodations available ( that’s what we booked ), Extremely friendly, attentive and responsive staff, Great food choices ( we loved the brunch , BBQ and coffee shop choices ).

In traffic maybe bit tedious to get to places from here so planning needed. Cleaning was upto par with VERY VERY pleasant and attentive staff but in order to match the standards of known 5 star brands like Waldorf or even Marriot’s own luxury line like St Regis, Ritz - Carlton etc both the bathroom build quality and cleanliness could be improved.

Excellent location of the hotel; on the bank of Dubai Creek. Excellent view from our room; towards the creek. Excellent food; both dine-in and in room service. Spacious restaurant with variety of food and also with live counters. Highly hygienic premises. Excellent room and toilet with high standards of housekeeping. Stunning view at the reception. Great covered parking facilities with easily accessible lift lobby. High speed lifts (multiple) with stunning views of hotel interior and also the creek view. Negligible time only to get the lifts. Overall great experience of stay we have ever had. Highly recommended for families and friends....

I stayed at Marriott Marquis Creek Hotel and had an amazing experience. I would like to especially thank Manager Shai and all the staff at the reception, housekeeping, and restaurant. Everything was perfect and the service was outstanding. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and comfortable. I will definitely return again in the future

Honestly, there was nothing I didn’t like about my stay. Everything met or even exceeded my expectations — from the cleanliness of the rooms to the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. The entire experience was smooth, relaxing, and enjoyable. I truly felt welcomed and well taken care of, and I couldn’t have asked for a better stay

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a very pleasant experience. The check-in process was smooth, the staff were friendly, and the amenities were up to the mark. The room was comfortable and well-equipped, making my stay enjoyable.

The only downside was the housekeeping service. It was inconsistent and not up to the standard expected from such a well-rated hotel. With a little improvement in this area, the hotel would be truly exceptional. Each time I have to write a note to inform what needs to be done and my requirements. Would still recommend it for a comfortable and convenient stay

Overall 10/10 fully recommend!!! BOOK IT!! First and foremost, the place is exquisitely beautiful, stunning. The welcoming; as soon as you are getting out of your taxi the valets opens your door for you and greets you. The staff are soooo well trained and polite. Now one of the most appreciated part of our stay was our front desk agent namely Yogesh, was one remarkable young man with the most incredible work ethics. We got there at around 1 and check in was at 3 he instantly checked us in which was much needed just to mention one of many other great service he offered us. The room was suuuuper clean. Now i am a clean freak and it was up to what i always expect when checking into a hotel. The view was amaaaaazing facing the creek/sea. Breathtaking. And the fooood... ohhh the food I just want to highlight a green prawn curry i had at the pool area.. 100/100 tge best dish ive had since being in dubai if you are someone who loooves you spices and a balance of taste.

Housekeeping failed to come clean the room 1 time and often came and seemingly only changed the sheets and towels without doing much. Failed to refill sugar, tea etc.

One day on Sunday morning there were not enough available seats for breakfast restaurant. And at the reception desk of the restaurant the lady wasn’t even saying anything for resolving the matter. Or saying sorry. We were not late. We arrived at a bit before 10 am.

I had an excellent stay at the Dubai Marriott Marquis Hotel. The hospitality and customer service were outstanding, and I would like to give special appreciation to Kero and Amin for their exceptional support and the thoughtful gesture of arranging a complimentary breakfast, which I truly valued. What makes this hotel unique is its people. I always choose to return here because of the staff — starting from Kamilia, Kero, Amin, and all the boys at the entrance doors — who are consistently friendly, attentive, and professional. Their warm welcome and genuine care always make me feel comfortable and well looked after.
