They celebrated my birthday over to days. First day was a chocolate bday cake with strawberry and sparkles with napkin and cutlery. Next day there was a bday cake made out of towels and candles and balloons with confettti on the bed. Beautiful memory for my bday. The hotel was perfect all amenities l, safe and tour guide facilities. Exceeded my expectations.

The AC controller led light was too bright and hard to sleep with light. It needs a cover.

I liked that it was inside the mall. It was also near the metro . The staff were so welcoming the Zimbabwean lady at the reception Tana was so kind and helpful. Our room was upgraded because my friend had her birthday during our stay.. Rajab at the guest service was so helpful, I left my luggage in a taxi he helped me by making calls and following up. Not forgetting Durga who was always positive, smiling while delivering amenities in the room. Thank you also to the housekeeping for always cleaning our room well. Thank you for the birthday cake and decorations. Aloft you outdid yourself. We are definitely coming back

It wasn’t actually my first stay with the hotel whenever i come to dubai i go straight to aloft dubai creek

The only thing I didn’t like was that i asked them to clean the room and i told them that i will be back after 30 mins and then i came back after 2 hours and nthn actually changed and this exact thing happened 4 times but they apologized and gave me some fruits but actually im really upset about that because they are one of the best hotels i stayed in how can smth like this happen with them

The location is the top reason why I always pick this hotel to stay. Also the staff and the friendly service is remarkable.

This time unlike my previous visits, the room was not carefully cleaned before I check in, although I was checking in at night not earlier than the check in time. Some items were missing from the room and had to ask the receptionist like the soap and hand towels.

Staff was amazing. The cleaning staff, front desk and baggage pickup were all very helpful and friendly. Hotel attached to the mall, and transit was super close. The mall also had a grocery store which was awsome. It was great to be able to drop off my shopping and then go out again.

The bathroom design is flawed. Water spills into the toilet area and as a result the corners of the walls are moldy. This needs to be fixed.

Liked the way Edamon looked after us at 1.30am in the morning as we had booked a twin online and one hadn't been prepared so we had to wait half an hour while it was prepared Because of the delay Edamon organised complimentary Breakfast for us daily and we were blown away by how good it was

Our fridge stopped working (and I have to travel with a total trip away medical supply) - which has to be refrigerated Engineering quickly resolved this by having a standby fridge installed without any issue

location, value for money, staff with a willingness to solve guests' problems, even to the point of changing rooms due to noise from the fourth floor. I recommend it to all travelers, who wants to get convenient accommodation for shopping or even business trips.

The event rooms on the fourth floor were too noisy, so we had to ask to be moved to another room, otherwise our vacation would have been ruined.

The hotel is very beautiful, I didn't get a chance to see the swimming pool. The receptionist, Tana, or something was very helpful. They carry our bags to the room and request tax for us. I love the breakfast so much. Please add just plain roast chicken or meat with no Indian cuisine for us. The hotel is very beautiful, we took a twins bed with sea view and golf view, very beautiful. The hotel was so beautiful, I stayed in different hotels and this one is my favorite. And oh, the location is perfect, near dubai Mall and other places i forgot. Will definitely go back. And one more thing, they have a tour company on the same floor with the reception and restaurant, we went to desert safari with, that was the best highlight of our vacation. Very professional, I highly recommend the tour company. Thank you for having us.

Everything, Welcoming staff to the reception staff, dining room staff, specially bahaar, Masoom, Adrian, Jitish, and two girls at the dining room entrance jayatree and thin she always welcome me by my last name wich was very amazing, housekeeping staff was good to the property is nice and clean and comfy, near the metro and mall entrance is at the hotel door. As a good memory, I took the picture with the dining room staff.

It was my 12th or more stay at this property. Just Love it. Comfortable room and well equipped for female traveller. Location is absolutely is number one seller. Would like to say thank you to Ashley from reception for being friendly and efficient. To handle this reception is not an easy task and team is doing great. Room was super clean with fresh linen and towels. Bathroom amenities as well of a high standard. I always recommend this property to all my friends and colleagues.

Long queue to check in. Being a multiply repeater I am surprised that it is not recognised and acknowledged by property management. A simple fruit basket with welcome back note will not cost hotel much but will make an impact.
