They celebrated my birthday over to days. First day was a chocolate bday cake with strawberry and sparkles with napkin and cutlery. Next day there was a bday cake made out of towels and candles and balloons with confettti on the bed. Beautiful memory for my bday. The hotel was perfect all amenities l, safe and tour guide facilities. Exceeded my expectations.

The AC controller led light was too bright and hard to sleep with light. It needs a cover.

Staff was amazing. The cleaning staff, front desk and baggage pickup were all very helpful and friendly. Hotel attached to the mall, and transit was super close. The mall also had a grocery store which was awsome. It was great to be able to drop off my shopping and then go out again.

The bathroom design is flawed. Water spills into the toilet area and as a result the corners of the walls are moldy. This needs to be fixed.

The hotel is very beautiful, I didn't get a chance to see the swimming pool. The receptionist, Tana, or something was very helpful. They carry our bags to the room and request tax for us. I love the breakfast so much. Please add just plain roast chicken or meat with no Indian cuisine for us. The hotel is very beautiful, we took a twins bed with sea view and golf view, very beautiful. The hotel was so beautiful, I stayed in different hotels and this one is my favorite. And oh, the location is perfect, near dubai Mall and other places i forgot. Will definitely go back. And one more thing, they have a tour company on the same floor with the reception and restaurant, we went to desert safari with, that was the best highlight of our vacation. Very professional, I highly recommend the tour company. Thank you for having us.

It was my 12th or more stay at this property. Just Love it. Comfortable room and well equipped for female traveller. Location is absolutely is number one seller. Would like to say thank you to Ashley from reception for being friendly and efficient. To handle this reception is not an easy task and team is doing great. Room was super clean with fresh linen and towels. Bathroom amenities as well of a high standard. I always recommend this property to all my friends and colleagues.

Long queue to check in. Being a multiply repeater I am surprised that it is not recognised and acknowledged by property management. A simple fruit basket with welcome back note will not cost hotel much but will make an impact.

As always, I love how clean, comfortable, and quiet the room is. The creekside view is always a wonder to see.

Although there wasn’t any problem, it would have been better if it wasn’t a connecting room. Also, I had trouble casting my Netflix app in the tv. I would’ve also preferred a just a shower room, without the bathtub. Breakfast is great, however I think there were less options compared to my last stay (Dec 2024). Anyhow, they’re just minor inconveniences that didn’t really affect my stay that much. Looking forward to checking in again!

Its one of our favorite hotel.. Most of the staff are nice and very helpful with family with kids. Again thanks to Ramadan for always giving us warm welcome everytime we vist this hotel. His always making sure he give EXTRA MILE making sure that we will have wonderful experience. Thanks to jilal(reception) and nella for the good service. Will definitely keep coming back here because of the service and excellent people working. Its always feels like home.

MYATT server from CANTEEN restaurant, sometime we can just be considerate to family with kids. I do notice your having arguments with your colleagues, but its not appropriate to give your service affected with this. We are family of two kids. And you can just be considerate and approach us in a nice way..

The hotel is located near Dubai International Airport and directly connected to City Centre Deira Mall making it a great overnight stop during warm weather. You can easily enter the mall from the 2nd floor lobby without leaving the air conditioned comfort of the hotel. Staff are consistently friendly and courteous.

Road access to the hotel is confusing and we saw multiple taxi and Uber get lost attempting to pick up guests. The check-in procedure seemed arduous especially after having breezed through the smart gates at DXB. Inside the king bed room the shower door design guarantees a large puddle on the bathroom floor in front of the toilet. The lip on the shower floor is only a few mm high so water easily splashes and runs over it and the seal around the glass shower door designed to seal the space fails to perform except to sweep the bathmat away from the entrance and leave it wadded up beside the puddle.

Super nice and helpful staff!!! Good location, nice hotel, nice pool with nice view and very good breakfast! Special thanks to Chef Emanuel! this gentleman is a very professional and helpful, chef who always smiles nicely at breakfast , you feel very welcome! We liked it so much that we have already booked this accommodation for next summer!

Due to a technical problem, we were woken up by the reception the first few nights, these call's were not intended for us but it still went on in our room, we solved this by unplugging our phone. But still the rest of our stay was so good that we think this hotel deserves a 10 rating.

It's close to the 🛫 airport. It's adjacent to City Centre and walking distance to the metro. The staff is friendly. Our housekeeper Rakesh was amazing. It has a nice variety of foods for breakfast 😋 the 🏋️‍♂️ gym is small but super clean with decent setup and not crowded. I would give it a solid 10 but my overall rating for this trip is 9.8

I would give this a solid 10 but unfortunately if booking through the booking website the property doesn't give us points even though we are a Marriott member. I was alittle bummed 😞 about that. I don't know if this place price matches of we go through the site otherwise I would go that route. I am definitely returning to Dubai in super near future but if I don't get points I will check other properties who will grant me points if I go through booking website. If they gave me points this place gets a definite solid 10

The originally reserved room was generously upgraded on my arrival and provided with Creek View Room, which presented an excellent view of the Golf Course and the Creek. It was a very good room that was provided with all the necessary facilities and comfort. The wardrobe was very nice, and the washroom was one of the cleanest that I encountered in Dubai. All in all, it was a good quality and highly comfortable room. Proximity to Deira City Center was a big PLUS!

The chair at the table was defective. However, I did not request to replace it as I used a more comfortable Sofa instead.
