The staffs were so hands on & really friendly! The room was so spacious which was ideal for our crawling baby Such a great location We got room service which was really nice We will definitely be coming back

Location is perfect, next to the metro station and the city centre Deira. the Room is large (78m2) with a large balcony (very rare in Dubai). The cleaning staff is very nice, efficient and discret. The hotel is a quite place, you feel like at home. I also love the hotel lobby from where I can work with comfy sofas.

I love sleeping on a hard mattress and in my room the mattress was a bit curvy.

Breakfast was very good with lots of choices in food and drinks. Close to where I wanted to go shopping and to my nephew's house

Everything wad great

The breakfast was excellent. The location of the hotel was good, it was easily accessible, particularly the City Mall. The Reception staff and Room Service staff were excellent, punctual in all requests.

The carpet in room 1102 should be replaced by a new one. The one in that room looked very old to the extent of producing bad smell. The cleaners for that room, did not appear to apply a houver for all the 8 days we stayed in that room. This was unfortunate.

We love the view. Also the staff are very friendly and helpful. You can try the food. Even, if you need any car or taxi they will help you. As I have stayed at the creek view, where you could have an outstanding view.

From room service they didn't provide toothbrush and toothpaste everyday. You have to ask those.

Superb hotel, nice staff, clean apartments and quiet neighbourhood. Very nice breakfast too.
