The location was very convenient to us traveling with a baby The mall was easily accessible by the car park although it can be hot during the summer season but it wasn’t too bad for a 1 min walk. There is also an indoor access from the hotel side to the mall but it seems to be longer than just going through the car pack Staffs were very friendly to us The day of arrival we had an issue with checking in due to the system being down so we did not have a room card for the first day but the staffs were very helpful while going in & out of the apartment

We did not receive a tour of the room so we struggled a little bit finding out way through some things Since it was summer we would have expected the apartment to have the AC on as we entered the room We have noticed it was abit noisy aswell from the apartments around us

A++ Me and my family enjoyed staying at this hotel. The hotel was very nice and the service was wonderful! The Staff were very helpful, kind, and professtional! Best customer service! Apartment was nice and big with beautiful view. The quality and cleanliness was great! Worth the price and location. Location was the best. Connected to mall and close by to eveyrthing. I loved this place so much that i extened my stay! :) We enjoyed New year's Eve Fireworks from our apartment with beautiful view. Thank you Pullman Dubai Creek City Centre Residences! For sure will always recommend it to all my family and Friends. & u will see me and my family again!

The comfort and proximity to the food outlets and mall.

Nothing negative about the facilities for the 01 night we spent at the hotel. However, the transfer service from the hotel to the airport (10 minutes away) was very costly. Understand it is a hotel service but for the rate we were quoted to taking a deluxe private minivan, I would always recommend taking the taxi rather than the hotel transfer which is almost 4x more expensive.

Our main reason for choosing Pullman is its proximity to the Deira City Center. We opted for a studio apartment this trip. It was quite spacious and travelling with kids, having an aptly equipped kitchenette and laundry made it very convenient. Kavin and Filomeno at the reception were good people and greeted and managed us well. The parking floors directly connected to the hotel made it quite convenient for us to move in and out. Our check in was delayed to 5pm but we were compensated with a 3pm check out.

The sofa bed in the studio apartment was a bit uncomfortable and the bed sheets were too thin due to too many washes I believe. The Shower head in rain mode was spraying water all over the half door which caused the water to seep onto the floor drenching the floor mat completely.

Convenient location near airport and walking distance to shopping mall

Careful. There are 2 entrances. One for hotel and one for residence. There is a big sign outside showing City Centre Residence (No Pullman) and I pullover to ask the doorman if this is Pullman. Right away he told me to go the next entrance. First of all, I was already in Pullman Residence (aptly name City Centre Residence) and the door man did not even ask me if I wanted to go Pullman Residence or hotel. Being first time, I was not even aware there are 2 Pullman. I had to go round and round just to get to the right place. I think the doorman need to be properly train in order to avoid such inconvenience.

The accessibility of the mall from the hotel was really helpful especially for families with kids. The staff were really helpful and extremely courteous. The apartment was very cozy. The breakfast was excellent.We had a great stay and will definitely recommend the residence and hotel to families and friends.

The amenities need to be renovated such as the flush doors. The bathroom sink needs to be properly cleaned.

Location is in a serene place, breakfast was very good and facilities were in very good shape. Otherwise, I definitely would choose Pullman in upcoming visits because it ticks all the important boxes.

Staff handling of special requests like early check in was however not good.
