Great summer rate, excellent value. Nicely located near the airport. Room was quiet despite the location, and spacious, plus very clean. Breakfast was tasty with an excellent selection.

While staff were friendly and helpful, we had some incidents involving dishonesty, where we requested something - three separate times - that was offered to us and were told it would be handled, but never was. This lack of integrity spoiled what would otherwise have been a perfect experience.

The interior decoration which is super modern and fresh, the fitness center with gym, steam room and swimming pool, an excellent supplementary offers. I also like the minibar and daily complimentary water 💦. The on-site restaurant is super big and cozy, dining there makes me feel so relaxed.

A bit smell every time I opened the door of my room. But it soon faded away.

1st night i was given smoking room and floor (floor #3), though I requested non-smoking room.

Nice hotel 5 minute walk from the red metro station. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was eccellent.

My room should be renovated and there was a strong smell of smoke even though it was a non smoking room.

Best location for short Dubai stopover. Rooms were cleaned everyday. Breakfast was good. Great value for money. The most valuable are the people. Receptionists, bellboys, restaurant waiters were all extremely helpful even to our extraordinary requests. We stayed twice in the course of 4 weeks and I could not be happier. Yasin and Henry made our stay at this hotel very comfortable. Thank you guys!

Not enough towel hooks in the bathroom.

The hotel has a very good outlook and it is very close to the Airport and the Dubai Metro. Rooms are big and comfortable and the staff at the reception is very kind and professional. A special thank you to the guys who stay at the entrance that use to run to open the door when you get out or get in the hotel and help people with luggage!

To be sincere there was a leakage in the bathroom. Water spilled out from the bottom of the glass of the shower and wet quicky the floor .

The entire hotel staff team go above & beyond expectations! Concierge stored our suitcases, due to an early morning arrival, until our room was ready. Reception staff assigned us a spacious room at a quiet end of a corridor on the top floor, due to our length of stay. The restaurant staff team delivered high quality foods & service. The pool attendants maintained a respectful poolside etiquette. Housekeeping maintained our room & provided condiments as needed. We were well looked after & felt connected with all the staff as our stay was for 6 days, which is not usual for an airport hotel. We were able to access all of Dubai's sights using the hotel as our base.

It was hard to find anything not to like about the hotel.
