The breakfast was perfect as the cook assisted to meet my expectations. Healthy morning porridge was made specifically for my needs. I would like to recommend some berries to be available as these are health foods that are found at every buffet

The pool in the club area is a wonderful recreational location! However there are some recommendations of improvements, especially the broken Glas with dirty insight and there are rusty nails which are absolutely not safe in a Pool. The toilet in the Pool Club pool is poorly maintained as it does not flush properly and I had several irritating red spots on my hands which is an indicator of poor hygiene in the pool

Good clean and presentable hotel

The rooms were good and the facilities overall were excellent. However, a major issue during our stay was the lack of hot water for three full days. Despite raising this concern multiple times, no immediate resolution was provided, and we were only offered a dinner voucher by the night duty manager—which felt inadequate and somewhat dismissive, given the inconvenience. After three days, we were finally moved to a different room with functioning hot water, but the hotel refused to offer any further compensation. For a hotel of this standard, I expected better customer service and accountability. A disappointing experience that overshadowed an otherwise pleasant stay.

I have been staying at Le Royal Club which is a separated building from the rest of the hotel. The hotel staff is extremely professional and helpful, and delivers a very good service making the staying relaxing and very enjoyable. I have been appreciating it in particular during breakfast and buffet in the evening. The hotel offers several good restaurants and bars to satisfy all different tastes. The pool within the garden was a plus: quiet and relaxing. In my opinion much better than usual rooftop pools available in most hotels. Definitely an excellent quality-price ratio.

I think this is the closest Hotel to the airport. It has a Shuttlebus to the Terminals, but you can also walk, which takes between 10 and 15 Minutes. Just walk towards the airport mosque and then walk half left towards the roofed passenger bridge over the airport road. The hotel itself is equipped with everything you need, and you do not feel that you are close to the airport, inside the rooms it is hardly possible to hear landing/starting planes).

I wouldn´t say that i want to complain, the facilities are not the newest, but it very clean and neat, so we fell very pleasant and relaxed during our stay.

A comfortable and memorable stay.   Their professionalism, excellent service and exceptional leadership skills made a big difference.   Indeed, they are very committed in ensuring that guests feel at home, looked after well and leave with happy memories that are genuine and meaningful.   Their attentiveness, calmness and exceptional services created a positive experience and made a big difference on our stay.   We are looking forward to going back to Le Meridien Dubai, our home away from home.

The pool area furniture is looking tired and old and is in desperate need of attention.

I would give it 10 stars Because the staff is super friendly, we ordered room service and they even brought a dessert for my partner's birthday, the breakfast was really delicious but I will take off a star because I booked a room with a view and direct access to the pool and from my room I could only see a garden. If you want to go it is better to rent the room with a view of the garden because none of them have the view of the images.

My room did not have a view of the pool and direct access to the pool was a few minutes' walk. They should be more honest about that and change the photos of those rooms.

The hotel was low rise in a lovely & peaceful garden setting which is in marked contrast to the other high rise mega facilities in Dubai. The staff were excellent, so was the breakfast & all the services such as gym, restaurants, shuttle buses etc. The location was adjacent to Terminal 1 & 5min walk to the Metro but given the 45c heat the hourly shuttle bus service to both Terminals 1 & 3 Metro stops made access to all of Dubai’s sights easy. Our room was spacious ,the bathroom large & with a big window adjacent to the garden & pool. The hotel was a cool relaxing oasis in a very hot & over-the-top city.

We had a wonderful stay at Le Méridien Dubai Hotel & Conference Centre. From the moment we arrived, Shady at Reception went above and beyond to accommodate our family. He upgraded us at a fantastic price to the Royal Club Lounge section, offering us a larger room and access to exclusive amenities, including the spa, a private pool, breakfast, and a lovely happy hour each afternoon. Special mention goes to Mohammad Raffigh, who handled our luggage with great care and efficiency, and Bernabbe, who patiently fixed small issues in our room. In the lounge area, Rukshana and Nishan greeted us with warm smiles and impeccable service, making our dining experience delightful. The team at the hotel made us feel like VIPs. Muneer ensured our final moments were just as smooth as the rest of our stay, transporting us to the airport in a sleek Tesla. Beyond these amazing individuals, every single staff member—from the gym, pools, and restaurants—greeted us warmly and made us feel welcome. Rooms are very large and well appointed. Bed is super comfortable and the pillows fabulous. The bathroom was huge, and there was a good range of toiletries available. Airconditioning unit easy to operate and functioned well. Storage great and a good desk for working. Good selection of tea and coffee. All the staff are very approachable and welcoming. The free shuttle service to the airport is an absolute bonus

The hotel is very large and the "1 minute" walk to the room was more like 5-10 minutes. Not enough maps of the hotel which made discovering facilities a little tricky. Hotel shuttle only runs on the hour and is a little tricky to find at the airport.

Loved the room with access to the garden. Feels refreshing thanks to Ms Jocelyn at the front desk for the valued assistance. Such hospitality to remember during our stay and to the rest of the staff. Breakfast was delectable with variety of options however majority are Indian food 😊

Kids pool should have facilities for kids to enjoy. No play area also which they found boring during the stay. Suggestion for improvement for house keeping to check if dispensers have enough for occupants to use. Body wash in the tub was empty but we didnt bother to ask for refill as there was a bar soap available
