We stayed one week first and extended for almost two more weeks! Large, very comfortable room. Large bed. Big bathroom with convenient setup and nice spacing. Very well equipped gym and spa (sauna and steam room). Big swimming pool with jacuzzi. Suspended swimming pool. Large outdoor area. The hotel is also next to the Irish village (pub) where hotel guests get 20% discount. Close to the airport but not noisy, very quiet location. With assistance of concierges, it is very easy to get a meter taxi in a few minutes The staff are very professional, polite, friendly and always ready to help. They are truly at the 5-star level. First of all I am a big Fan of the small details,for an example hair,Bathtub cleansiness,clean coffee cups,Bath room mirror,in this hotel these items mentioned were exceptionally cleaned to the smallest Detail.The welcome staff were exceptionally hospitable and Professional from frontDesk service check-in to Room Service.

Regrets my only complaint was the Cigarette Smoke in the Hallway corridor to my room.I realized though this is hard to control but everyone should read the rules first and should ask questions being respectful of other quests in the Hotel.When you first enter the hotel door you realize and see that this is a non-smoking hotel.

Large well appointed hotel, spacious rooms and great pool amenities. Good location for this end of town. The staff are all excellent, attentive and professional. A special mention to Jess in the Exec Club for her wonderful service.

The interiors are a little dated in style, but that is a small issue. The rooms and hotel is very comfortable.

A very nice property with lots of space next to the airport. It has decent rooms and exceptional recreational facilities. For health and sports enthusiasts - this is a great place. Very family friendly and a pet friendly hotel. Great place to stay. The staff is very courteous and honest. I had left my valuables and currency in the safe in the room and left it open by mistake. Realised only when I came back in the evening to the room. But all things were as it is. A great validation for me regarding safety.

It’s not the city centre or near attractions but very easy to get out of ( no traffic jams) and reach by taxi or if u prefer a metro then a 10 min walk.

The atmosphere was calming, the products luxurious, and the overall experience was the most relaxing I've had in years. I left feeling completely rejuvenated and refreshed. No complaints

The room was perfect, clean, complimentary fruit, coffee maker and such everyday things such as an iron and board etc, which kept me bothering your staff with distraction. When I checked in, I’d negated to book a smoking room, the Supervisor (sadly, her name eludes me) altered my booking to provide me with the room I needed and it was fantastic as was She (I will be definitely be booking again within the next few days and hopefully recall her name and forward it to you for a ‘Good Show’ from Corporate. Every member of staff I encountered conducted themselves with the utmost professionalism and are a credit to you. Food… Wow. Again as above, the Chefs, Cooks and all Staff are indeed in my esteem. Providing a pork station, and of course discretely, is brilliant. The 20% discount at the Irish Village is just Genius….

It pains me to say, but, the sausages (pork) Irish, Welsh, English or Scottish (in that order) would be a much better add to breakfast. If your expecting groups of British perhaps add Black and/or White pudding. But again We have the Irish Village in close proximity.

We've had a great experience! We booked a Club Room and we never regretted it. Everything was clean, we had a very nice room, the staff was super friendly, the breakfast was very good with fresh baked eggs and everything and we were really taken good care of. Our housekeeper Dushan always made lovely creations from our towels and in the Club Lounge, Armando's service was extraordinary. Would definitely recommend this hotel, as the quality compared to the price is very good!

Room was excellent as were all staff. The room was huge, and very well fitted out. Bed was bigger than King, and very comfortable. It is approx half an hour by taxi to Dubai mall, and three quarters of an hour to the Gold and Jewellery mall. It is very close to the Dubai airport - approx 10 minutes by car.

Only problem was the lack of ambience and atmosphere in the two restaurants. The Club lounge was like a morgue. The alcoholic drinks were limited and the food was below the standard of other club lounges in Dubai hotels where we have stayed previously. Never the less we would stay there again. There are many restaurants in close walking proximity so would probably use these for evening meals on our next visit..

Perfekt size of the hotel for a comfy and relaxed stay. We were greeted with a welcome drink, fruit plate in the room and were upgraded to a generously sized room. As we had booked a club room we enjoyed afternoon coffee and lovely happy hour with drink and canapes, highly recommended. All staff were friendly and helpful, especially the Mexican gentleman who served us in the club lounge. Breakfast had a wide range of food for every taste. Rooftop bar also very nice with beautiful views towards the sunset.

We had chosen this hotel because of its proximity to the airport as we flew out the next day. That was perfect for us but may be a bit far away from the city center for people who want to explore it. But the hotel offers complimentary shuttle service and taxies are also not expensive and easy to hire.

They are vast—truly the most spacious I’ve ever experienced. And the staff match the elegance of the space, with their kindness and respect. To top it off, it’s conveniently close to the airport, exactly what I needed. I ordered an eyefillet steak, and it was delicious. Good portion and well-served.
