We stayed one week first and extended for almost two more weeks! Large, very comfortable room. Large bed. Big bathroom with convenient setup and nice spacing. Very well equipped gym and spa (sauna and steam room). Big swimming pool with jacuzzi. Suspended swimming pool. Large outdoor area. The hotel is also next to the Irish village (pub) where hotel guests get 20% discount. Close to the airport but not noisy, very quiet location. With assistance of concierges, it is very easy to get a meter taxi in a few minutes The staff are very professional, polite, friendly and always ready to help. They are truly at the 5-star level. Never get upgraded in all time we have stayed

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel in Dubai. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive to every detail. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I was pleasantly surprised by how immaculate and beautifully designed my room was—modern, spacious, and very comfortable. The location was perfect for exploring the city, and being close to the airport added another advantage. The service throughout the hotel—from housekeeping to room service—was consistently outstanding. I especially appreciated the attention to cleanliness and the peaceful atmosphere, which made it easy to relax after a busy day. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai, and I’ll definitely be returning on my next trip.

The hotel has exquisite facilities. The bedroom was big and had good ambiance. Switches and furniture were modern and beautiful. had great lighting. The food was beautiful and they keep changing the breakfast and lunch buffet everyday to avoid monotony of food. Swimming and spa facilities are beyond outstanding. The staff are most humble and helpful at all times like helping get a taxi, helping with cleaning the room, directions and etc. Used their meeting rooms and the facility was well catered for and projector and etc were all great. I would gladly recommend anyone to stay here 1000%.

All was well. The stay was great. They can consider increasing the category of Television channels available to consider various audiences e.g movie channels. documentary channels. MTV and etc.

We stayed at Jumeirah Creekside 11 years ago for our 25th Wedding Anniversary and we came back for our 36th wedding anniversary last week. The hotel still as good staff really friendly and nothing is to much trouble if you need anything. The location is good and we loved the pool area lovely touches with the free water, ice lollies and melon plus ice cold scented towels and the staff around the pool work hard particularly Danish and our room cleaner Yousef was always making sure our room was clean and that everything was as it should be and we were happy 😆 Breakfast staff were excellent too and making sure we had everything we needed and very friendly too

First of all I am a big Fan of the small details,for an example hair,Bathtub cleansiness,clean coffee cups,Bath room mirror,in this hotel these items mentioned were exceptionally cleaned to the smallest Detail.The welcome staff were exceptionally hospitable and Professional from frontDesk service check-in to Room Service.

Regrets my only complaint was the Cigarette Smoke in the Hallway corridor to my room.I realized though this is hard to control but everyone should read the rules first and should ask questions being respectful of other quests in the Hotel.When you first enter the hotel door you realize and see that this is a non-smoking hotel.

The location, club room space, cinema room and polite staffs are ok. Buffet breakfast was ok but with less options.

We had booked a Club Room with complimentary access to lounge and a 24 hour check in check out benefit. We actually checked in at 3PM. However, upon calling the reception, they told us that we need to check out at 12NN as they were fully booked. We were expecting a late check out though. I hope they did not advertise this 24 hour check in check out if they cannot provide to hotel guests. Hotel does not have kids playroom also.

This is my favorite hotel in Dubai because of the combination of amenities, service, and value. The attention to detail matters so much—the rooms are designed so ergonomically and comfortably. The breakfast is amazing, the showers are fantastic, and the beds are very comfortable. And the staff are all so kind and helpful for anything you need. The location near the airport is great if you are coming off a long flight, and there is a metro station a short walk away. If you are offered the Club upgrade, take it—it’s well worth it to gain access to the better room, Club Lounge, and breakfast.
