The location of the hotel is central, in terms of distance, it is close to Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa. But it takes 10-15 minutes to walk to Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa through the labyrinthine roads. Breakfast is normal, but not to everyone's taste. The cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel is good. The staff is professional.

There was no toothbrush and toothpaste in the room. I don't know, maybe this is normal. But thanks to the receptionist,I asked the hotel and they sent a toothbrush, paste, hair combs and other essentials to the room! We couldn't charge our phones because the electrical switches in the rooms were euro. That is, we encountered this problem. Please solve this problem! Everyone's phone adapters are not euro!

The hotel is very centrally located, but still no the top location, it's bit deserted. Getting to metro is 15 min walk, Burj Khalifa 30 min walk. But taxis will get you anywhere even you don't have Uber. Hotel offers shuttles to Jumeira beach and Dubai mall if anyone needs.

Overall I find this hotel bit overpriced, the atmosphere is nice and vibrant, but I would consider it as an upscale hostel than really a nice hotel for the price. For the same price, I think there are much better options in Dubai, just keep looking. A la carte menu is good, but quality of the food is average. The breakfast has nice selection, but again, for the price, it doesn't meet it.

I had an incredible experience at Rove City Walk! From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and always ready to assist. The hotel’s modern design and vibrant atmosphere made it the perfect place to stay. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The beds were super cozy, ensuring a great night’s sleep. I also loved the fun and quirky decor that added a unique touch to the space. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of City Walk, with easy access to fantastic restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. Getting around Dubai was effortless from here. The hotel amenities were excellent, especially the pool and the gym, which were both clean and well-maintained. The breakfast was delicious, with a great selection of fresh options to start the day. Overall, Rove City Walk exceeded my expectations, and I can’t wait to stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a stylish, comfortable, and well-located hotel in Dubai!

I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Its location is unbeatable—just a short walk from the Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall Metro Station and conveniently close to City Walk. The breakfast was nothing short of exceptional, with a clear emphasis on quality over quantity. The staff were incredibly welcoming and exuded warmth throughout my visit, making me feel right at home. One thoughtful addition was the mini-store, which stocked practically everything a guest might need—an incredibly convenient touch. The hotel also offers excellent amenities, including a laundromat and a well-equipped gym, making it a perfect choice for both short and extended stays. Overall, it was a seamless experience with everything designed to meet guest needs.

The room size was slightly smaller than expected for the price paid, but considering it's Dubai—where everything tends to be a bit on the expensive side—it felt fairly typical for the location.

Loved everything about our week long stay at Rove City Walk. Extremely clean and contemporary facility. Conveniently located close to Dubai Mall/ Burj Khalifa and the City Walk shopping and dining area. The facility is super clean, has an extremely comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. The staff is exceptionally friendly and go into minor details to make sure your stay is comfortable. Special shout out to Anas for helping us fix an issue with our luggage and for the general great service he provided through out our stay. The bar and restaurant are great. A fully equipped and clean 24hr gym was a favourite! Another favourite was the 24hr on site laundromat and ironing room. Never had to wait for more than 2 mins for a taxi as there were always taxis parked outside. The free shuttle bus to and from Dubai Mall and Kite beach is a great service! Couldnt recommend this place more!

Everything was fantastic

A welcoming entrance with the Rove smell. it was always a pleasure to return to the hotel and the cool air and smell of the entrance after being out and about for the day. Rooms are basic but comfy with a good large shower. From the front of the hotel you get a better view of downtown and the Burj. Our room was at the back, currently overlooking a building site (but no disruption or noise at night time), but you can see the sea in the far distance on a clearer day. Good location.... but, see what i didn't like (not the hotel fault)

The walk from the hotel to the metro/mall, you have to cross a very busy road with only one crossing on the far side. Then there is a narrow footpath with fast moving traffic. I know this is not a hotel fault, but access to the hotel by foot is not ideal.

We stayed 4 days in this hotel and it was a good experience. The staff is really kind and breakfast is delicious! Hotel and rooms are clean and quiet. I didn't use the pool and gym, but they looked nice and tidy.

One bad experience was the washing machine that got stuck and continued unwanted washing and thus damaged our clothes and also affected our trip plan due to delay in washing. No compensation was provided for this big bad experience which is disappointing. In addition, the early breakfast provided by the hotel (due to our flight time) was not satisfactory. It was just some moffins and apples! The vending machine in floor one is also not working properly sometimes.

Service was great, they helped us to check-in earlier, which we truly appreciated as we were super tired. Breakfast was great with good variety of food (even for vegetarians) Hotel ambiance was nice. We enjoyed having the city-walk and the metro nearby ... We also took the suttle to the Dubai Mall few times which was convenient.

Considering Dubai weather is often so hot, you end up drinking heaps of water. My suggestion for the team is to leave the water bottles with filtered water in some place of easy access to avoid calling several times to ask them to bring more water to the room. Alternatively, to install water filters in the common areas, so that people staying can use and re-fill their bottles hassle free. Thanks.

I had an amazing 2 days at Rove city walk, the view is amazing at Burj Khalifa, the hotel is so clean, room is big and bed is very comfortable, hot water and clean towels, comfy and quite, the stuff are so good and polite, Anouar is very nice guy he gave me an amazing room and helped with everything thank you so much Anouar, swimming pool is good, not so big for swimmers who cant rest in a swimming pool but I enjoyed it, plenty of chairs to relax and enjoy the view and the water, the restaurant is amazing the food was so delicious I shared pics, the hotel is exactly in City Walk area so you have many shops around, its too close to Dubai mall so its easy to go by taxi it will take 6 min max to be in Dubai Mall ( FYI no metro station close to the hotel), highly recommended hotel for short and long stays
