Very helpful staff.

When choosing the panorama room, we expected a really beautiful view. Unfortunately, the windows in the room were very dirty so we couldn't enjoy the view. This was important to us when choosing a panoramic room. There is a smell of dampness in the room. Very poor breakfast. We arrived at 9:00 and had practically nothing to eat. The price for one night is really not low, so we expected something better.

The hotel located on Sh. Zayed free way the main highway of Dubai and 3 min walk to the Financial center metro station that's 1 station away from The Dubai Mall / Burj Khalifa station. The staff was kind to upgrade me for free to a family-size bedroom. The room was spacious with a stove facility. I haven't tried the breakfast.

Ive been coming for more than 10 years to this hotel but they never treat you in any special way. even though receptionist and manager are same for years and recognize me but nothing special not even a greeting!!!! they need to improve their customer experience big time !!!! however breakfast restaurant staff are friendly.

Hotel Staff is Good expect the restaurant Manger, Yusuf and one Sri lankan Guy who clean the room did great job. Bell boy also very supportive. Location is great can travel by metro all over the dubai. This is the Business Hub. So Taxi expense also save.

Same Breakfast every day. no change, Parata, Indian Curry, Mini Pizza, Scrambled Egg and Bread. restaurant Manger is Not good.

Very neat and clean rooms and staff also very good behaviour.Hospitality is also very good.house keeping staff also very good especially Vikas done the Housekeeping service very well.Mr Masood also very good with customer service.Reception also handled by good team .Miss Revathy also very polite and good in customer service...Restaurant service also very fast ....and good.... This property is very near to Financial centre metro stationa and all amenities are very near..and very good area..Highly recommended...

Breakfast needs to be better

The property offers an excellent location with easy access to key areas of Dubai. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, providing a comfortable stay. The highlight of my visit was the outstanding customer service provided by the reception staff. They were exceptionally welcoming, helpful, and attentive to all my needs, making the entire experience even more enjoyable.

While my overall experience was fantastic, I believe there could be slight improvements in the variety of breakfast options. However, this is a minor aspect compared to the overall quality of service.

Hotel is very well placed on Sheikh Zayed and at few steps from Metro station . Staff is very pleasant and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable . I would select it again for next business trip if intending to stay within this part of Dubai.

I was slightly disappointed by the breakfast options . I would have preferred a more Continental / European breakfast selection of foods , more cheese selection , better jam options , yet staff was very supportive in offering alternative food. Swimming pool area , being in the basement was too smelly ( Chlore and disinfectant smell ) . Fitness room : I would have appreciated a control over noisiness of other athletes whom considered they were alone and thus where either having an extra loud music or even discussing at extreme high sound level .

The housekeeping staff deserves all the praise and my gratitude! I accidentally left 10k worth of jewellery in the bathroom, but it remained untouched when I returned. Trust and safety are priceless here! Front desk and concierge are helpful and sharp, The rooms were beautifully designed, comfortable, and clean, with an amazing panoramic view of Sheikh Zayed Road. The location was perfect too with many coffee shops and mini-markets down the street. Highly recommended, great value for money!

lifts are old and too slow, bathrooms can receive an upgrade.
