The male housekeeping staff did not respect the privacy sign and tried to enter the room - once when I was inside the room and once when I was not in the room. This is a serious matter that needs to be looked into and they need to be better trained. Secondly- this hotel had one of the most chaotic breakfast scenes and the hostesses were rude and couldn’t care about getting guests a table.

Great location, connected to gate avenue mall and a walking distance to the best restaurants in Difc .. - the staff were friendly and very accommodating when I asked for female to deliver my food . - they immediately replaced the coffee machine as soon as I asked for a nespresso machine - it's nearby alot of attractions such as dubai mall and the airport which is key

I had to request for the room to be cleaned several times, if you don't ask it doesn't get cleaned for some reason .. As I leave the room around 9 am I expected when I get there by around 3 pm for it be cleaned but this never happens unless I call and ask ..

My stay at the Ritz Carlton Hotel was very amazing. The room was a haven of calm and warmth, allowing me to relax entirely. The bathroom was really amazing, adding a touch of luxury to my trip. And the breakfast? Absolutely excellent and diverse, ensuring that each morning began on a pleasant note.

Our stay was great, the room was spacious and the entire hotel observed immaculate cleanliness. The breakfast offered variety of sumptuous food. We loved the privacy of the indoor pool. Would like to appreciate the professional and friendly gesture offered to us by the staff. Honey at the breakfast restaurant was very welcoming and she made sure that she cleared our table and oversaw what we required at the buffet, always wearing her happy smile. Also Samson at the concierge offered exceptional services, very professional and warm reception to us. When we first checked in as he assisted us with the luggage to the room, we noticed that the view wasn't what we expected, he took the initiative to call the reservations and arranged for our room change which was very kind and helpful of him. we loved our new room with the wonderful view of the museum. Both Honey and Samson became a favorite of my daughter Alyssia, as up to date she keeps asking when we will return back to the Ritz. Now with that we even extended our stay for another night and we are definitely looking forward to staying with you again. Thank you and we appreciate everything.

Excellent location, room sizes, staff, service, cleanliness. Everything about it is great!

The hotel is a bit worn out, it needs refurbishing.

The Room , very well designed, organized, all amenities are available, bed is comfortable, view and lighting. Reception was great, welcoming, pleasant, supportive and has explained everything about the hotel and restaurant. At check out, also she has arranged every detail fast to make the experience more valued by arranging the transportation to airport.

Nothing to mention, stay was very short

Great location. spacious room and bathroom. clean and good service. The staff were well informed and helpful. Loved the well equipped spacious gym. Bed and pillows were comfortable.

The noises from the corridor of the room and doors banging in the near by rooms. Amenities of the bathroom could be better like Loofa and toilette paper used.

Decent hotel for a short stay in Dubai, has the facilities you need and close to a lot of things in the business area, the staff were wonderful throughout my stay and helped with any requests we had,, the breakfast was very good.

It didn't feel fully like a Ritz Carlton Hotel, the rooms need upgrading as they look old and dated, the room also had a smell that was a bit odd and a few restaurants were not open at the time of our stay,

The room was satisfactory. Breakfast was quite good.

Non of the filled in bottles( gel,,shampoo ,conditioner) were working properly. The Hold/Cold selection handle in the shower room( bath room ) was not working properly The TV in the room showed name of some other customer on its welcome screen . Such things are not expected from a hotel of RITZ CARLTON Standard.
