Hotel is in a nearby proximity to Burj Khalifa, train station and museum of the future. I only stayed for one night and got upgraded to a higher floor with view to downtown.

Windows were very dirty which made it I possible to take a decent photo. Pool was very busy till about 1pm. All sun lounges were occupied. Got better in the afternoon.

Had a nice time during my stay! The staff were very friendly and always happy to help. Really enjoyed the breakfast spread too. Everything was clean and well-maintained.

Great location of the hotel, everything is within walking distance. Very polite staff! They brought us water every day, even if we did not drink it. There was a various breakfast and a wonderful swimming pool on the 4th floor of the hotel. In the room there are: slippers, bathrobe, safe, tea, coffee, sugar, kettle, fridge, hair dryer, shampoo, shower gel, soap, cotton swabs and disks, ironing board and iron.

There are huge queues for breakfast after 8:30 am and it is impossible to call the elevator. We had to use the stairs quite often (we lived on the 18th floor) The sockets in the hotel are like everywhere in the UAE - type G, you need to have adapters. The hotel has a swimming pool, however we were unable to get there because of the huge number of people who wanted to, free sun loungers were quickly taken. The room really missed a toilet brush.

A wonderful & luxurious place to stay near iconic Dubai landmarks, with terrific service levels! Rose Rayhaan is the fifth tallest hotel building in the world and after staying there, you can surely vouch the highest quality standards that it maintains as well POSITIVES (+) I got in touch with Mr. Deniz Ozgun (Guest Relations) before reaching the place, who assured me of the best service and experience even before my arrival. Upon arrival, he went out of the way to ensure my stay was supremely awesome :) Special room, Burj Khalifa view, anniversary cake and a customized room decor was arranged to make us go over the moon. We both are extremely grateful to him and wish him all the best for future success (+) The location of Rose Rayhaan is one of the best things about it. Located in the heart of Dubai which is the Financial center, it offers proximity to many city landmarks like Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall, Mall of Emirates, Museum of Future etc. Finance center metro station is a 3 mins walk (+) Internally the place is very well maintained with modern furnishings, ample room space, cleanliness & exquisite decor to match a varied range of guests. (+) We stayed at the 43rd floor which was quite & peaceful, with only 10 rooms on the same floor (+) One of the most unique things about the place is its FREE valet service. Given the high traffic flow and guests rush, you can drop off your vehicle 24x7 at the hotel entrance and it will be taken to the hotel parking (+) Service levels are really good, with room service & reception being quite attentive & on-spot with their responses (+) The hotel offers four different types of restaurants, bars and coffee shops, each specializing in its own areas e.g., Italian, Intercontinental cuisines etc. (+) The pool bar is located on the forth floor, crossing the bridge at the back.

NEGATIVES - Not many to list honestly (-) The lobby is a bit tight given the plot size of the building. It becomes claustrophobic when too many people are present at the same time there (-) Lifts aren't fast enough and take a long time to reach your floor Overall, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED place for business or pleasure (with and without family) 9 / 10

We had an extraordinary experience at this hotel in Dubai! The room was impeccably clean, and the services provided were top-notch. The food was delicious and extremely diverse, catering to all tastes. The staff was always friendly and smiling, which added a warm and professional touch to our stay. The view from our floor was absolutely spectacular – an unforgettable sight! The pool was very clean and well-maintained. However, one aspect that could be improved is that only two high chairs for children were available in the restaurant, which was a challenge for families. Also, the rooms were missing cutlery and plates, which would have been useful. Nevertheless, the overall experience was exceptional, and I highly recommend this hotel! We will definitely return!

Accommodation that is an experience. Excellent location near the metro for convenient transfers. Beautiful building from the outside and inside. Friendly and helpful staff made our stay more pleasant and we always felt welcome. Compared to similar hotels, Rose Rayhaan by Rotana has the most beautiful view of the Burj Khalifa. Our stay was taken to the next level by access to the Rotana club lounge, where throughout the day you will find an oasis of peace in symbiosis with amazing food and drinks (breakfast, afternoon tea, evening canapés). The chef was very nice and prepared food on request. It tasted great. We also tried the pool and the indoor wellness with jacuzzi and saunas is also worth noting. This hotel could easily be renamed to Diamond. Staying in this hotel will turn into a next level experience! We will definitely come back.

I stayed with family for a week, and my kids enjoyed it a lot. Overall, the experience was amazing for my family. Reception - Walid helped us to check in. It was so quick that within 10 minutes, we were in our room. He also helped us to upgrade our room (on extra pay) by letting us know about the additional features with upgrade, which made our stay more wonderful. Thank you, Walid. Restaurant - Emad is one of the best people in restaurants, who always smile and serve the food. He is so kind to ensure the kids are happy, too. There are other stars like Mohammed, Khant, Hasindu, Ifti, and Flora, who are very nice and welcoming. Just one request to refill the items quickly once finished. I had to request several times to refill. Room service - Among all the room service I dealt, Chandu was too good. His smile and room cleaning were best. Overall - The location is very good and there is a supermarket, metro station, and taxis nearby.

Gym reception - Except for Sheriff, everyone who is sitting at the gym reception was good and kind in talking with a smile. My kids came out of changing room and kept the gym towel on their head, and started walking to the gate as it was their first time kids didn't know that these had to be kept in the gym. He called so rudely with a loud voice (O hello, hello, leave the towel) as if someone was stealing it. Just for this 1 negative star.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Rose Rayhaan Hotel in Dubai. Everything about my experience was perfect, from the exceptional service to the luxurious accommodations. I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to the staff for their thoughtful gesture of leaving me a birthday card and a delicious cake in my room. It truly made my birthday celebration extra special and memorable. The attention to detail, cleanliness, and warm hospitality exceeded all expectations. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai. Thank you once again for making my stay so delightful. I can’t wait to return!

Beautiful property, right next to the museum of the future, it is one station to Dubai Mall and in between two metro stations. I would book it again as it was very central. It is clean and staff are friendly. Bed was very comfortable. The breakfast is amazing with so much variety.

During the check in, there was some confusion about beds, they wanted to put my husband and i in separate beds, yet i had requested on the booking that we want 1 bed. Luckily this was sorted and we were put in a very big room, also, the request from staff to rate them on trip advisor can be a little too much, especially while you are eating breakfast. But this is a common problem in all the places of service we went to in Dubai.

The gym was spacious – better equipped and more versatile than in most hotels I’ve stayed at. Definitely a strong point of the hotel. The breakfast wasn’t particularly impressive. It felt a bit random overall. One morning it was great, but on the other days it was somewhat questionable in both quality and selection. The view from the room and the sunsets were really nice – a definite highlight. The location was perfect in terms of access to Exhibition area – just two metro stops away. Super convenient.

Dinner was a 1 out of 5 experience. Not recommended.
