The view of Burj Khalifa is unreal.

The only complaint is the long wait and the elevator ride. In the breakfast period, the travel time is more than 30 minutes, if you are lucky. The staff does not use the official elevator there, but the guest elevator. On the first day, we had to walk from the 50th floor to the ground floor because it was long past the time for breakfast, which we barely had time to go in even though it was officially over. The nervousness of the other guests was also very visible. All in all, only two elevators going to 70+ floors is too little and creates too much stress for not so little money as the hotel costs

Great hotel in general. Good location, many restaurants and super markets around the hotel. Very close to all of the downtown area. The rooms were huge. The pool area is very nice and new. A little small for the size of the hotel.

It seems the hotel is very strict when it comes to them spending money. Every towel you ask for needs an approval from the reception. The elevators are pretty slow on the rush hours. Needs to be fixed.

Utmerket 🫶. The people who work there er polite🙏🏼 Swimming pool is beautiful, The wire from pool is best👌. The Rom- 64 ( shekh zaid St.) is beautiful and the view is speechless 🫶.

One of the lift was on maintenance,the hotel was full booked I think… had to wait almost 15-30 mins … I hated it 🫣

crazy good location, just a few steps far from Metro and very friendly staff. Everyone was always offering support. Also was happy to use a washing machine in my room

there was a food section...and I would've been happier, if in the shelves was some dishes and in the drawers a cutlery. Ok...cooking isn't allowed and I do understand at all, but it would have been more convenient, if I could eat my food more proper. Second: OK, hotel is directly to the highway and during 24 hours it's hard traffic...the windows wasn't closing well and so I did hear always the noise of the cars. Third: there was promised a balcony...this is something, in my opinion, where you can sit & relax. But no! , behind the window-door was a very narrow space, where you even could stand with a stomach sucked in. Is better NOT to mention this tiny corridor, named "balcony".

Big thanks to the team for free upgrade! Location of the hotel is good, short walk from the metro station. Valet parking works really well and fast. Burj Khalifa is visible from the pool on 12th floor. Mattress was nice and firm, pillow selection excellent from soft to firm.

Getting an elevator can take very long time… there are only few elevators available and they are small. If you need to use one during rush hour (breakfast or checkout time, be prepared to wait long time and a bit more)… Breakfast is focused more to local/indian taste. You can see the age of hotel on scuffed wallpapers, hastily fixed silicone in bathroom etc. hotel could use some rework.

The window view is really nice if you are willing to pay for it like we did. The pool area and its view are cool as well. Quite good breakfast, not large choice and not too little, it was just right for us. The location is convenient too. I really recommend to dine at the hotel's roof top restraint at list once.

I wish they put a carpet in our room, I mean a suite room with a cold concrete floor is a really big bad surprise, guys! A full-size kitchen that has non of kitchen utensils at all (could they place a corkscrew for wine at least..?), with a stove forbidden to use, it's just weird. And the first inconvenience in this hotel you will meet is too few elevators situation, it was ok for me though, so just be ready to wait.

Room was very large with fabulous 180deg views. Lifts were fast and max 5 min wait from and to the 67th floor. Night views from the pool of the Burj Khalifa and Museum of the Future from the hotel walkway to the pool spectacular. Large variety and many breakfast options. Location was great, taxis and metro bus and train right on the hotel doorstep. 5 Min walk to Museum of the Future. Just outside the hotel, a variety of dining outlets and take aways. Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa one metro stop away.

Abegail was very helpful at the Reception - she helped us accommodate our nephew for a night, after a long day of visiting the places of interest in Dubai. Manish, the Bell Boy, was very courteous, punctual and pleasant. He helped us move to a bigger room to accommodate our nephew, and also moved our luggage when we checked out of the hotel. The location of Gevora is perfect. The price is just right for the rooms. It was a very comfortable stay at the world's tallest hotel.

It was a long weight for the elevator in the morning at breakfast time. Next day we went earlier and we did not have to wait too long.

Overall we were very satisfied. One minus is for the breakfast. We were expecting a bit more variety. It’s okay, if it’s the same selection every day, but there should be more options and meals to choose from, like more fresh fruit and more pastries etc. Also if you are going somewhere to be in time, make sure you get to the elevator in advance as at certain times we were waiting for the lift even 10 minutes, so at the end we just gave up and used the stairs instead (We stayed in 26th floor, cannot imagine staying in the higher floors :D) One more thing - absence of hair dryer in the room. I have never experienced not having the hair dryer in the room. We had to call the reception and when the staff delivered it, he told us to call when we are done so he can take it away. He came in like 30 minutes if we are done yet. To be fair though when we asked for it second time, the lady told us we can keep it. Other than that we were very satisfied, especially the Iftar dinner in the highest floor-that was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend to go there for dinner - the view is amazing. The staff was helpful and kind.
