it was totally good but first day i ask to clean the room they late more than 2 hour next day i leave hotel at 9 Am i ask to clean early i back 12 no clean then i leave and ask again to clean i back 2 pm also no clean i ask again for 3 time to clean i back at 4 pm no clean 🥲 the reception staff cant answer why they didnot clean

This hotel not 4 star, it's 5* star because bell boy Ahmed works here😊 This man make our vacation better with his smile, always help us. So 5th star is Ahmed thank you for your hospitality! Also other workers are nice, everybody is smiling trying to help. Everyday were cleaning and cleaning was very nice and one time after cleaning we saw that hotel management send us fruit plate like compliment. Beautiful swimming pool which works till 11 PM. We want say to all hotel workers Thank you for everything we were very happy and we will come back again definitely and recommend to all our friends only Rotana Towers ❤️❤️❤️

TL;DR: great hotel with absolutely amazing staff. I highly recommend it! Now, for the long version. The location was perfect for me, central and close to pretty much anything one could need or want (including a metro station for places that are further away and which connects directly with Terminal 1 of DXB if you need to beat the traffic). Everything inside was wonderful, starting with Mrs Rubie and Mrs Malika, who welcomed me at the front desk upon arrival, and finishing with Mr Hassan, who made my check-out a breeze. All the spaces of the hotel I've seen or used were sparkly clean and either new or in great condition (note that this is coming from someone picky), while housekeeping, room service, security staff and the valets were all lovely people. My room was very comfortable, quiet, and had more than enough amenities plus a wide array of high-quality toiletries in the bathroom (especially liked the hair conditioner). The breakfast was tasty and varied, though one morning I happened to come down a bit later and had to queue, but they did their best to ammomodate everyone, so I believe nobody left the 2nd floor hungry. :D Overall, it was an experience I'm definitely going to repeat on my next visit to Dubai!

The Staff: Rubie made my checkout incredibly smooth and fast—she immediately acted when she realized I was short on time to catch my flight. Her efficiency truly saved the day. Ahmed was outstanding. Although my room wasn't ready right away at check-in, he handled the situation professionally, ensured I was comfortable, and even granted me a late checkout the next day, which made my stay so much more enjoyable. Malika gave me a warm and welcoming reception when I first arrived—exactly what you hope for after a long trip. Shahid deserves special mention as well. Always smiling and courteous, he recognized me from a previous visit and quickly arranged a taxi when I was checking out, knowing I was running late.

The hotel was beyond my expectations. A special attention that really made the difference : I was welcome by a lovely birthday cake just when I opened my room ! Speechless ! The check-in went smoothly by a wonderful team at the front desk. The room (studio apartment) was big, clean, a very comfortable bed (very important for my back), a nice view. I loved everything……the area, the metro station (5min), vary restaurants and shops around. A big thanks to the General Manger, Mr Akil, who welcome us upon arrival and offered his support anytime. I also thank the concierge team (Mahesh, Shahil), Wassim, Waquas but also all the hotel team I met during my stay in that hotel, exceptional! Great Christmas and new year time !

I had some issues with the induction hob, difficult to cook 2 dishes at the same time.

The hotel has a great location—close to the metro, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. It’s also conveniently located not too far from the airport, making it easy to reach by taxi. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful, contributing to a pleasant overall experience. The required facilities were available and reasonably maintained, meeting the basic expectations for a comfortable stay.

There was some construction sort of work going on in and around the hotel during my visit. Over the couple of days I stayed, I started to hear noises like hammering in the mornings, which was a bit disruptive. Also, my room had a Jumeirah view, but I would have preferred a Sheikh Zayed Road view, as there wasn’t much to see from my side.

It is very close to the metro and the Museum of the Future. They did everything to make us feel comfortable. The rooms are spacious and clean. The view from the windows is great. Everyone took great care to make us feel comfortable. We also spent my husband's birthday there but we didn't use the hotel for that. They were so considerate that they surprised my husband with a cake. We will definitely be back!

The Staff is very Helpful and friendly. The room is very clean and the bed is bery comfortable. alocation is good. Shout out to frontdesk his name is AHMED very helpful and make sure we are comfortable with our stay! All is good except for the construction beside our room that we were not giving Noticed!

The construction beside our room started at 8am and it goes for 4 days . We want to change room but all are fullybooked and we wont be the same floor level with my friends. I wish they could have warn US! it was too loud!

Location is excellent, very convenient to metro line and to important sites as Burj Kalifa, Dubai Mall, Museum of the Future. Very helpful the lady at the reception who solved our room request with no trouble from our side. As well Luqman was very helpful with the luggages and finding us the best ways to travel.

The ventilation system for the breakfast kitchen can be improved as sometimes the smell of fried eggs is all over the room. Not bad but the hood could have an increased power.
