it was totally good but first day i ask to clean the room they late more than 2 hour next day i leave hotel at 9 Am i ask to clean early i back 12 no clean then i leave and ask again to clean i back 2 pm also no clean i ask again for 3 time to clean i back at 4 pm no clean 🥲 the reception staff cant answer why they didnot clean

The hotel was beyond my expectations. A special attention that really made the difference : I was welcome by a lovely birthday cake just when I opened my room ! Speechless ! The check-in went smoothly by a wonderful team at the front desk. The room (studio apartment) was big, clean, a very comfortable bed (very important for my back), a nice view. I loved everything……the area, the metro station (5min), vary restaurants and shops around. A big thanks to the General Manger, Mr Akil, who welcome us upon arrival and offered his support anytime. I also thank the concierge team (Mahesh, Shahil), Wassim, Waquas but also all the hotel team I met during my stay in that hotel, exceptional! Great Christmas and new year time !

I had some issues with the induction hob, difficult to cook 2 dishes at the same time.

The staff were extremely friendly. The ladies in the club lounge were exceptional and the concierge went the extra mile to help me order and have deliveries made. The staff were just always so nice. The club lounge served a variety of foods at each meal (except breakfast). The food was very good and I wished happy hour lasted longer. The lounge equally had a business center providing access to a computer and printer. Located right at the foot of the financial center metro stop, the hotel is perfectly located.

I chose a smoking room but there was so little ventilation in the room. Even for a smoker, it wasn’t great. I found myself smoking in the bathroom with a closed door just to maintain some breathable air in the room. The swimming pool is in an adjacent building which wasn’t very convenient. And the price of a 500ml bottle of water was just extreme at 18Dh! That’s 6 times the amount of others rest

The Staff is very Helpful and friendly. The room is very clean and the bed is bery comfortable. alocation is good. Shout out to frontdesk his name is AHMED very helpful and make sure we are comfortable with our stay! All is good except for the construction beside our room that we were not giving Noticed!

The construction beside our room started at 8am and it goes for 4 days . We want to change room but all are fullybooked and we wont be the same floor level with my friends. I wish they could have warn US! it was too loud!

Location is excellent, very convenient to metro line and to important sites as Burj Kalifa, Dubai Mall, Museum of the Future. Very helpful the lady at the reception who solved our room request with no trouble from our side. As well Luqman was very helpful with the luggages and finding us the best ways to travel.

The ventilation system for the breakfast kitchen can be improved as sometimes the smell of fried eggs is all over the room. Not bad but the hood could have an increased power.

Perfect location, very attentive staff, the long bar is a welcome facility to chill out. Sadly Tiatro restaurant was closed. We were staying for a night and were looking forward to a great evening meal. I’d like to point out that the interior of the hotel appears to be a little dated but otherwise Tower Rotana is a great hotel.

I stayed in Tower Rotana a number of times but an extended period 20 years ago. It’s been perfect. However, it’s time to refresh the hotel somehow.

The room was comfortable size very clean and extra bed for the kid. We had coffee and tea complimentary in the room. also the location was fantastic in the center of almost everything. It even had bas shuttle for the beach

maybe the timetable for the beach. it was only 3 times in the morning. Maybe it was time that are suitable for summer holidays because Dubai can be very warm at lunch time, but in December like we went perfect timing could be also 11:00-11:30

Location of hotel was conveniently located with Metro station and local attractions not too far and also within easy reach to office in the morning. Also my request to extend the checkout time on checkout day was granted by your friendly staff on level 24

The door handle in the room's toilet was loose and came off a few times and I have to fix it back before door can be reopened. Need to ensure regular check to avoid guest from being locked inside the toilet.

1st thing 1st location was amazing. Financial Centre Metro Station is apx 3 mins by walking and after 1 station you're in a Dubai Mall, The Dubai Fountain, Burj Khalifa. Staff were nice. Breakfast was yummy and it was super fresh. Only issue for my stomach was the oil. I think that lady who is cooking fresh scrambled egg is using coconut oil and sadly it touched my stomach. My room was in 19th floor and I was in love with my room.

The main issue was the sounds... In my room there were 2 additional room that belonged not my room but two other room. And I heard a lot of sounds :D You mean what I mean. Even if someone speaks something the sounds were inside my room. It was not a big deal for me cause I came to my room for a nap and went to explore the city but if you're with your partner just keep in mind that sounds could disturb your neighbour. :D
