Property is very convenient it was clean but old bathrooms but room was very well equped and clean and staff was really nice on reception Isra Sarah and Alfredo and Indian lady on the lift night shift

nearby store are easy to access like food and supermarket , metro is very closed and near metro stops also bring many easy access to store and mall espacially dubai mall which is 1 stop away from the hotel , hotel wifi speed is like 1.0MB/s which is good enough for youtube but not for 4k , each device connected had 1MB/s speed , everywhere i go and even in life there is always wifi connected , tried playing online games and speed were very stable and no disconeection issue

When ever i come to dubai I always stay on this hotel and this time we were very surprised the cleaness of the room was improved staff were very friendly fornt desk Alfran offered us very good room which was facing towards the buja Khalifa and kamal help me with the luggage when ever we come kamal assist us with beautiful smile i meet paras from housekeeping i think he is new in the hotel i didn’t see him on my last visit he was very helpful and we came to know that he is the one who is taking care of housekeeping I would like to recommend this hotel to my friends and family

The location was centralised and near some of the tourist attractions. Eg museum of the future walkable distance

The location is just beside the Financial Metro Station that is very accessible to any traveller in Dubai… I was surprised also for surprised room upgrade that make my family so happy and thankful… our says stay was very good and we will come back again for sure in our next travel…

i like the staff were very friendly in reception and well respecatble towards the guest , always have smily face :D , like the fact they are remaking their enterence from back to front of main road , so it will be like 10 sec to enter financial centre metro station , many shop near hotel / pizza hut was amazing , pharmacy also near , 1 stop way to dubai mall or 9+ stop to airport

i love this hotel for my family trip its very nice hotel and friendly staff they are providing our needs and they have lots of facilities like kitchen in the room, washing mechine and so on and swimming pool, gym and spa and so on. the cleaning is very nice and maintained by priyanka and saquib and paras who paid attention of stay and needs . i will reccomed others also
