Exceptional stay! Everything about Dusit Thani exceeded my expectations. The room was spotless and comfortable, the food was amazing—especially the breakfast buffet—and the location was perfect. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional. A big thank you to Mr. Abhishek at reception for being so kind and helpful. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day, keeping everything tidy and fresh. The doormen were always polite and welcoming, making each return to the hotel feel special. The whole atmosphere was peaceful and luxurious. I would absolutely stay here again!

The furniture need to be renewed its kind of old, the complementary water in the room is a tap water which I don’t prefer

Rooms were well appointed and cosy. Reception staff was excellent and checked us in super quick. Concierge staff were all wonderful people!

Bfast staff should be much better. looks like they are under staffed or something. They were slow at times and seemed unhappy.

Nice hotel and good location

We had a pretty humiliating experience when checking out. The receptionist told us to stay in the lobby so her colleague could check we didn’t take something from the minibar without paying for it. It was a very weird request and she made us sit there for 15 minutes without even letting us know we can leave. Also, when we asked to order a taxi for us with a fix price, we discovered later that they charged us more than the usual price (400 instead of 330).

We had an amazing stay at Dusit Thani Dubai between March 14th and 18th, and we couldn’t be more impressed. From the moment we arrived, the service, comfort, and atmosphere exceeded all expectations. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, blending Thai elegance with modern luxury. Our room was spacious, clean, and very well-maintained, with an incredible view of the Burj Khalifa – waking up to that skyline every morning was absolutely magical. Breakfast was a daily highlight thanks to Bharat, the breakfast manager, who ran everything so smoothly and always checked in to make sure guests were happy. Abhinav, one of the breakfast waiters, was also outstanding – polite, friendly, and always attentive to detail. At the reception, Sushmita gave us a warm welcome and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The location is perfect for exploring the city – close to Dubai Mall, Downtown, and other major attractions. Plus, the rooftop pool with a view of the skyline was the cherry on top. We’re already looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay in Dubai!

First impressions make lasting impressions. The staff on arrival and through out the stay were great. Friendly and professional. The hotel was clean and well appointed with spacious rooms. The restaurants and food on offer was exceptional.

Shame they were renovating the swimming pool and they did let me know there were options to travel to a nearby location if i did indeed want to go in a swimming pool but as a busy work trip i didnt really have time to travel to a pool elsewhere. This would not stop me visiting again as lets be honest- everythign needs updating eventually.

This is my first time staying at Dusit thani. For dubai mall lovers it is in a prime location. Additionally they offer multiple free shuttle to the mall of the Emirates, dubai mall and kite beach. We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment, which was spacious and allowed my little one space to move around. The room service options are numerous as well. The pool is very nice and there is a bar for refreshments or a little snacky snack!

The breakfast buffet was only ok, I mean, for a 5 star restaurant i was expecting more. The staff were very friendly though, taking drink and eggs orders. On check out, we called for help with the suitcase and for some reason no one came. They did offer to help in the end when my husband came down with the suitcase but still...

Go for this hotel only for its location. We had booked Two Bedroom Apartment Suite with Burj Khalifa View and it offers a great view of the same.

The service was slower than expected. We stayed for two days and requested whisky glasses and an ice bucket to be delivered to our room. On both occasions, it took over 40 minutes for them to arrive. Additionally, in the evening, we asked the concierge staff near the reception to have a package, which we had ordered from Noon, delivered to our room. They assured us it would be delivered within 30 minutes, but it wasn’t, and we had to go down to collect it the following morning. Lastly, the windows in the room were not very clean on the outside, which resulted in a slightly blurry view.

Staff is very good and helpful. Breakfast and the dining hall team is exclusive. The concierge service is excellent. The team is very good on ground arranging reception, welcoming and receiving guests. Also doing good job by arranging transport for guests.

The room service staff is not very happy bringing drinking water to rooms. And of course you need to have a good bar and drinking facility. It is a facility for guests. Time to accept its not a crime. As good for business meeting discussion and socializing.. The furniture is good but outdated and damaged. Check the handles of the drawer can injure. I got injured.

My summer stay at Dusit Thani was truly exceptional. The room view was incredible—I could clearly see the Burj Khalifa through my window, and both the morning and evening views were absolutely stunning. The rooms were super clean and comfortable, and all the services provided were excellent. The hotel’s location is perfect, offering breathtaking views of the new buildings nearby. It’s a spot anyone would love. The food spread was really impressive as well. Since breakfast was included in my package, we thoroughly enjoyed the delicious variety offered every morning—it was truly delightful! A big thank you to the team for arranging a room with such a great view during this busy season, and for the thoughtful gesture of Christmas cookies on Christmas Day. It made my stay even more special!

Absolutely nothing to dislike! The only minor issue I can recall was a 5–10 minute downtime for hot water, likely due to some repair work. Apart from that, everything was perfect
