Nice hotel and good location

We had a pretty humiliating experience when checking out. The receptionist told us to stay in the lobby so her colleague could check we didn’t take something from the minibar without paying for it. It was a very weird request and she made us sit there for 15 minutes without even letting us know we can leave. Also, when we asked to order a taxi for us with a fix price, we discovered later that they charged us more than the usual price (400 instead of 330).

Rooms were well appointed and cosy. Reception staff was excellent and checked us in super quick. Concierge staff were all wonderful people!

Bfast staff should be much better. looks like they are under staffed or something. They were slow at times and seemed unhappy.

First impressions make lasting impressions. The staff on arrival and through out the stay were great. Friendly and professional. The hotel was clean and well appointed with spacious rooms. The restaurants and food on offer was exceptional.

Shame they were renovating the swimming pool and they did let me know there were options to travel to a nearby location if i did indeed want to go in a swimming pool but as a busy work trip i didnt really have time to travel to a pool elsewhere. This would not stop me visiting again as lets be honest- everythign needs updating eventually.

We had an amazing stay at Dusit Thani Dubai between March 14th and 18th, and we couldn’t be more impressed. From the moment we arrived, the service, comfort, and atmosphere exceeded all expectations. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, blending Thai elegance with modern luxury. Our room was spacious, clean, and very well-maintained, with an incredible view of the Burj Khalifa – waking up to that skyline every morning was absolutely magical. Breakfast was a daily highlight thanks to Bharat, the breakfast manager, who ran everything so smoothly and always checked in to make sure guests were happy. Abhinav, one of the breakfast waiters, was also outstanding – polite, friendly, and always attentive to detail. At the reception, Sushmita gave us a warm welcome and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The location is perfect for exploring the city – close to Dubai Mall, Downtown, and other major attractions. Plus, the rooftop pool with a view of the skyline was the cherry on top. We’re already looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay in Dubai!

Go for this hotel only for its location. We had booked Two Bedroom Apartment Suite with Burj Khalifa View and it offers a great view of the same.

The service was slower than expected. We stayed for two days and requested whisky glasses and an ice bucket to be delivered to our room. On both occasions, it took over 40 minutes for them to arrive. Additionally, in the evening, we asked the concierge staff near the reception to have a package, which we had ordered from Noon, delivered to our room. They assured us it would be delivered within 30 minutes, but it wasn’t, and we had to go down to collect it the following morning. Lastly, the windows in the room were not very clean on the outside, which resulted in a slightly blurry view.

My summer stay at Dusit Thani was truly exceptional. The room view was incredible—I could clearly see the Burj Khalifa through my window, and both the morning and evening views were absolutely stunning. The rooms were super clean and comfortable, and all the services provided were excellent. The hotel’s location is perfect, offering breathtaking views of the new buildings nearby. It’s a spot anyone would love. The food spread was really impressive as well. Since breakfast was included in my package, we thoroughly enjoyed the delicious variety offered every morning—it was truly delightful! A big thank you to the team for arranging a room with such a great view during this busy season, and for the thoughtful gesture of Christmas cookies on Christmas Day. It made my stay even more special!

Absolutely nothing to dislike! The only minor issue I can recall was a 5–10 minute downtime for hot water, likely due to some repair work. Apart from that, everything was perfect

Excellent location and super friendly staff. From the concierge to reception all are very nice and well-trained. Especially Sohail at concierge is highly professional and caring. Taha at the front desk is a very helpful team member. Overall, it was excellent and comfortable stay. Your friendly staff makes it more comfortable so we didn't think much for any negatives.

Major problem we faced is the smell of breakfast cooking as we stayed at 26th floor which is right above the 24th Breakfast facility. Plus loud noises of breakfast items setup and staff from very early hours of the morning which was bit disturbing to wake up with those noises. They got to be carful while setting up facility early hours keeping in mind that 5am is still early for guests to wake up for their morning activities.

Our stay at Dusit Thani Dubai was truly wonderful. The hotel offers a lovely view of the Burj Khalifa, and staying in a double bedroom with such a view made our experience even more unforgettable. Waking up every morning with the view of the skyline was definitely a highlight of our journey. What truly made this experience unforgettable, however, was the staff’s extraordinary hospitality. A big thank you to Addi, Hamza, Shahkawat, and Mike for going above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome and well taken care of. Whether it was assisting with requests, offering great recommendations, or simply their warm and friendly service, they made a real difference. Our kids even made friends with the staff, who were so kind and engaging, it was lovely to see them enjoy themselves so much! Speaking of which, our kids favourite area at the hotel was definitely the swimming pool, where they had a fantastic time! Special thanks to Jose, Saad, and Saurav for making their time in the pool extra enjoyable. The hotel’s location is perfect, the amenities are top notch, and the breakfast was fantastic. We had such a great experience and will definitely be returning. Highly recommend!

The room was generally clean, but I noticed a few spots that were missed during cleaning. Also, the room service could have done a better job with the glasses and small details. While there was room for improvement, this didn’t affect our overall great experience at the hotel.

The property was very clean and roomy. There were convenience stores and eating places in walking distance. In addition, the staff we well trained, and polite, and very helpful.

An Unforgettable Stay at Dusit Thani Dubai – Exceptional Service and Hospitality. When we booked Dusit Thani Dubai, we had several thoughts about our stay, amenities, and services, especially since we were traveling with an infant. Our flight landed in Dubai around 6:30 AM, and I reached out to the hotel regarding an early check-in. While they couldn't guarantee it over the phone, they kindly asked us to come over, assuring us that they would do their best to accommodate us. To our pleasant surprise, when we arrived at the hotel around 8:30 AM, they arranged an early check-in at no extra cost! This thoughtful gesture set the tone for what turned out to be an amazing stay. The hotel staff were incredibly polite, humble, and treated every guest with the utmost respect. Throughout our stay, we never faced a single issue everything was seamless. The rooms were impeccably clean and well-maintained, and the overall service was nothing short of exceptional. One of the standout moments of our stay was meeting Manager Bharath during breakfast. His dedication to guest satisfaction was truly commendable. In fact, every staff member, regardless of their role, went above and beyond to ensure an outstanding experience. A special and unexpected highlight was when the hotel surprised us with a complimentary cake and gourmet treats for my wife's birthday even though we hadn't mentioned it to them! This level of attentiveness and commitment to guest happiness is truly remarkable. Without a doubt, this has become my go-to hotel whenever I visit Dubai. One small aspect I noticed was that the elevators felt a bit slow. However, I understand that this can be subjective, as a slower speed might actually be beneficial for elderly guests and young children. So while it wasn’t a major concern for us, it’s just something I personally felt during our stay.
